Bed (12 inch mattress, not a sleeper sofa) disappears into wall unit during the day to give you a spacious living room to relax in. The kitchen counter extends into a dining space with two stools. In addition, you can eat or enjoy your favorite beverage on the large porch overlooking the Gulf. This unit also serves as a great extra space for families renting houses in the Seacrest Beach or Alys Beach subdivisions.

During the summer, both Rosemary and Alys Beach host movies on the lawn as well as other events. Seacrest Village just a block away has restaurants, shops and live music most nights.
Five miles west on Hwy 30-A, the magical village of Seaside offers lots of dining, art, entertainment and shopping opportunities. Other nearby communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seagrove have tons more to do...from funky galleries and hip shops to cool jazz and hot nightclubs.

The Inn at Seacrest was just perfect for my adult daughter and me to get away for the weekend! It was appointed with everything you'd need (and more), and the Murphy bed is genius in terms of providing extra space and making the bed vanish during the day! We really enjoyed the view, the pool, and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. I will, however, echo what a couple of other reviewers said about making the super short drive to Inlet Beach vs finding a foot of beach at the Seacrest access area. We walked down the afternoon we arrived, took one look, and turned right back around. Just way too many people for our comfort level.
Overall, a great location, away from the madding crowd of Rosemary, well kept, clean, easy to access. Highly recommend!

Great location to walk to shops in Seaside and market in Rosemary Beach. Property was clean and quiet. Large pool area was nice. This is a good value overall.
Also close to Panama City Beach if you choose to visit.
Highly recommend going to Inlet Beach. It’s a public beach that is very pretty with rolling sand dunes. Parking is plentiful and easy. NOT CROWDED. We spent the week there versus fighting for a spot with the beach chair companies in the designated beach access for this unit.
Would stay in this unit again.

Beautiful
With quite a few choices at this property a couple of things tipped the scale. First was price and the refund policy. Second was the 3rd floor middle of the building. And best of all was the Murphy bed!! It was great to have extra room when not sleeping. And a peak of the Gulf was great. I highly recommend this condo. Cheryl was helpful and there was a whole book with information, from some history to places to go and help with restaurants. Location could not be better,. Seacrest and Rosemary Beach are within walking distance. Both areas were very crowed when I was there. Spring break ( I think ) families and lots of kids on bikes, so the peace and quiet of 306 was perfect!

Perfect location, well appointed condo
At the end of Rosemary Beach, where it's a bit quieter. Large porch is perfect for day view and sunsets, even deep enough to enjoy during a rainy day. Host Cheryl responded quickly to a few questions during our stay.

Cheryl’s place was wonderful for one last beach get away before school starts back! The condo was just as described and very clean. The location of the condo could not be better! We were within walking distance to Peddler’s Pavillion, and lots of little shops and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that the Seacrest Beach area is VERY crowded. We could not find a spot to set our chairs up, so we decided to take a short drive to the Inlet Beach public access. It was totally worth it to be in a less crowded area! Overall, I am very pleased with everything and would gladly stay again!

I booked a mom & me trip. This property was the perfect getaway. Super convenient to restaurants & shopping. You can access a free tram to the beach. We opted to walk the short distance to the private beach for this property.

Cute lil place
My husband and I enjoyed staying here. Very clean and super cute for a couple(like us) or a single person. The Murphy bed was super comfortable! Plenty of towels and bedding provided, with beach chairs in the closet for beach use and the beach access was in walking distance from the condo. Great view from the balcony and beautiful sunsets! Will book again next summer if the condo is still available 🤞😊. The only negative thing I have to say is which has nothing to do with this condo is the pool was not very clean!

Good to be back
We stayed here about 6 years ago and it hasn't changed! We enjoyed returning to 30A. It is located just down from the Peddlers Pavilion and next to Alys, so it's easy to bike down to the near by communities. It's perfect for a couple but very limited on space once the bed is pulled down. The only things that may need TLC is the squeaky bed. No matter how quiet you try to bed, it is loud and my husband kept waking me. Also, the bikes need some updating. We used them each day and they are great to have, but they are so rusty and need to be replaced. My husband and I both felt like they were going to break, but they got us to where we needed to so all in all, they were good. With all that being said, we enjoyed our stay and the ease of coming and going without a key!

Might want to have the cleaning crew check for cleanliness of plates and bowls in the future as several hadn’t been washed well by previous occupants. We didn’t need it but there was no beach umbrella. (Just wanted to note this in case you didn’t know)

Had a great time and enjoyed some nicer weather and the beach! Owner was extremely accommodating and had myriad information available about where to eat, where to go etc.
I had brought my own bike but it is nice to know there were some there just in case. As always enjoyed some delicious food and was nicely surprised to be able to go to the Sunday morning market on the green space at Rosemary
Beach! It was a nice get-away from all the Covid stress I had compiled over the last year working as ER nurse! Enjoy!

AMAZING!!!
What an amazing experience we had in Second Nook! We booked this trip after not taking off any time throughout the pandemic and what a beautiful, relaxing trip we had! The condo is walking distance to Alys Beach (the closest to Alys Beach) you can get without spending Alys Beach prices) I would say the signs are right outside the condo... about a 2 min walk! If you are wanting to visit and spend most of your time in Alys and Rosemary then this is your place! We were able to find the private beach pretty easily (make sure to take your bracelets). We used the provided beach chairs once, but then rented the rest of the time to be in a more calmer atmosphere. The property was clean and Cheryl answered all of my questions SO quickly! The condos were so quiet and we have zero complaints. We will definitely be back!!! Cheryl, thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us! What a gift it was to relax there and recoup from a year of virtually teaching!

Great host! Wonderful stay and location!
Great location! We were able to walk to George’s for dinner and grab morning coffee in Alys Beach. Cheryl was the kindest and most responsive host! On the day we arrived she informed us that we could even check-in a little because the unit was ready and when our one night trip turned in to serval additional nights due to canceled flights and bad weather back home, she was so accommodating and flexible and allowed us to extend our stay. She was a complete godsend during a stressful time of getting rebooked on flights that kept getting canceled. The unit was extremely clean, had everything we needed to make a few easy meals, and was just the right amount of space for our couples getaway. I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely book again the next time we’re back. Thank you, Cheryl!! You were the best and made everything so easy!!
