Due to the ingenious floor plan and wall-of-windows in this unit, there is hardly a spot in the entire condo that does not have a perfect view of the Gulf. The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths with walk-in showers, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, living area, and dining area. Seachase condos are located in the less-populated west end of Panama City Beach allowing you and your family plenty of space on the beach to build that perfect sand castle in the sugar white sand. If you are looking for a break from swimming with the friendly fish, Pier Park is 1.5 miles away and offers more shopping, eating, and fun than anyone could ever need in one location.

The unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably. The living and dining areas have new comfy furniture. The updated kitchen is stocked with plenty of supplies (dishes, glassware, utensils, dish towels, and pots and pans) so you can skip dressing up to go out for dinner if you’d like. The balcony offers additional seating (and napping) areas where you can enjoy breakfast or watch the dolphins play in the ocean.

There’s a ton of family-friendly venues in the area. Some of our favorites are: St. Andrew’s State Park where you can visit with the friendly raccoons; Shipwreck Island where you can slip and slide down tons of water rides, or just chill out in the lazy river; Gulf World Marine Park where you can get photos of you and the family with the aquatic stars of the shows; the Sports Complex and Aquatic Center at Frank Brown Park where you can play a little soccer, take the kids to the playground, or play in the aquatic park.

The renovations made to the condo include: walk-showers, new carpet, updated lighting, crown molding, fresh paint, kitchen backsplash, and updated ceilings. The condo is as comfy as home with the benefits of a fabulous ocean view.

The condo at Seachase in Panama City Beach is one of our family’s favorite places to go. I know that you and your family will enjoy your stay and make wonderful memories during a vacation well-spent on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The condo was so clean with beautiful views through out! The perfect location to restaurants, Pier Park, and many family activities. Due to the size of the condo the beach was not crowded and easy access to the beach. Plus, the owner answered any questions efficiently and quickly! We loved our vacation and would definitely stay at Sea Chase again!!

Location and property were perfect. It was probably the cleanest place we’ve stayed in all these years of coming to the beach. A big plus was never having to wait for the elevator. We did have a hiccup getting inside as the door code we were given did not work. We had to call the owner and she gave us a different code. That worked and our vacation began!! All beds were very comfy. Our only real aggravation was the balcony door not working properly. But I understand that is being replaced this fall. Once that is done, you won’t find a better place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at SeaChase 503E. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!!

It was pretty wonderful! Had some miscommunication in the beginning but it was handled very easily, I originally booked this property because it looks like both bedrooms lead out onto the balcony from the pics, and they do not, the doors do not open, but it is still the best view I’ve ever had, we come to destin every year and decided to give PCB a try and it was worth it, the beach is semi private and was not busy at all, they do need to do upgrades on the pool and deck, but the condo is very nice and updated, it was very clean!! We got to meet the cleaners and they were so nice and made you feel comfortable, the owners were very accessible and listened to any need or issue I told them, you can tell they care a lot about the property and it is sad how some people treat other’s property that they use, I couldn’t imagine leaving that place a disaster, thank you Judy and Jennifer for letting us stay!!! And enjoy your place, if we ever came back to PCB we would definitely love to stay here again but I think we got our feel of it and will be going back to Destin, but they really are pretty much the same places! It was me, my teen daughter and teen niece and a much needed girls trip, and it was amazing!! Thank you!

This condo was lovely, with a great layout. Having two master bedrooms was a plus for our group of two couples. Everything was neat and clean. Superb view of the gulf! Beautiful beach! Condo is close to many restaurants and stores. The owner/host was so terrific…..quick responses to our questions and very helpful.

I stayed with my elderly mother and my 7 year-old daughter. Communication with owner/property manager was excellent. The property was very clean. There was never a long wait for the elevator, and there were plenty of luggage carts. The carpet looked new. There are 2 large walk-in closets that are not shown in the pictures. These were very nice for additional storage of luggage and clothes. There was also pantry space in the kitchen and closet shelves in the bathrooms. It was awesome having a washer and dryer on site! The view of the beach/ocean was worth a million dollars! Every room had a phenomenal view! The balconies from the bedrooms aren't true balconies, as there isn't enough room to stand on the balcony space (probably just enough room to wash the windows). However, the main balcony is huge and there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and watch the waves roll in. The condo complex is small, and the pool area is gated. The beach was never too crowded to find a nice spot next to the water. Parking was never a problem. There was one restaurant within walking distance. There are a few shops across the street. Being on the west side of town, this condo is away from the hustle and bustle of the main Panama Beach area. It was quiet and perfect for a family. It was everything we could've asked for!! We would definitely recommend this condo. It is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Thank you for allowing us the privilege!

This was our first time staying in this condo & hopefully it won’t be our last! We love the west end of PC, so the location was perfect. Fifth floor provided awesome views from every room. Elevators were fast so that was never an issue. The only minor issue we had was with parking. We have a roof rack and could not park under the building. So we had to rely on parking in one of the limited uncovered parking spots on the property. It was only a problem once during our stay. Otherwise everything else was great & we hope to be back again next Summer.

Very nice Displeased the bedroom doors to balcony didn’t open that’s the main reason I booked because it had bedroom balcony doors so that was very disappointing Main bedroom had ants on night stand And the towels they give you to use I hate they weren’t out they were under sink we looked in shelf too late n had to buy towels unnecessary waste of money otherwise those my 3 complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seachase resort! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the unit was spacious and comfortable. The beach wasn't crowded and being on the west end of PCB, there was much less traffic, yet it was still convenient to get to Pier Park. Jennifer was gracious about allowing us to check in a bit early as they didn't have some checking out the same day. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall we loved the room and facing the beach was a plus. The only issue was in the master bathroom there was hair left in the sink and in the shower. It looked like someone just got finished shaving and washing they’re hair.

This place was beautiful! Very clean. Parking is horrible. Small spaces. Communication was great with property manager. We did not have parking passes in condo when we arrived. She got them to us the next morning. We did have issue with no bed sheets for fold out sofa. When we discovered it that night it was really late. We did not call manager. We just ran to Walmart right before they closed and got sheets and blanket. We did not have a full roll of toilet paper or paper towels in condo. We ran out the first day. No trash bags either. I understand it said they only supply so much, but not even a full roll. Also they wouldn’t refund money spent on sheets bc we did not leave the sheets at condo. I get it, but it would have been nice. Lesson learned for us to call any time of the night and not worry about bothering them. This is their job to take care of these things. Other than that we loved the place. It was really really nice.

This rental had everything that we needed away from home! The unit was very clean and the views of the ocean from every room was a bonus. There are not that many units so the beach is not crowded at all. The only issue we had with the unit was the dryer was not drying the clothes. We contacted the owner and she had a repair man out to fix it that same day. However, he left the door unlocked when he left :( Also we had the noisiest neighbors all around us! From a baby crying to what seemed a dog being locked in the room all day and barking nonstop from below. However, the owner is not at fault for others. Overall, if we ever came back to PCB, we would love to stay here again and hopefully have quieter neighbors 😎

The property has beautiful view of the ocean from all the bedrooms, living room and even the kitchen!! It was very clean and the host was very flexible to allowing us to check-in early after a long drive. I would highly recommend this property and would return back again!!

We loved it. I would have liked better reading lights in living room. But it was great to have small sizes of cleaning products. Amazing views. Loved the fresh carpet. Have stayed in such apartments around the world and this was one of the best. Panama City has been ruined by over building but you will not mind staying here.
