This Sunriver vacation rental is warm and inviting lodge-style atmosphere accented with thick log stairways, vaulted maple ceilings and maple hardwood floors; a wonderful gathering space for weddings, large family reunions or family get-togethers.

Large 5 bedroom, 5 full bathroom, 4 Master Suites (attached bathrooms) & Private Hot Tub & 3 Car Garage (one bay with PingPong table, etc.). Sleeps up to 14-15 (14 in beds with up to 5 children in kids room and 1 infant in Play-n-Pac). Each room is nicely appointed to carry a unique western or other theme. Each room also has a Flat Screen LED TV and many with DVD players (3 Blue Rays) and one with VHS also (kids room).

Kitchen has polished granite counter tops, knotty pine cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. This fully loaded kitchen is carefully designed to meet your cooking and entertaining needs. Two refrigerators (one in garage), two dryers (one in garage), very handy for large family reunions!

The large Great Room is designed for families to gather. It is fully equipped with a 50-inch 1080P Plasma TV on a swivel wall mount , a collection of DVDs, tapes, books, games, puzzles, and Blue-Ray DVD player with surround sound. Bring your iPod/MP3 player and plug in your music. There is a 'media input box' to easily plug in your HDMI device or music player. There is a game table as well as a full dining table and kitchen counter stool area for seating. There is a dry bar area that is also well equipped.

The back deck includes a private hot tub, a long wood table with wooden benches and a barbecue. A perfect place to relax in the warm summer sun or enjoy an outdoor dinner in the evening.

Home comes with 12 SHARC passes for Pools/Tennis. The SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Association Recreation Center has indoor (open year round) and outdoor recreation pools, 15-person outdoor adult hot tub, outdoor lazy river, water slides, tot pool, sand play area, indoor/outdoor café, picnic areas, playground, basketball court, bocce ball, tubing hill, event/meeting rooms and outdoor amphitheater.

Our home is located between Circles 5 and 6. The River is across the street.

The house was totally furnished and then some. There were plenty of kitchen applicances,spices, and other various items. Kids loved the bicycle for 2. We would rent this house again. We had a great time. Thank you very much.

We had a family reunion and this home was perfect. Four of the five bedrooms had it's own bathroom. The great room was large enough for everyone to visit with one another. The deck has a great picnic table. All of the on-line pictures of the home show how pretty it is. We loved staying here.

I and my friends stayed at this house with our families for three nights. Five bedrooms, four of which had en-suite bathrooms, were a perfect match for our group. Spacious great room with an impressive surround sound system was a true entertainment hub for the group. Loved the themes of the bedrooms, great reflection of owners’ taste. Enjoyed the hot tub and water activities at SHARC using the 12 passes that came with the house. Owner was very responsive and caring. Nothing stood out as a negative, however, I would have preferred larger garbage/recycle bins. Would highly recommend this house and I would surely check availability here first when I visit Sunriver next time.

This home was just what we wanted for our family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped, the great room was perfect for games and TV watching (lots of college football bowl games!) and to have bathrooms in each of the bedrooms was very convenient. The owner was quick to respond when we had a minor issue. We would return to this home!

Spent Thanksgiving weekend with our two kids and their families - ten of us total. The house worked great for us. It was well equipped and very comfortable. It is in a great location and we enjoyed many great walks in the area. The only complaint we had was that it was some housekeeping issues - dirty oven, somewhat dusty, counters and table a little sticky but the floors were clean and the sheets and towels were all nicely laundered. Over all it was great!

Our family of 11 stayed a week at this property. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. It could use a good deep cleaning. We loved the fire pit and swing. The boys enjoyed watching a football game on the outdoor TV. The garage was a fun place to play. We loved the basketball game. It’s a beautiful spacious home that brought our family together for a wonderful week I’m Suncadia.

Very comfortable. Plenty of activity options at the house. Owners were very nice to communicate with prior to our arrival. Very helpful. Everything worked. Would stay again. Our family enjoyed everyone having plenty of space. Good access to main biking/walking path.

Overall, great experience! We had some bumps with arrival and departure, but Eric was very communicative and helped us resolve all hiccups. We accidentally left a Sharc pass at Sharc and he got a hold of them and took care of everything, even though he was on vacation in Italy!

There were 5 bedrooms and 5 baths! Absolutely perfect for privacy with couples in the same home and large family areas to enjoy together! Would definitely stay here again and it’s absolutely beautiful inside!

The house was perfect for our family of 14! Plenty of sleeping room and very well supplied with blankets, pillows, towels and most anything you might need in the kitchen! Our family loved the hot tub, patio area, ping pong table, bicycles and the general location! Carpets are really gross, the floors hadn’t been swept well (presumably not mopped), the windows haven’t been cleaned, cobwebs on the fireplace and dust galore. I’d be looking for a new cleaning company if it were my vacation rental. This home is way too nice to not be kept in tip top condition.

Owners were great to deal with responsive with questions. Housekeeper needs to do a better job. The on-suite bedrooms were fantastic for families. Bikes and ping pong table were a big hit.

We came to celebrate the birthdays of 3 lifelong friends. Nine of us in all. The house worked out perfect for a large group. It was very well stocked with anything we needed. We had a great time visiting local attractions. The large picnic table worked great for several of our meals and just hanging out. Thank you so much for the use of your house.

This place is great! It was myself, my husband, 4 kids, and my parents that stayed comfortably in this house for a week. Plenty of space and things to do. Kitchen is very well equipped. We would highly recommend this place to larger families or groups of friends who want to vacation together!

This was a great place. Things for everyone to do and space to be by yourself. We would recommend this place to any group. Thank you so much. There were only 3 things we could think of that might have made it better. No blackout curtains in the bedrooms, no locks on the bedroom door and the foosball table was warn. We had the best weekend and love, love, loved this place. THANKS!!!!!

We loved the house and being there with our family. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was nice and clean. We loved the bigger bedrooms and a bathroom for each room! The owners were very accommodating and also responsive! We hope to stay again another visit!

We had a late Christmas gathering with the all the kids and grandkids. Our first since Covid began. The house is spacious , well equipped and comfortable. The number of rooms and beds were perfect for our group. We especially appreciated how easy it was to push a wheelchair into the house. The days flew by too quickly. We enjoyed our time there!

We had two families with 8 kids between us and this house was perfect for us. Their is a bedroom with bath upstairs so we were able to spread out a little with plenty of room for the kids to not be on top of each other. All the rooms except the kid room had its own full bathroom. Had basic child amenities (high chair, baby gate) that worked great and was less stuff to pack.

This very comfortable home in Sunriver combines access to nature with loads of fun, local activities. Our party of 11 skied at Mt. Bachelor, went snowshoeing out the front door, ice skated at the town rink, and hiked through the neighborhood and onto public trails across the Deschutes River. Highly recommend for friends and family of all ages with a well-equipped kitchen and many basics provided. Owners were super attentive, even dealing with an issue on Christmas Day!
