Dan is a great host. We booked the house last minute for a pack&go trip. He immediately arranged the move in for us in less than a day time. The house is super clean, has almost everything we could think of, very quiet and friendly neighborhood, and close to the local restaurants, shopping center and beaches. We will definitely be back again in the future.

We loved out stay in this home. Loved the quiet neighborhood, loved the comfort of the home, the decorations and my favorite place the backyard. Spent a lot of time on the patio. Had some shade most of the day. So even though the days were hot when we were down there I was able to be outside most of the time. Would definitely stay there again. Dan gave good suggestions on things to do and restaurant suggestions. We did find a newly opened restaurant in Fort Pierce I would highly recommend called Island Beach Bar & Restaurant.

Thank you, Dan. The house was perfect for us, again. We came from Texas to visit family and one member is very ill with cancer. Your home is in just the area we needed to be. For you folks that want to go to Port St Lucie for all the lights and sounds and all kinds of festivities; or want a place to go downstairs to a bar with food, drinks, loud music and dancing, Dan's home is not for you. However, if you want a beautifully decorated home in a quiet and secure neighborhood for peacefulness and relaxation, this is just what you need. You can still enjoy all of the local activities of PSL, and then, “go home,” relax and start fresh again in the morning. We are very grateful to have been able to stay at Dan's again. Thank you, again! Lynn P.S. I stayed at Dan's with my brother and sister. My brother “was well-pleased” with Dan's home. From my sister: Enjoyed our stay your Morningside property...quiet, secure and very nicely done remodel. If we have the opportunity to come back to PSL, we'll definitely want to stay at your place.

We were so impressed with this home and all that it had to offer! From the new appliances, fresh linens and fully furnished kitchen, to the tropical/ beach vibe decor, it was amazing! It was just what we were looking for. It has a large backyard space and patio that was very private with a gas grill provided. The owner was very responsive from beginning to end and very accommodating. We will definitely be booking this home again!

Our stay here was wonderful! The house and yard are exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the privacy of the backyard. Dan is very attentive and responded quickly every time we contacted him. We will definitely return.

Awesome spacious summer home. Equipped with washer and dryer which is a must to have. Big screen TV in living room and in Master bedroom etc. Enough room for a family of four or five, and fully equipped. Thank you for the service. I recommend this cute home for your getaway.

Very nice neighborhood, safe and quiet, close to beach (approx 20 min to sea turtle beach), grocery stores and restaurants. House was clean and beach items were available which was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was fantastic. Time in the house was restful and relaxing. The neighborhood is extremely quiet which we welcomed. I have rented many houses in FL over the past 10yrs and this is the first one that did not smell of mold/mildew. It was clean and well cared for. All appliances are top of the line. The house had pleasant unexpected thoughtful items for guests such as board games, beach chairs and a couple of extra thick and extra long beach towels. The kitchen had thoughtful items including filters for the coffee pot, tin foil and zip lock bags. A full grocery store is 1 mile down the street making it easy to accommodate special dietary needs for some family members. Dan is super friendly, responsive and helpful answering any questions you might have. There is a small binder in the house with all of the added details anyone would need. My entire family from CT to CO hopes to be able to stay here again on future visits.

First time using Vrbo, very pleased with this darling little house. Everything was immaculate and attractive and in good working order. Bed was super comfortable. Showers were luxurious. Full kitchen equipped with everything you’d ever need. Loved taking early morning bike ride with the bicycles provided. The mango tree in the backyard provided 3 juicy mangoes which ended up in a most yummy smoothie! Very quiet neighborhood. This rental managed to delight three generations of us! Highly recommend this lovely place.

House was really convenient for our use. Lots of space and well appointed. One thing to note is they had a decent sized ice chest and reusable ice packs that weren't mentioned. Very nice. Also beach chairs and towels. Plenty of kitchen supplies, even some stationary supplies. Would definitely recommend.

We came down to PSL to look at real estate and Dans home was a perfect choice. Conveniently located in the beautiful Sandpiper Bay neighborhood surrounded by lush vegetation and a golf course. The house is newly renovated with everything you could need - open kitchen with all new appliances and utensils, beautiful bathrooms with spa like showers, back yard with gas grill, table, Adirondack chairs and landscape lighting that automatically comes on at night. There were even white Christmas lights in the front bushes making it so easy to spot the house driving back from restaurants at night as well as being festive. So many nice touches. We certainly recommend Dan’s well appointed home!

Wow what a wonderful rental property! It comes equipped with anything you would need and more! The kitchen is TOTALLY stocked with everything, spices, vinegars, coffee filters, cleaning supplies and so much more. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. They provided everything needed for a day at the beach, chairs, towels and a cooler. There were board games, cards, even a badminton net and supplies to put up in the back yard. Ping pong paddles too (play on the dining room table??) There are laundry facilities but I was shocked they provided the soap, bleach and fabric softener too! Thanks!!! The bathrooms are beautiful and updated. Dan was always on the ball to get back to us with questions prior to our stay. They provide a handy binder with all the necessary house information. We felt so safe walking and running each morning throughout the neighborhoods. The grill was a major plus, just wish there was a light out there for the early dark evenings. My only issue was the middle bedroom with the twin beds was covered in looked like dog hair all over the bedspreads and decorative pillows, ewww. It would have been nice to have a nightstand with a lamp between the two beds and a mirror in each of the bedrooms would be appreciated. The purple bike needs its handle grips replaced, they were sticky and melting off on my hands. Overall we would highly recommend staying here!

Another long term stay in this property and again full satisfaction. The place which is nicely renovated was clean and ready for us to move in. Dan, the host was always available on the short notice. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms are great addition to open concept bright living and dinning areas. Large, flat screen TV in the living room and high speed wifi make this house ready for leisure and work stays. Safe and clean neighborhood where the house is located provides additional comfort.

Cam down for work for a couple weeks, my wife came along. This please was literally perfect! A true home away from home, it had everything we needed. Was nice and clean and in a great area. Bikes were a huge plus to get some fitness in the Am, great backyard, was fenced so had nice privacy. Would highly recommend this house! Definitely will be returning! Dan was an excellent host!
