Boasting shared amenities like community pools (available for a fee) and a fitness center, you'll be surrounded by possibilities for fun and relaxation. Nestled in the desirable Seaside community along Highway 30A, this house gives you easy access to the charming town square as well as the community pool. Take an early morning stroll through the Town Square and grab a fresh pastry and hot cup of coffee at one of the local cafes before shopping at the unique stops. Then pack the cooler and get your beach gear ready for a sun-drenched day on the postcard-perfect beaches.
The expansive main living area opens into one large room, creating an open floor plan framed by towering vaulted ceilings and a bevy of windows. The dark hardwood floors and chic lighting fixtures combine with a pallet of clean whites to create a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. Dive into a bowl of popcorn while you catch up with your favorite cable show on the TV. The private washer/dryer will prevent clothes from piling up while you enjoy the comfort of the central air-conditioning. You'll be treated to an en suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub in the primary bedroom. One guest bedroom has another en suite bathroom, and one has lofted bunk beds with a built-in ladder for access (kids only).
Two crates are available; dogs should not be left unattended or let on furniture.
Treat yourself and your group to a vacation they won't forget when you book your beachside escape to this Florida home. Make memories that will last a lifetime.

Location was perfect. Easy beach access. Short walk to town square

Our stay involved 2 families - 11 in total. It included one family with 4 kids (14, 12, 9 & 5) & another family with 3 kids (12, 9 & 7). We had a great time in Seaside & found the house to be a great fit for our families.
Pros:
Absolutely loved the location - very convenient to beach, pool & amphitheater!
House layout was perfect for 2 families. Allowed for adults to wake up early & move around without waking up the entire group
Outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off kids & beach equipment
House was well equipped for dogs: 2 fancy kennels in the foyer & other folding kennels available if needed
Bathroom facilities were modern but all associated with bedrooms. Late evening bathroom breaks after kids were in bed needed to be well planned
Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils but did not include any spices/condiments
Cons:
Compared to other places we've stayed in Seaside, the porch was very small
Stairs (more of a ladder really) up to the 3rd floor are very steep & require extreme caution to navigate. The steps & the bunk beds on the 3rd floor are definitely not for small children under the age of 4
Small problem with pool passes. Pool passes were not included for this property so we had to pay additional if we wanted to use the pools. We added these but they were not in the house when we arrived, so had some small issues accessing the pool the first day. We thought the pool passes were relatively expensive & not worth it as an add on

Great beach house, better than others we have rented in Seaside. Super close to beaches and town. We will be back.
Bring your own salt/pepper, coffee filters, trash bags and probably a portable fan for upstairs bunkhouse...

Great location— nice house— a bit of touch up needed but would definitely stay there again.
4.2
Great location close to everything in seaside. The house was clean and matched the listing photos. Would definitely book again

Check-in process was easy, with a code lock on the door. Kennels were provided for our dogs, so we were able to go to dinner without worrying about them. Easy walk to the beach access. Easy walk to central square. We all had a great time!
4.2
Perfect location and amenities. Pet friendly and includes areas for small dogs to be crated and contained to the fenced in area. We had 7 people and one dachshund in town for the Halloweener events and could not have enjoyed our stay more!
4.2
Location is convenient.

The Place was amazing based on location to everything. However it needs some Tender Love and Care for a few things that wouldn't cost much to fix. Great place for families though!

We will definitely rent again here!

The house is two blocks from the center of Seaside and even closer to the beach making the location perfect. Initially the bad reviews pushed us away from the house due to issues concerning the upstairs bunk rooms and mold in showers. After staying there I would have no issue going back.
There is some mold in the showers that could easily be fixed but it wasn't a huge issue for us. The upstairs bunk room is really cool and has four bunk beds. Not sure how hot that room would get in the summer. It was cold when we visited. The house was clean and fully functional. Plenty of parking space and enough room for the dogs to go outside. The porch was also nice to sit and take in the surroundings. We had seven guests in the house and it did not feel crowded at all. Overall a great place to stay.

My family and I had such a great time in this house this Xmas. The location is optimal, and the house itself is adorable. We also appreciated the fact that it was dog friendly.

Great location and home. Kitchen was missing a skillet pan and it was brought over when we contacted them. Kitchen could use a few other supplies, but otherwise it was excellent. Super clean and very close to beach and main part of town.

August 2022. Not our first time in this area, but first time at this particular property. It has a wonderful floor plan, the photos were impressive, and it is steps from the beach. It could easily be a five star if the management company and owners would pay attention. It is such a shame that it is so neglected. Upstairs bedroom: most of the upstairs bathroom vanity cabinets will not close, towel rod on the floor with a hole in the wall where it belongs and drywall pieces on the floor, something sticky dripping down wall in toilet room under the light fixture, very musty smell in the bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs tandem bedroom: water leak stain on the ceiling, strong musty smell, and blood stains on the comforter. The attic loft: extremely musty smelling, only accessible due with a tall vertical ladder, blinds are dusty, torn and hanging. So we decided not to use the loft. Downstairs twin bedroom: blood stains on the mattress (there are not mattress covers/protectors on any mattress, only a fitted sheet), mold in shower. Downstairs queen bedroom: mold in shower. Kitchen: garbage disposal pours into the cabinet then out onto your feet because the PVC is not connected and loose (it is likely a long standing problem since the bottom of the cabinet is so warped), we chased a large roach on the counter into the sink to catch it and kill it. Living room: the 4 table chairs are stained and dirty, we used a towel to cover them so we could sit on them. Stains on couch and chair as well. Most of the extra quilts and pillows were on the floors of closets, not on the shelves so we did not use them. During our 4 night stay we made 2 calls, one upon arrival and another the day prior to departure, to the management company and left a messages with whomever answered the phone. We took photos just in case they wanted to know exactly what needs attention, but we did not have any return calls on these matters. I would not return to this particular home.

Good day, the house is really good, the cleaning of the house was perfect.
BUT the cleaning of the furniture doesn’t invite you to seat down at the TV couch and also at the small dinning table.
Also you rent me the house for 4 days and you left me 2 trash bags, 2 bath soaps, etc.
You should leave at least the necessary things for your customers to keep the house clean and could take a daily shower, it supposed to replace a hotel.
Regards
Alejandro Alonso

Home is located in Seaside, close to the beach and the square. House was clean and had all amenities. The 3rd floor loft was warm during the day and being April the temp was not that bad. Can’t imagine what it’s like during June and July. Overall it’s a nice house in a great location.
4.2
This place is minutes from the beach. Very quaint inside but could use some more kitchen utensils because it was difficult to make meals without basic things. Overall a nice place to stay.

Did not receive communication like I was told. Then the week prior to my stay I get messages from the property manager asking for head counts because I would have to pay an extra $180 plus tax in order to be able to use certain facilities of Seaside. This would not have been an issue had it been in the description.

I read the reviews prior to renting this house and I saw all the negative comments. Then I saw that there were a few good ones more recently, so I thought maybe they corrected the issues. No. They didn’t. This house was so dirty and in extremely poor repair. There were stains all over the chairs and sofa, mold in the showers, the linens were not clean. The upstairs bedroom (not the bunk room) had a very musty smell that I worry could be a health and safety issue. There were many burnt out bulbs, gross or non-existent caulking around the sinks, a broken fan (with a new one in a box sitting on the floor), broken rods in the closets. The front door slams really hard and the glass in the door is loose so we were paranoid that the glass was going to break. The AC in the upstairs bedroom does not work properly (again, I’m not talking about the bunk room). I saw a few reviews saying this and then a reply saying it was fixed, but the AC was not fixed. Vacasa did offer to send housekeeping back in, but we were there with our family and the last thing we wanted was housekeeping coming in at a random time. I also don’t think the cleaning is something that could be done even in a whole day. The location is great, but the house needs a lot of work. We even really liked the setup of the house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect for our family. Unfortunately, I would not rent this home again.

The house is super cute, and the location couldn’t be much better. Very close to walk to the beach with easy access, and also to walk to the Seaside town square with the main shops and eating places. The property managers were great and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again, just for the location.
The house itself is charming especially the front room which you can see from the pictures. The porch was set up perfect to sit outside. The 2 downstairs bedrooms and 1 2nd floor bedroom are fine. Bathrooms aren’t huge, but there’s a high capacity tankless water heater so no problem competing for hot showers. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water which was fantastic to rinse off with after the beach. The downstairs bathrooms could use a little TLC, as there was mold visible in some places and one could definitely use new caulking. Sometimes the toilettes had issues flushing, but never bad enough to call the property managers. A little bit of work on the bathrooms by the owners could go a long way.
The kitchen was small, but had plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Also about 10 corkscrews, lol. Good for cooking light meals.
The property listing could use a better description of “the loft”, which is up very steep stairs (more like a ladder) on a 3rd floor level. It isn’t air conditioned, but with the A/C set cold on the 2nd floor and the fans in the loft running, it was pretty comfortable. There are 2 bunks (4 beds total) with chairs and a TV, and windows on all walls. Not great for sleeping adults, but our 3 kids (7, 10,13) LOVED it. It was like their own private kids room, with everything they wanted.
Overall, if you tried to push to the sleeping capacity of the house it could feel really crowded. Great house if you have kids that can climb into the loft. The house is set up great to enjoy the beach and all Seaside has to offer. Location, location, location.
