Old, outdated definitely not worth the price.

Convenient location on the riverside trail, 10 min walk to gondola and downtown. Property itself is tired, very basic. No air conditioning but fans provided and it did cool off at night. Comfortable bed, nice tv. Room had refrigerator and microwave. Easy 8-minute walk to Clark's Market for good coffee, breakfast and lunch foods and picnic tables.

great place. Simple and right in town.

The Mountainside Inn was great with convenient access to the gondola. It also had great walkability to everything in town.

Easy & convenient, perfect size for 1 or 2, hot tub was great, no car needed, beautiful Creek walk just outside the door!

Accommodations in Telluride are sometimes tough to come by or afford. This hotel is straight forward, clean, and relatively affordable. We didn't have the pup with us but noticed it is dog friendly too, so a plus for that.

I loved this place. I short walk to everything in town. Good price for the area.

Great last minute find
Found this place last minute and it was reasonably priced for a holiday weekend. Directions to the extra parking lot were a little confusing and it was dark so that made it hard but parking was not a far walk once we did find the correct lot. Nice bed and pet friendly was a bonus as well.

Great location!

Good deal and location
My only complaint was that the king bed was supported on two twin box springs and it was not very comfortable. For being the affordable option it was still nice.

Clean and convenient
The check-in process was a bit weird, but the people managing the property were very kind. After a full day driving to Telluride, to be handed an envelope with very little spoken instruction until prompted was frustrating. The room was clean, but for a king sized bed there should have been more pillows. There was no head board, which made sittting in the bed to watch tv feel awkward. The walls are also super thin and our neighbors liked to argue.
But the place was clean and affordable and the people nice, which if that is you require for your trip, this place will work fine.

This room was fine for a night in Telluride
The property is on a one way street, so getting to check-in and finding parking was a little set back but the lady at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Nice basic hotel room
It was a perfectly fine room. Bed was good but not great. Pillows the same. Plenty of space. Great service. We were on the first floor and the biggest issue is that our window was right next to one of the entrances, so we could constantly hear people talking outside and felt weird opening our blinds.
Location was awesome with quick access to the gondola and downtown.

Place was what we needed for the trip. Nothing spectacular, but nice enough for what you pay for. Great location next to the river and easy walk to downtown area and gondola.

Had a great stay
Staff was so nice and it was walking distance from the Main Street and a 5 min walk to the gondola. We brought a mattress topper so the bed was decently comfortable.

Amazing Room and amazing Staff!
The whole process of renting the room was extremely easy and came with very clear directions. The front office staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room was extremely clean. Also, it was steps away from the lift which was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!

Terrible stay
They did not have WiFi in the room, I had to work online and I had to sit in the office To get connection, where People where in & out risking my health! The office personal we’re no help at all! The only suggestion they made was to sit in the office and work! I did not book & pay for a room to go and work at the front desk! I will never book with Mountain View again!!!! I should get a refund for what I got!

The good: the location is great. It's walking distance to everything in town, relatively quiet and is definitely one of the most affordable options available. The room was clean, staff friendly and the one issue we did have (a blown light bulb) was dealt with quickly. The rest: There's only one washer/dryer on the property for all the buildings, and the day we tried to use it it had been stopped because someone overfilled it. This meant waiting for the person to return to restart their loads and splitting it into two. Needless to say we lost half a day trying to get a turn with everyone else. Having another set in another building would be a big help.We had room 204 which faces the entrance to the courtyard parking area but is on the ground floor. The window is tall, almost floor to ceiling, but leaving the shade open meant everyone going to town could stare in because this was along the main walking path. We had to choose between privacy and daylight. The lighting in the room isn't all that great so it's already a bit cave-like and leaving the shade closed enough to stop the peeping doesn't let much light in. A privacy shade that allows some sun but obscures what's behind it would be a great compromise.Aside from those, this is still a good property for the price but I would likely make sure I had a river view or 2nd floor room on my next visit to make it a little more pleasant.

Room Impovements Needed.
In Telluride, Great! Room could use updating and New Mattress. Bed with a headboard would be nice. It was like a college room with a frame and an old mattress. Otherwise great service and area.
