This spacious two-story end unit offers nearly 1200 square feet of room for you and your loved ones to stretch out and have some fun in. You have got two reserved parking spots right outside your front door and a nice quiet patio to enjoy the gulf coast breeze coming in.
The property is laid out nicely with one upstairs bedroom that comes with two queen size beds and a private bathroom. Downstairs is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a separate bathroom. Additional guests will enjoy sleeping on the comfy fold out credenza with a memory foam mattress as well as the queen size sleeper sofa. We love the end unit and the privacy away from the pool. Just a few steps away from our parking spot. The enclosed patio means my toddler can’t roam freely. Love that the pool area is fenced in and there is a toddler pool. The adult pool is heated and has a tanning shelf which my toddler loves to play in. We try to get this unit each time we visit the bedroom downstairs with king bed and bathroom is perfect for my senior parents. The upstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds and bath is perfect for my family of 4. The area is safe for my toddler to run up and down the sideways under our watchful eye to get the zoomies out. My only negative is the playground area hand a billion mosquitos, during the summer the upstairs bedroom could benefit from a box fan to bring the cooler air from downstairs up.This trip we needed the office to reset the internet and it took them 3 days to do so. Then there are just a few personal negatives that are probably specific to me: I needed to purchase baby gate so my toddler couldn’t independently navigate the stairs. Also despite being a short walk to the beach you have to buy your own beach towels/toys. I like to ensure the space is clean before leaving but I had to purchase my own supplies to do so. Lastly some throw blankets , extra pillows, liens and towels would have gone a long way.

This is a lovely condo. There was plenty of seating, and a patio with a hose to rinse off from the beach. The beds were all comfortable, and there was a washer/dryer, which is always nice, as well as a few kitchen appliances. I have two suggestions. The condo had some extra pillows, but not pillow cases for them. It advertised having a Keurig, so I brought pods, but when I got there, it was a regular coffee make. The pool is a few steps down the sidewalk, and the beach is about a 5-7 minute walk. We also appreciated that it was pet-friendly, but super clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

We celebrated our daughter’s 19 Bday this past weekend as well as Father’s Day! We usually stay at the island house every year for the last decade! but we wanted to try something different. You guys didn’t let us down! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The room was perfect! Everything was more then wonderful! Our entire family fit very comfortably. We had absolutely no complaints! The pool was beautiful the kids loved it! And huge shout out to Emily she was so sweet and went above and beyond! She helped get a bday sign up in the room, as well as a little cake! Emily you are the best! It made her entire day! It was more then appreciated! My daughter was very suprised and she loved it! You guys definitely won us over! We are all talking about our next trip already! Thank you guys for making this trip one to remember with our family!

Pros: We had a great time at Padre Escapes. The pool was steps away and the adult side was warm. Had a shelf for toddler to play in. The beach was a short walk/drive away. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans and dishes. Loved having a full size washer/dryer in unit. The only cons we had were: toddler pool was not heated, no extra pillow cases, we have a toddler and the patio gate was awesome but would of been nice to have a baby gate at the top and bottom of steps. This was also the first place we stayed at that didn’t have seasonings stocked in the cabinets.

Great experience! Very nice accommodations. The fridge needed wiping out, the towels and wash cloths could use replacing, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. The location so close to the beach access is great. I would definitely rent here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental property was clean and nicely furnished. Great location near the pool and where we parked but tucked away in a corner unit so it was very convenient but also private. One area for improvement would be the patio. It needs a good power washing and cleaning.

This rental has a great floor plan and was just right for our small family. It would even work for a larger family as the sofa bed and hidden bed could certainly accommodate 4 more. The location was perfect, the Village by the Beach complex and unit itself were very clean. The place overall is very accommodating and we were able to bring our dog! I highly recommend this rental.

We rented this condo for a short stay at the beach with our dog. We'd stayed in a adjacent property last year, and this one is just as convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Property was very clean and well stocked. (No foods or even spices, but this is standard in beach rentals.) Living area, kitchen, and master were all on the ground floor, so it was easy for people and dog to get around. I give Padre Escapes highest marks for a property management company. We have stayed at one of their properties before and their communication, friendliness, and professionalism are the best and most consistent I've seen. Would definitely stay at this property (or another Padre Escapes property) again.

Checkin was super easy. Our condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Everything was labeled from light switches to the shelves for plates, bowls, extra linens etc. which makes settling into a vacation rental simple. The location is perfect! Only complaints are (1) the pool can get quite loud with revelers who broke the posted rules a lot (bringing in alcohol, food, playing loud music), (2) check-in was slated for 4pm but the condo was not ready for us till almost 5, during which time all we could do was wait. But those are relatively small complaints compared to how nice this place is.

Had a fabulous time in Village by the Beach property. The rooms were all clean and amenities were all in good working order. Check in an check out were easy and everyone was impressed with the pool, ease to the beach and the property itself. Plan to book another visit again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Two families with three young children were able to stay very comfortably with all the necessary towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
There were a few negatives worth noting. There was a strange musty smell when we arrived. It eventually went away, but an air freshener or candle might be a nice touch. Also, the temperature of the condo was automatically turned up in the middle of the night before we were scheduled to leave. It became very warm around 8 AM and there was no way to adjust this. That is a big negative for me. If I'm paying to stay in a condo I want to remain cool and comfortable until I leave. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would recommend if the AC issue can be adjusted.

This was a perfect stay for us. My family (including my teens) loved this place and had a great time!! Loved the pool and the layout of the house. It was a close stay to home on the beach for us. This unit was conveniently located near the pool and still not a bad walk to the beach. The images and description was on point with the actual place. All the info needed was in the app they sent to download. Everyone was super helpful and professional. We look forward to staying again!

There were ants on the counter by the sink and I killed most of them, the water pressure downstairs was bad and every morning the lawn people were out and blowing dirt all over the patio furniture so we couldn't sit outside and enjoy the morning. The staff at Padre Escapes were all VERY friendly and made the booking process SUPER easy. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had most all of what we needed to cook, wash clothes and feel at home! We didn't want to leave! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We cleaned the condo very well prior to leaving as a token of our appreciaion and to make the job easy for the cleaning staff. We also left a vase of roses as an appreciation gift. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable vacation!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:The staff at Padre Escapes were all VERY friendly and made the booking process SUPER easy. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had most all of what we needed to cook, wash clothes and feel at home! We didn't want to leave! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We cleaned the condo very well prior to leaving as a token of our appreciaion and to make the job easy for the cleaning staff. We also left a vase of roses as an appreciation gift. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable vacation!
