Perfect location if you enjoy being off the beaten path and enjoy seeing nature. We saw bears just about every single day and everything felt very secluded. House was a great size for us and our extended family. We felt cleanliness could have been a little better but we didn't let it deter us from still having a wonderful time. Would definitely book with this company again!

The cabin was beautiful and just work we wanted to stay in for a week. But after tonight the septic backed up all over the floor downstairs where our bedroom is at and on the main floor and downstairs no one could use the bathroom. No one could take a shower. so called Elk Springs and they sent somebody out after about three hours, and they had to end up moving us to a different cabin, which was a lot smaller. So not too pleased at all with Elk Springs for not keeping up on their maintenance they should know when the septic is full and have it pumped before somebody rents it for a week. So we wasted a whole day of our vacation waiting on them to see if we had to move or not. And yes we had to end up moving.

Great location. The views were fantastic. Overall, the heavenly Heights cabin was in clean and good condition when we arrived. The only real complaint that I heard from everyone that was staying there was that the Wi-Fi connection was very poor and kept cutting in and out all week long. Very difficult to use. Other than that we we were very happy With the log cabin and we hope that we left it in good condition as we think we did. Let us know if there were any issues that were found or anything that was left by the cleanup crew. We did have to leave several garbage bags inside the cabin in the kitchen area because the Containers outside were completely full and we didn’t want to leave anything out in that area outside the locked garbage bins for fear of bears getting in to the garbage.

The property was perfect for our family. The views were spectacular from all 3 decks. The fire pit was enjoyed and it was perfect. Everything we needed was in the house and there were plenty of kitchen essentials. Maintenance came within hours to fix an issue we had. Communication was excellent with the staff at Rlk Springs Resort. Would highly recommend Heavenly Heights for a wonderful time.

We had 10 people, and the cabin was well equipped to accommodate all our needs. we had a couple of issues which were resolved quickly. The outside fire pit we loved but I would suggest a walkway to it since you had to walk down a hill to avoid accidents.

Our family of 12 stayed in Heavenly Heights in Gatlinburg from June 25-July 1. This included 5 grandchildren ages 7-18. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the entire week with the fantastic views of the mountains. The cabin and its amenities were exactly described on the website. The location was easy to find. The cabin was very clean, well-supplied and in great shape. The two times we had minor issues/questions, we contacted the management office and there was a prompt, courteous response to the situations. A suggestion would be to have a banister over the steps to the lower level. It would be much safer and helpful for people with mobility issues so they could more easily use the movie/game room. The house was beautifully laid out and very clean. Multiple king suites with private bathrooms made it perfect for our family Girls Trip! The view alone is worth the trip. The only negative thing was that the oven locked door function was malfunctioning, but I called maintenance and they arrived within the hour to fix it. DJ was extremely personable and professional. He even gave us some tips on where to check out during our stay in Gaitlinburg.

First Heavenly Heights is a beautiful cabin with beautiful views. We can trek they did some updating but the cabin could still use a little more work. The floors are warped and you can feel the rise and sink in the floor as you walk. We do wish the patio table was still on the kitchen level balcony because that's really where we spent a lot of time during our first visit. One thing to be aware of is the walls are very very thin so you hear everything no matter what level you're on. The fridge needs to be replaced and the kitchen cabinets could stand to be fixed as well. Overall we enjoyed Heavenly Heights the 1st & 2nd time we stayed and would totally recommend it to future guest. Sidebar; be prepared to see at least 1 or 2 bears, squirrels, rabbits & raccoons lol

Beautiful location, loved that it could house all of our group, porch with the view was amazing, games and bunk beds downstairs were perfect for the kids. Kitchen big enough for lots to help! Drawbacks... we couldn’t temperature regulate the downstairs. It was ICE cold. The cookware was very old and worn and not clean (bring your own non stick skillets and pots would be my suggestion). Maintenance was very quick to come out when projector wasn’t working, but they were rude. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We were a group of 8, which included 2 seniors, 4 adults, and 2 teens. The home was perfect in size and provided plenty of space for seating at meals, relaxation, beds, and bathrooms. There could have been more seating on the lower deck, but the upper deck had plenty. The house was clean and prepared upon arrival. We did have multiple maintenance issues arise during our visit. The rental company was fast and thorough in their response, but it was disappointing to have multiple issues arise. I would say that we didn't feel that it was "luxury"...the cabin bathrooms and kitchen need to be updated and the sheets and towels were not luxurious at all. The kitchen required the dishwasher to be replaced while we were there, the microwave sounded horrible, and the stovetop was cracked. There were no soup spoons or teaspoons, only large serving spoons. The grill is tiny for a home that holds so many people. We did use most of the amenities...the hot tub, fire pit, theater, and pool table were big hits!! (Note, there was no chalk for the pool cues.) The living room furniture was very comfortable, as was the upper deck furniture. No one used the spa tubs indoors. For future travelers: there are two - one in a floor 2 bedroom and one in the bunk room in the basement (which we found odd since that was the "kid" room.) The driveway is plenty big enough for multiple vehicles. I would note that there are no railings for the internal steps going up to the two upper bedrooms or down to the two lower bedrooms, game room/theater, and hot tub. This did pose difficulty for those with mobility challenges (which was not our entire party, but something to note for future guests). Overall, I would absolutely recommend Elk Springs because they were so easy to work with every step of the way, from reservations to check out and everything in between. I would recommend Heavenly Heights, if you are in need of multiple master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. The cabin is beautiful, decorated for Christmas and in a spectacular setting in the Smoky Mountains. Coming from 4 different states, we enjoyed being in the relaxing atmosphere and simply spending quality family time. Having the 5 bedroom/5 bath was very nice, along with 2 common areas, there was enough space to share or have alone time. There were a few minor details that indicate the property has been a long term rental and could be improved upon. The rental process, check in and check out processes were very easy. The staff was very professional. We would rent again from Elk Springs, and refer friends to rent here as well.

SUCH A GREAT FAMILY EXPERIENCE. ALL MY KIDS AND GRANDKIDS UNDER ONE ROOF BONDING. A WEEK OF RELAXATION AND KICKING BACK. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE RENTED THIS CABIN AND WE'LL BE BACK AGAIN. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED. THE RENTAL COMPANY WAS ON THE BALL AND ATTENTIVE. THEY HAVE GREAT FOLLOW THROUGH. ONE OF THE BEST ASPECTS OF HEAVENLY HEIGHTS WAS THE FIRE PIT. THEY ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN. WE USED IT NEARLY EVERY NIGHT. GATLINBURG SHOPPING IS ALWAYS FUN AND NEARBY. THE SMOKY MOUNTAIN PARK PROVIDE BEAUTIFUL SITES AND WELL AS VIEWING WILDLIFE IN THEIR NATURAL HABITAT. MY FAMILT IS ALREADY TALKING ABOUT OUR RETURN AND WE WILL. A GREAT PLACE.

We booked with ElkSprings Resort for the second time because our first stay was amazing. Our second stay was lack luster. We did the normal thing and ran through it real quick to explore like I'm sure everyone does and we noticed a few things. The bath tub was dirty in one of the upstairs rooms. The breaker tripped in the first hour or so of us being there. The freezer door handle was barely hanging on by the bottom screw. The same refrigerator had a problem cooling and would freeze constantly. The central A/C unit would freeze over (couldn't put it below 70° anyway because it was programmed that way). The lamp shade was torn in the living room. The pool table felt was old and the bumpers on there were rock hard. The floor isn't as level as you'd like it and that's everywhere in the cabin. The cover for the light in the game room fell off while we were playing pool. The MASSIVE amount of lady bugs that made it through our room which was the only one that was infested with them. The wifi was terrible. It connected but the download and upload speed were literally zero. Reception is not good if you're with Verizon. T-mobile had a little bit.After all that "bad" stuff, the good was really good. There was enough space for whatever we needed. All the furniture was very comfortable. Plenty of silverware and a keurig was there was well. The view was just as awesome as our first time around and we could do nothing but sit outside and love every second of it. The people are always there when you need them and come out to help as soon as they can. Even though we had minor inconveniences, this won't deter me from booking with them again. The fact that no one was ugly about any problem we ever had, they made sure to fix it immediately. They are always top notch people and the whole process of booking with them is everything you could ask for.

Overall, we loved the cabin and it accommodated our large group very well. The cabin was in good order, but you can tell it has had a lot of stays and is beginning to show a little wear. Wifi was very slow, so if you're planning on doing some work while on vacation, just go enjoy the scenery instead. We didn't use the gas grill, but the grill (as well as the deck) could use a serious cleaning. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!!!

My group arrived and were blown away by the beautiful view!! Its gorgeous. The cabin is spacious and also beautiful. However, we arrived to find fruit flies all over the kitchen. There were hundreds and crawling all over the cupboards, countertops, and sink. We started to Re clean the kitchen. Wiped everything down. Couldn’t find the source until the next morning when we took the garbage out. Both garbage bottoms had juice and beer pooled and again the fruit flies. It was disgusting. I called the main office and they offered to send maintenance but we had plans and we figured out the source. Next we were grilling on their grill in a foil pan with potatoes. A full on fire got started from a layer of grease on the Uncleaned grill. It was dangerous. Again we called the main office and explained. Which they did nothing except ask if the fire was out. Next the ice maker tubing was leaking. All over the inside of the refrigerator and into our food and the door wouldn’t stay shut. We had to push it closed and lean on it and hope it would stay shut. We bought steaks that went bad because the door popped open. Overall, the actual cabin is beautiful!!! It needs some updating and better cleaning. The view is breathtaking. The office staff polite but not necessarily overly helpful. They did come get the trash when called. Check in and out was easy.

This was our first experience using Elk Springs Cabin Rentals. Six older adults and four young adults in our group and we could’ve fit more because there are 2 sleep sofas. It was great doing the check-in/check-out without the need to visit an office. The layout of the house was great, but the outside deck/view was fabulous. Never a shortage on Mama Bear and her cubs; she was in our yard daily, sometimes more than once. I would not let young kids or dogs play in the yard without an adult present. At night we set up our Bluetooth alarms around our motorcycles, but they never went off. And remember to NEVER leave food in your unlocked or locked vehicle. We especially loved the location of the chalet/house. It’s more secluded and we didn’t feel like we were in a neighborhood setting. It was also an easy feat to get in and out of Gatlinburg without suffering the traffic. When driving down there, at the bottom of the hill swing a right instead of following traffic into town and then look for the parking lot on the left. Very simple. I would definitely rent this chalet again.

We were looking for a cabin with a view and this house provided the best views of the Smokey Mountains from dawn to dusk. The house setup was perfect for us with the living space on the middle floor and plenty of room for everyone on each floor. Location was great as well, not too far out of downtown Gatlinburg.

By far the most breathtaking views of any cabin in the Smoky Mtns. we have ever stayed at! The cabin itself is nice and spacious with plenty of room for our large family to spread out and be comfortable. The beds were also nice which is something that you always worry about when traveling. We rented this cabin to be closer to our wedding location in the National Park and decided during the stay that we will be planning an extended weekend trip to this cabin every couple of years due to how much we all enjoyed the stay. The property management company also in my opinion was the best in our experience from pre-arrival communication to check out day communication. Extremely prompt responses to any questions we had and also very helpful with needed information like how to work the TV room projector screen and what not! They were proactive in sending out communication like that so we already had it when needed which was very nice! I will wrap up this review by saying again that the cabin has plenty of room not just inside but also ample parking outside for several vehicles if multiple cars are going to be arriving which was our case. If you are looking for a true location for the best VIEWS and most amazing relaxation then book this cabin. We had a bear visit us the first day of arrival and a family of bears visit us on Day 3 of our stay. No damage to any of our vehicles took place and you can tell they are used to walking around freely throughout the cabin yards. AMAZING EXPERIENCE to be able to share with our grand babies they will remember forever!

We had a wonderful vacation experience. The views from the home are breathtaking, the home is clean and comfortable. A family of bears made almost a daily visit so be sure to keep your car doors locked! We didn’t lock up after a grocery trip and had a Momma bear and three cubs in our car. It was our own fault. There is internet but it’s the old style that is basically like not having internet so I had to use my phone as a hotspot to get some work done. The kitchen is well stocked, every bedroom has a view and the home was clean. I was so sad to leave.

Overall Heavenly Heights was a fine place for a family gathering or group event. A couple of comments: 1. There are not enough forks and only table spoons with no teaspoons at all. 2. We only needed one item of maintenance which was handled immediately. 3. Extremely slow internet service is frustrating.
The views were spectacular. Our car was hit on the hill road and had to be towed...not the unit's fault but something to consider.

Had a wonderful stay at Heavenly Heights. Was very surprised to see the cabin beautifully decorated for fall (even with a tree). The cabin was just the right size for all of our famiy members (8 adults and 4 teenagers). The big screen tv down stairs kept everybody entertained. We loved the firepit . Used it about everynight. Played guitar , made s'mores and hotdogs. Such a relaxing way to end the day after all the adventures we had during the day. The staff actually called me to see if we needed anything. (Never had that happen before with any company.) Great people. Will definitely stay with Elk Springs again.5 Star all the way

This cabin is located in a beautiful area in the Smoky Mountains! The Heavenly Heights home was an incredible lodge /cabin for a vacation.
Gorgeous views and scenery. Spacious large cabin to accommodate several people- a large family or a few combined families. And it is a short drive into the town of Gatlinburg. We let the management know that there was a broken picnic table on a 2nd foot balcony, and some trash outside among the property. But no other issues.
We hope to stay here again soon!
