Here are the Rules from the City of Boynton Beach about Commercial Vehicles
And any violations for a Commercial Vehicle will be deducted from the Security Deposit before it gets returned along with court cost and Attorney fees.
(a) The intent of this section is to limit and prohibit the parking in residential areas of the city of trucks or other vehicles that are primarily designed for commercial use and not primarily designed as passenger vehicles and:
(1) To eliminate the visual blight created by large commercial vehicles being parked in residential areas overnight (from dusk to dawn) or for long periods of time.
(2) To minimize physical damage to publicly maintained rights-of-way.
(3) To protect property values and character of property within residential areas.
(4) To reduce traffic congestion; and
(5) To protect children from traffic injuries.
(b) It is hereby declared unlawful for any individual to park, cause to be parked or allow to be parked any of the following vehicles for a longer period than fifteen (15) minutes or to allow the vehicle motor or any accessory refrigeration or cooling motor running in any area of the city zoned for single- or two-family residential use as defined on the city’s official zoning map or along any street that fronts such residential area without regard to the zoning classification:
(1) Any truck, truck cab, truck trailer, farm, or construction vehicle or heavy equipment, semi-tractor, bus, dump truck, or wrecker/tow truck.
(2) Any motor vehicle with more than two (2) axles excluding a recreational vehicle.
(3) Any motor vehicle having a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) greater than 16,000 pounds excluding a recreational vehicle; and
(4) Any truck with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) between 14,000 pounds and 16,001 pounds that has been designed or modified for commercial moving, shipping, or trucking purposes (i.e. “box” truck).
(c) Exceptions to the above standards, excluding the running of motors, are limited to the following:
(1) When in connection with the actual loading or unloading of such vehicle, delivering of goods or services, and/or construction activity pursuant to permitted improvements to the property; and
(2) Recreational vehicles, which are regulated separately from this section of the city code.
(3) The term truck does not include pick-up trucks that would otherwise comply with the restrictions within divisions (b)(2), (b)(3), and (b)(4) above.
(d) A violation of this section of the city code constitutes a municipal ordinance violation and is subject to penalties as set forth in this city code. The city may prosecute violations by issuance of notices to appear for violation of a city ordinance, in which case, the penalty for a violation shall be as follows:
(1) First violation - $100.00.
(2) Second violation - $200.00.
(3) Third or more violations - $500.00 per violation.
(4) Each calendar day on which a violation exists shall constitute a separate violation for the purpose of determining the fine.

Great place to stay for out of town Work Crew
This place was perfect for my out of town work crew to relax after work. The owner, Joe, was very attentive and available to accommodate our needs when necessary. The interior of the house was very nice, clean and spacious. The exterior out back has a lot of room around the swimming pool to grille and enjoy the evening. Also being on the waterway was great way to relax and fish in between grilling and swimming. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to get away and relax!

Perfect!!
We arrived in December and left the first of March after a splendid vacation. The home and pool are beautifully maintained. The pool is lovely and warm. The view is exactly as scenic as the website shows. If there was anything at all awry the owner was incredibly responsive. The fishing in the canal was really exciting. Bass to six pounds. Every shopping venue is nearby. We have stayed here twice and always been more than satisfied. Grandchildren were extremely happy. There is room for everyone, pots, pans dishes utensils, linens, everything you need and more.

Getting the rowboat into the canal was a challenge (all by hand) but worth it once we did it. Hot tub we never figured out and the pool some dirt and dead insects, but overall everything was great. Having a pool right there for the kids was outstanding. Highly recommend.

OUR STAY
PLENTY OF ROOM IN THIS NICE HOUSE ON THE CANAL. THE ONLY PROBLEM WASTHE PREVIOUS RENTERS LEFT THE PLACE A MESS. TOOK THE CLEANERS OVER 5 HOURS TO CLEAN, THE DID A GREAT JOB AND LEFT JUST BEFORE 5PM. AFTER THAT SLOW START WE HAD A GREAT MONTH. THE POOL AND HOT TUB ARE GREAT AND WELL MAINTAINED. JOE (OWNER) TOOK CARE OF ANY LITTLE PROBLEM THAT CAME UP. RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING , GOLF AND BEACH ALL NEARBY.

If there was anything missing from this home the owner, Joe, was quick to supply. We loved its informality, the setting on a large canal teeming with interesting wildlife, the funky neighborhood, the access to shopping of every sort and restaurants, too. Everything is well maintained and there is so much room and so many rooms. If you want to have a lovely time in S. Florida this is a great jumping off point. We stayed for six weeks and have reserved eleven weeks for next year. We and our Grandchildren loved the pool which is well heated and the hot tub. Our dogs enjoyed the security of the fenced in yard.

We stayed in the home for 3 months this summer. It was wonderful. The whole family(dogs included) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and privacy. Would definitely recommend!

VERY ENJOYABLE
My wife and I spent 6 weeks here in a very relaxing waterfront home. My brother and his wife were here a month with us and his daughter and grandchildren also visited during their school break. There was more than enough room.
Although I-95 is only 1/4 mile away, the traffic noise is not too noticeable and even then, after a day or two, it seems to disappear. Shopping is extremely close (within walking distance) but for a grocery trip, it is best to have a vehicle.
The neighborhood is generally quiet but they were building a new home two houses away which did make noise but it was not an inconvenience. There are many golf courses in the area as well as other outdoor aactivities to participate in.
The pool, hot tub and lawn was well maintained. Trash pickup is twice a week which was more than we needed. We did not use the boat dock but all appeared to be functionable. The only glitch was that after arriving the cable modem died and after contacting the owner, he made all arrangements to remedy the problems. We only had to let the cable man in to rplace the modem. Wireless access is available throughout the house. We enjoyed our stay so much that we already booked for a month next year.

Couples vacation
We spent the month of Feb. the weather was great, some rain & wind but much nicer than it was at home. The first two weeks we fished in the canals, and lakes. We caught over 200 largemouth bass, the largest being 5.5 lb. The house was much nicer than the pictures. We definitely will be back.

New Brunswick Canada Snowbird
We loved this place. What you see is on the pictures and property description is what you get. We were 2 couples and my daughter came to visit for a week. Everything is fabulous, Close to shopping center, restaurants and near interstate 95 ramp. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing a good vacation. Although the owner was not in the area he e mailed us while we were on his property to make sure everything was ok and there was someone looking after the pool, hot tub and lawn every week. Thanks for a good vacation.

a very nice house
This is a very nice house. With 3 upstairs & 1 downstairs BR, it can easily handle 6 people, more if some are small children. Neighbors on opposite side of canal have very well-kept back yards, so the view over the canal from rear windows on both floors & from brick patio is very pleasant.
The kitchen equipment, dishes & flatware would have satisfied Julia Child.
Within walking distance of a shopping center with a Best Buy, Super Target & Total Wine. With a portable grocery cart (and even without one), you can actually shop for food etc. without even using your car (though cold items would warm up or melt on a hot day). Another shopping center with a Publix & CVS is only a little farther away, but you’d need your car for this one.
You will hear some traffic noise because of proximity to Old Boynton Road. I am extremely sensitive to noise, however, and it did not bother me at all.
Be advised that the pool is not heated (we knew this in advance). The jacuzzi, however, is completely reliable (and hot!).
The owner is very accommodating and always reachable even when he is not in BB.
Except for the cold swimming pool, this is a great place!

The good life
WE ENJOYED OUR MONTH LONG VISIT. THE PROPERTY WAS AS DESCRIBED. IT WAS VERY PLEASANT TO SIT ON THE PATIO AND ENJOY THE VIEW , AND NATURE IN THE CONSTANT BREEZE THAT FLOWS UP THE WATERWAY. CLOSE TO EVERTHING, SHOPING, RESTURANTS, GOLF COURSES AND OTHER TOURIST SITES SUCH AS DOWNTOWN DELRAY BEACH, FLAGER MUSEUMS ETC. RECOMMEND TO ALL FISHINGMEN, GOLFERS, TOURISTS ETC.

Everything was wonderful
Our girls soccer team was in West Palm Beach for a national tournament and most of the girls and two of the team moms stayed at the house. The house was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There were televisions in every room and plenty of room for everyone to gather or be alone if needed. The backyard was too small to kick around a soccer ball but the girls really enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our time at the house. We appreciated how helpful the owner was and how easy he was to deal with.

HOMNE AWAY FROM HOME
I am happy to recommend this lovely Boynton Beach home for a long or short term rental. The house is spacious, modern, and fully equipped. There are TV's in every room and even on the outdoor patio. Relax on the large lanai which is also completely furnished. Enjoy life along the canal, wave to the boaters, and take in the sights and sounds of this waterfront home.
Dine in, barbecue out back, or eat out every day.
The location is perfect. Within a half hour north you're in the center of West Palm Beach, the Palm Beach International Airport and Palm Beach. Head south and within twenty minutes you will be meandering along the ocean in Delray Beach. A few more minutes and explore Boca Raton. If nature is your thing, travel west, also less than half an hour, and you can explore two county parks, walking close to alligators and a myriad of other Florida flora and fauna.
Less than a half mile from the house every familiar restaurant, supermarket and retail store is just a few minute's drive. Biking in this residential neighborhood, it is easy to feel right at home. It's all here for you!

We had a wonderful mon...
We had a wonderful month's stay at Joe Scrivo's home in Boynton Beach, Florida. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back patio each day, watching the different kinds of wildlife, such as egrets, pelicans, ibis, herons and others which we couldn't identify.
Sometimes the canal was like a mirror, and other times, it looked like a flowing river.
The hot tub was great, and the pool was beautiful, but cold. A heater would have helped.
The house was roomy and comfortable, with TV's in every bedroom and in the living room. The kingsize bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The two zone air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of hot water in the showers.
Any problem or question - Joe was just a phone call away, and he always responded quickly. The neighborhood was quiet, but just a few blocks away, was great shopping and restaurants.
