About this apartment rental
Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on either of two decks with unobstructed beach views. Play all day at the beach, and then in the evening enjoy a relaxing drink on the back porch overlooking the swimming pool and sound side of Ocean Isle.
This condo is fully furnished, stocked and ready for your family to enjoy a summer week, or off season getaway, at the beach. It is on the top floor of the Windjammer on the desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach. Elevator access gets you up to this third floor unit, and there is a direct walkway to the beach leading out of the underbuilding parking. The main floor has two bedrooms, one and a half baths, kitchen, living/dining area, and a covered deck overlooking the ocean. The upper floor has a spacious Master suite, a sunny deck overlooking the beach, and a large covered porch overlooking the sound side.
Amenities include: Private strong Wi-Fi, Cable TV's in every bedroom and the living room, DVD, Netflix and Amazon on the living room TV. Remodeled kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, D/W, double oven, MW, two coffee makers (pot and Keurig). Washer/Dryer.
Complex has large pool, elevator, direct beach access, picnic areas and grills (no private grills allowed).
Restrictions: No parking on site for boats, recreational vehicles or trailers. No pets. Maximum occupancy of 10. This is for families, not college spring break, one renter must be at least 35 years old. Sheets and bath towels are not included. you can bring your own or a contact for rental will be provided after booking. For April through September we are only accepting weekly rentals with Saturday check-in at 4 and check-out by 10.

Wonderful location. Love staying at the Windjammer. Problems checking in- Owner forgot to change code but we were able to reach him fairly quickly. Be aware that the owner does control your AC unit remotely if you do not set the thermostat where he wants it. I've never experienced that before and there were times in the afternoon the unit was warmer than we'd like it to be even with the curtains drawn and the ceiling fans running.

We loved your 3 bedroom oceanfront condo.
Thank you for providing clothes hampers for each bedroom. It definitely helped climbing up the stairs with dirty laundry much easier.
Also, the electric outlet extender cords in each bedroom was extra thoughtful and appreciated.
Thanks for providing both a regular coffee pot and a keurig.
We loved the easy keyless entry pad and not having to keep up with a key.
Overall your condo was excellent and provided the space we needed to relax and enjoy the beach The back deck was a bonus and we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets
The only thing missing would be a full length mirror in each bedroom for us ladies to check our outfits before heading out

We had an absolutely wonderful week! Location is great! We loved walking to the Turtle Talk hosted at the nearby tipsy turtle tiki hut! Condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. You can tell the owners are thoughtful with extra power strips for all your charging needs. Sunset/sunrise views from the balconies were spectacular. Already booked again for next year! Can’t wait to get back!

We really loved the place and location. We were attending a wedding at Ocean Isles so this was perfect. Two buildings away and right on the oceanfront. We were able to take beach walks, see dolphins and just relax. Linus and Jen were quick to respond to everything. What a beautiful area!

This is a nice place towards the end of the island. Great location. Only thing that was kind of a bummer was the pool was closed during our stay.

What an amazing property! We've had the privilege to stay at the Windjammer since 1998. This condo was, by far, the most wonderful of all we've rented over the last 25 years. The decor was perfect. Very warm and welcoming. Everything was beautifully thought through. Linus and Jen were extremely responsive. This couldn't have been any better.

Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was that neither sliding glass door had a screen, so there was no way to keep bugs out of you wanted the door open. Otherwise, the property was in good shape and was just what we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

We had the best time in OIB at Linus’s condo. The unit is wonderfully located, very clean, and the kitchen is stocked. Linus is also very quick with replies. We would absolutely love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Sunrise Coffee for our girl's weekend! The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults & we all slept comfortably. The master bed was especially comfy! The kitchen was equipped to suit our needs & the porches were a fantastic bonus. We've stayed at Windjammer before & the location can't be beat - lots of privacy & just a shory walk to the end of the island. We'd love to visit again for our next getaway!

Right on the beach with carts for hauling your gear to your condo (there's an elevator) or the beach. Nicely decorated. Primary suite is beautiful! Owner was very communicative and helpful.

The vacation was perfect! The only issue we had was the room wasn't ready when we got there. Housekeeping was still cleaning, only delayed about 15 minutes.

We rented this unit as an overflow for extra family members who come down to vacation at our family beach house a few doors down. We have been picking up extra units each year as the family grows. We even had a wedding on the beach last year. The unit is very spacious, clean, well equipped , and well managed. We rented linens and that went smoothly. Two of our 30 something couples stayed there and had plenty of room and privacy to “work from home” on the days they needed to. We had a 6 month old stay and he was very comfy in the new pack-n-play provided. The pool was much cleaner than in previous years. It looked beautiful. We had another family engagement this past weekend! OI wedding fall 2024 scheduled at The Palms we will be reaching out again. Thank you Linus and Jen

Condo was very comfortable for our family of 6, ranging in ages 6-77. Beds are very comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed for the week. Views from the balconies are amazing! Great communication with the owner, too.

This condo is a great place to stay , it’s oceanfront with a wonderful balcony that looks out over the ocean. It’s a short walk to the end of the island for a view of a stunning sunset. With 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms it’s perfect for a family vacation.It has everything you need is in a well stocked kitchen and a comfy great room provides for a relaxing fun vacation. Enjoy your trip to the beach!

We absolutely loved this place. The condo was really nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The inside of the condo and the views from it are beautiful. The location and neighborhood are nice and peaceful. We loved how the beach was a simple walk away. My wife, kids and myself all agree with no doubt this is where we want to go on our beach vacations from now on.

Great property! The views are amazing out of the living room and master bedroom. We enjoyed many beach walks and laying out on the upper balcony. The place is split with privacy upstairs. Amazing master bathroom. My family kept saying it felt like home. Ocean Isle Beach is a very chill community but close to Myrtle Beach if you want more activity. Owner is very kind and communicative. Stay here- You won’t regret it.

This property gets an A+ for the three main things we look for in a vacation rental – it’s clean, it’s comfortable, and it’s right on the beach. The master suite is very nice, and on the second floor with its own balcony overlooking the beach. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, and well separated from each other. There were many nice touches that made getting settled in easy. All the light switches are labeled – no guessing as to what something does. The kitchen is very nice. I particularly enjoyed looking out over the ocean and at the moon and planets with the binoculars. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this Condo at Ocean Isle!! This was our first time at Ocean Isle and could not have picked a better place. The Condo was amazing and the view was unbeatable. Had great communication with the owner and was provided impeccable service. 5 stars for sure!!

We have been vacationing at OIB for 20 years and staying at WJ 3F for most of those years. It really is hands down our favorite place to stay, the perfect size for our family and either grandparents or friends. The upgrades over the past few years make it even better. Love the new master bath! Booking soon for 2023.
