Loved our stay here. Very much a quaint cottage … and small (we maxed it out at 6) … but that’s all upfront and clear in the description. The owner is extremely courteous and responsive before and during our stay. Very clean and well decorated. Kitchen loaded with all your needs, and washer/dryer very handy. Favorite place was swing on the front porch. Location was really nice as it’s right by the walking/biking trail and a public park with multiple ball fields, hoops court and a play structure. Would definitely stay again!

The cottage is adorable and very comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and many necessities were stocked, which was a nice surprise. It is within walking distance of the downtown area which was great for us. The host,Bonnie, was top notch in every way. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you so much!

Great centralized location for area!
The cottage is darling and met our needs for a great centralized base to see local beaches, kayak the bay, shop and eat. Some of the homes nearby have not been redone and are in disrepair ( I assume due to the previous hurricane? ) but that was only negative we saw. The sofa, club chairs and beds are super comfortable and linens very plush. We loved having the bikes there so we could peddle around town. We liked the area so much that we will be back with extended family and have to rent a large home. Thank you for a great introduction to Gulf county!

Wonderful Cottage
We loved staying at this cottage! The communication with Bonnie was so prompt and she is so nice and helpful!! The cottage is well stocked and had everything we needed. The bed and furniture are very comfortable and we used the bikes daily. We rode the bikes on the nearby trail, down to the coast and pier and even to go out to eat. Parking is never a problem anywhere in Port St Joe, but the weather was so beautiful in the evenings that a bike ride was preferable to driving.
We highly recommend this cottage and will stay here again when we come back. We loved this little town, the people and the surrounding area has so much to do! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Perfect Cozy Cottage
My family of 5 enjoyed our stay in Port St. Joe so very much! Place was clean, close to downtown area and we drove to some of the most beautiful beaches in Cape San Blaes. We enjoyed going downtown to eat and shop a little. The views of the bay were also beautiful and super close. We also enjoyed the bike trails and checking out new attractions along the way. We will go again in the future!

Cutest Cottage on the Coast
Prepare to be charmed by the extremely well-executed shabby chic decor of this old style Florida clapboard cottage. Not only is this little place full of great touches that bring the beach to you but the location is perfect for exploring Port St Joe, Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, Mexico Beach and areas beyond. The neighborhood setting is quiet and ideal for viewing from the provided bicycles. The area is convenient for walking - one night we strolled to the cute downtown to enjoy a Mexican dinner and margaritas at Peppers. For our family of 3 (plus a furry friend) the home, the location and price point were just right!

The best PSJ experience!!
My amazing PSJ experience would not have been possible without the adorable Seay Cottage! Everything was perfect from the location to the sweet welcome/thank you card. Every time I have come down to this area I have always stayed on the cape so it was a little weird being in town but I could not have had a better experience. The cottage was the perfect size for my friend and I. The bikes were an amazing bonus!! We had beautiful weather for being down so late in the year but the cottage is in the perfect position for a bike ride to the shops in town or just to cruise around looking at all the beautiful, colored cottages. We ended up making friends with some locals who were staying in Indian Pass and had a nice balance of downtown and beach. The cottage had everything we needed from cooking utensils to extra towels, beach chairs, and even mini shampoo bottles - so sweet. The backyard area was perfect to sit around and drink with friends at night with the globe lights. We had the best time at the Thirsy Goat for NYE and were crazy close to come home after. My first time staying in town was so great because of Bonnie and her family. Thank you so much for letting me experience the downtown PSJ life. I did not want to leave! I will definitely be coming down again as soon as I can :)

Awesome Adventure
What a wonderful cottage Bonnie and her family have here in PSJ. The cottage is so close to everything. The charming downtown was a bike ride away with the view of the bay. The neighborhood was so quiet you could hear the squirrels jumping from tree to tree while you sit and enjoy your morning coffee on the screen in porch in the morning. The bed was really comfortable and linens smell fresh like they just came out of the dryer. Clean and charming cottage I wish we could've stay longer. Our adventures will continue again in the summer because we can't get enough of this place. There's so much more to see and to fall in love with here I can't wait to go back. We appreciate that Bonnie and her family thought of everything for her guests to feel at home. The kayaks and bikes were a treat. We did not get to use the bike because of our short stayed but we took advantage of the kayaks. I tried line crabbing but soon realize I could just use a net to get them while kayaking in the bay. After an hour of getting crabs I lost interest all together when I saw fishes jumping around me. That went on for a couple of hours and I was wishing the rest of the family were here to see this wonderful sight. I saw horseshoe crabs, sting rays, turtles, blow fishes and so much more. I can't wait to go back. Thank you so much Bonnie for sharing your home with us. We had an unforgettable vacation.
Regard,
Stacy & Ben

Relaxing and pleasant time!
Please know that we're very familiar with the area. Been coming to PSJ for over 20 years. We now have property their, going on 4 years. We're excited to say we're in the process of starting to building in the next month. We came in town to check on the land clearing of our property! So please know that the owners of the home really went over and above to work with me. Got right back with me and even called me when necessary. The sweet place is so cozy. I love the old homes in this area and they've done a great job transforming it. It's so adorable. I would highly recommend this place for a small family or even a few couples to relax and check the area out. Location is easy to get to and everything is minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are great here! Even though our trip was quick, we always feel at peace and relaxed. Thank you for making our stay so bery pleasant. Can't wait to return!

Wonderfully relaxing!
From the second we booked the house, we had a great experience! Working with Bonnie was easy. The house was clean and comfortable. We were even welcomed by a nice scent in the air freshener! What a great home for a few days. It was close to everything and was easy to find. The entire family lived it, especially the chalk board and the DVDs. We will definitely book again!

Ocean cottage
This was a perfect cottage with up to date décor and a beach inspired theme. Our 4 children loved the close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches and the quiet town was great to come back to at the end of the day. We found some great restaurants in town. The outdoor shower was super handy, as was the fenced yard. The owners were very kind and accommodating. We hope we can get back there someday.

Love, love, love
This was our first time in Port St. Joe and we just loved it!! The highlight of our stay was this adorable cottage. Just absolutely perfect for the quiet, cozy get-away that we were so looking forward to. I have no complaints and only praise. The well decorated interior, the comfortable front porch with bench swing, and my favorite the romantic spot in the back yard (albeit also the driveway but who cares?) with the lights strung up over the picnic table. I didn't want to leave. The neighbors and all the people of Port St. Joe are so friendly and just make you feel like you belong. A wonderful place for a relaxing vacation.
Thanks again Bonnie, we loved it!!

Dellightful Cottage
The cottage is charming and comfortable....we loved the warm and homey feel. It has plenty of room and is stocked with all we could possibly ask for and very conveniently located. (We definitely appreciated the washer and dryer.) A short drive to Apalachicola is a must if you like shrimp...we bought some there at the dock...fresh off the boat. There are great opportunities for hiking and biking in the area. We found the people in Port. St. Joe (as well as nearby towns) to be very friendly and welcoming..."they like their tourists"...it definitely added to our experience. The owner of the property was a pleasure to communicate with...very helpful. Port St. Joe is a delightful small town...I can see why she loves it! We had a wonderful time (and so did our dog)!
