This Vacation home is very well furnished, filled with amenities as well as Comfortable and very clean. The location is special with an open green belt past the back yard, and acres of open green belt across the street where wild flowers cover the landscape for months each Spring. The Deer and wild Turkeys like to call this area their home.
Vacationers feel very comfortable in this lovely neighborhood when walking, relaxing on the covered porch or biking thru the winding streets. This home is located right in the heart of the activities available in Sun City.
You can choose to play any of the three championship golf courses, right in Sun City, or try out the nearby courses in Georgetown, Cedar Park, Round Rock and Austin.
The Legacy Hills Golf is the original championship golf course. Then White Wing Golf Course was added. The newest golf course is Cowan Creek. Enjoy the free putting and practice ranges that are available at all 3 locations.
Not a golfer? Then try bocce ball, pickle ball, billiards, table tennis , shuffleboard, soft ball, biking, walking and hiking trails, washers or fishing.
When indoors, you can join a social game of cards or board games.

The new toll road 130 will take you from Georgetown to the Austin, Bergstrom Airport with very little traffic.
NEARBY, is The wonderful Historic town of Georgetown with many choices of restaurants that cater to seniors. You will find shopping on the historic square actually enjoyable as you visit with local merchants and find the unusual, at reasonable prices.
Shopping is available all around the beautiful courthouse.
And while you are nearby, stop in for a tour of the multi-century old beautifully restored majestic courthouse, surrounded by Texas Live Oak trees.
Mall shopping, outlet shopping and all the national stores are convenient, both in Georgetown and nearby Round Rock as well as Cedar Park.
The home has a wonderful covered patio that is just right to enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning, or share a glass of wine at sunset. Often you will see the deer and turkeys wander by in the closely greenbelts of grass and shade trees.
The oversized living area has comfortable seating with a leather sectional sofa and two recliners. There is always ample space for your visitors of family and friends.
A separate dining area is comfortable for two, but has ample room and extra chairs to invite family and friends to join you.
The Master Bedroom has a King size comfy bed, a beautiful bedroom set, a quiet sitting area and large flat screen TV.
The large walk-in shower in the Master Bath is a real plus, along with being much safer than a tub. The 2 sink vanity has space for everything. You will be impressed with the size and storage area of the walk in closet.
We provide upscale sheets, comforters, pillows & blankets. Of course there are ample sets of towels for both bathrooms.
A New Dog Park is within walking distance. Softball fields are also nearby to watch local residents compete.
Living area very spacious. Enjoy the Extended TV cable service DVR recording that is right on the TV. Easy to operate and you will never miss your favorite show.
The Dining area is large enough to invite family and friends.
We even have a leaf for the table for a few extra guests.

If you’re visiting Georgetown, Stay here!!! It’s less than 15 min away from downtown Georgetown, but so much nicer and the area is beautiful. You get to use the Sun City gym which has tons of machines and free weights as well as an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. In addition, there are pretty walking trails and other amenities.
The home has a wonderful view in front and a back porch where deer walk through in the mornings and evenings. The bed is comfortable and it has a giant walk in bathroom and walk in closet in the master bedroom. The home is immaculate and best of all it’s pet friendly!!! My 3 cats just sat in the windows and watched the birds, squirrels, deer and even cute foxes.
Also, Elizabeth was an amazing host and so professional. She always responded and answered calls and textsvwithin the hour and she even fed and watched my three cats for me when I had to leave for a few days. HOW AMAZING IS THAT!!!
The kitchen has tons of cookware and the house is fully stocked on cleaning supplies, soap, laundry and dish soap, etc. There is a blender, and a coffee maker and there is a washer and dryer and a two car garage. I went to visit all nearby towns in the Austin area and I thought this location was the best. When I travel back through I am definitely staying here. Hands down amazing!
As if that wasn’t enough, you also get great cable and free wifi and NETFLIX and ROKU and you can record your favorite shows on all 3 TVs!!!

Nice Transition Place
We stayed here while our new home was being completed. Close to everything and allowed us to get oriented to our new neighborhood. Well equipped home with everything one needs for a short- or long-term stay.

Georgetown rental review
Spent 2 months at 314 Essex Lane and had a nice time exploring Georgetown and all it has to offer especially the Mexican restaurants, hiking along the North and South San Gabriel River, the Georgetown Rec Center and outdoor playground for the grandkids. The nature trails near the townhome were great.

Great place to spend the winter!!
The place was well furnished and comfortable, and the hosts were easy to deal with. Being from NY, we especially enjoyed grilling outdoors in January-February, and we took a long walk almost every day. We especially enjoyed meeting all the friendly people who were out walking, or at the stores, at the restaurants, in the churches, and at the golf course. It did not seem to matter who was from Texas and who was not. Our daughter and husband came in from NJ and we toured some of the Open Mic nights together. We went to Gumbo's (on Georgetown Town Square) four times in two months, and we hit a lot of other restaurants. They were all good, regardless of price.

This is a fabulous home to rent for an extended stay while away from home. We were comfortable in the beautifully furnished home, and pleasantly surprised with the friendly neighbors all around.
We came to Texas to shop for a retirement home and to live in and check out the lifestyle of a Sun City.
We liked Georgetown and Sun City so much , we purchased our new home and are now happy homeowners in Texas.
The home had everything we needed, including Wi Fi , large Tv's, comfortable beds, linens and towels, generous amenities in the kitchen and it really felt just like home.
THe owner/landlord was pleasant and quickly serviced our requests for special items.

CHARMING NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a very comfortable house in a charming neighborhood that is very quiet. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, plates, pots, pans and utensils you could possibly need. There are 3 TV's with DISH. Also, a garage for your car. The owner is extremely nice. At dusk you can sit on the back patio and watch the deer running around. I would return here in a New York second.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
After making the reservation, we were contacted by Liz to let us know she was happy that we had picked this property. Prior to our arrival, got an email telling us what the security codes were and how to access the property. Liz also gave us her phone number in the event of any problems. We contacted her to let her know we got in without any problems and kept in touch to assure Liz all was going well. Thank you Liz, for all your help prior to our arrival and keeping in touch to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Warm winter in sun city
Excellent rental. A beautiful decorated home with high end furnishings. We felt right at home in this spacious home. The kitchen was well equipped with sets of dishes & glasses serving 6-8 . everything I needed for cooking. Loved the patio. I watched the deer go by each evening. Wonderful landlord, made check- in so easy, great customer service, but did not intrude.
I will definitely highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Sun City Georgetown
We spent a month at this rental in Sun City, Georgetown. The location was great, convenient to major highways and shopping. The home was clean with a well furnished kitchen. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We were very pleased with how nice and friendly everyone was during our stay. There is a wonderful pedestrian path close by the house which we took advantage of everyday.

Beautiful Home in Sun City
Our children live in the Austin area and we wanted a home nearby to be able to visit for the holidays. This home was perfect for us in every way, clean, comfortable and in a wonderful community. Sun City is a fabulous neighborhood, friendly neighbors and so much to do both in Sun City and the surrounding area. We loved downtown Georgetown. You were so helpful and accommodating. This was our first stay in your home and we plan to return again next year. Thank you!

Enjoyable month.
The house was perfect for our month of 'getting to know" Austin. It was clean, convenient to the Interstate and we love having a king size bed. We also enjoyed visiting Georgetown with it's shops and large selection of restaurants. The Hollow was our favorite.

This was our second year to winter at this fine Sun City home. It is very clean, well equipped, and convenient to many activities including golf, shopping, restaurants, nature trails, and a very nice dog park. It is also a short

Mold, Old Furnishings, Smells, Not Maintained!
We arrived at your Providence residence on Thursday May 8th. As I walked to the front door to retrieve the key from the master lock box, I found that it was covered in bird crap from a nest that was above the lock box - I used a pen to scrap the crap off to get the key.
Upon opening the front door, the stale stench odors wafted us all to the point of gagging and having to open windows.
I was absolutely embarrassed for my family to have to stay in this unit and you should be ashamed to rent a home like this!
Whomever is managing this unit should be reprimanded and let go. It is apparent that this rental was a compilation of used furniture picked up from a thrift store - the 3 lamps in the living room did not match; the chairs did not match the dining room table; the 3 television sets are from the 1980s. Our stay was a NIGHTMARE! The house was dirty and disgusting and definitely had not been cleaned in months - thus the crap on the lock box and bird nesting above. FIRST CLASS NEGLECT!
We felt that it was our responsibility to make you aware of the horrific conditions of your rental so that they can be corrected.
1. HOUSE WAS FILTHY - carpets dirty, floors not washed

This home far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and fresh. The furniture was in near new condition and everything shows the owners pride in this home. We enjoyed our visit and we would love to stay here again in the near future.

Home was just as described/pictured. Clean, comfortable, safe, quiet neighborhood. Transaction with owner was seamless. Plenty of shops and restaurants all within a reasonable distance. Golf course and amenities superb. Great value for money!
