Walking distance from city centre with plenty of restaurant options

All the mattresses need to be replaced, kitchen not fully geared up for cooking activities, no micro waves available

Sin vistas pero si en el bar de la azotea

Ubicacion al lado del centro de santa teresa di gallura, apartamento nuevo y comodo

Sin vistas al mar, en el bar atico si, pero no como salia en las fotos. Agua del aire acondicionado caia agua, aviso, y para 3 dias no lo solucionaron

Urokliwe miasteczko i przyjemny hotel. Polecam!

Apartament na parterze z tarasem, dwie sypialnie i pokój dzienny z kuchnią i stołem. Basen był czynny pod koniec września ale woda już dość zimna. Super jacuzzi na dachu z pięknym widokiem, rezerwacja bezpłatna na godzinę dziennie. Centrum miasteczka z wieloma restauracjami i plaża w odległości 20min spaceru, wszędzie z górki i po górkę;) Hotel oferuje również bezpłatne transfery busem na odleglejsze plaże.

Pas de vue sur la mer

L'appartement est grand

Nous étions très déçu de la vue car nous avons réservé avec vue sur mer, or l'appartement donne des vues sur d'autres appartements, il faut sortir sur la terrasse pour voir la mer. Lors de la réservation, rien n'indiquait que c est une vue latérale sur la mer et imaginez notre déception quand nous avons découvert que notre appartement donne sur les voisins partout, nous avons payé un tarif avec vue sur mer pour au final avoir une vis à vis tout au long de la journée. C est la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à ce genre de choses. Je l'ai fait remarqué à la hôtesse mais elle m'a répondu que toutes les vues sur mer sont prises, ce qui est inacceptable car nous avons aussi réservé avec une vue sur la mer. Bref, très déçu 😞 malgré le bon emplacement et la chambre spacieuse.

Gorgeous views of the blue sea! Comfy beds and spacious apartment.

Had no internet for 2 weeks. Took a lot of grief and unnecessary roaming charges before they called the technician. Would not believe me, as if it was my fault that the internet would not work in my flat.

Modern facility. Shuttle to the beach for free. Jacuzzi on the roof and pool. Nice receptionists available till late.

You have to pay extra for parking and laundry. No cleaning included in the 2-week stay.

Superb

We had spacious apartment with the kitchen/living room, bedroom and a big balcony with the sea view. There were some issues registering and connecting to the Wi-Fi, but once connected the speed and stability was top notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, young lady from the reception suggested couple of very good pizza places. Rooftop Jacuzzi with magnificent view (you have to book the time at reception during COVID-19, but then the whole rooftop is at your disposal)

The balcony view on the ground floor was partially obstructed with the bush. Location is not ideal, you have to be prepared to walk down and uphill to get to the Rena Bianca Beach, or to the city centre with the night life. The parking on the covered parking is at the extra cost, luckily there was always a place for us on the street. There is no dishwasher among the kitchen appliances, you have to do the dishes during vacation.

Among the most exclusive places where to spend your holiday in S.ta Teresa with room for improvement

Staff very efficient in helping out with reservations for local activities (e.g. booking a boat trip) or extra needs (e.g. a lift to the harbour or a couple of bowls for breakfast not in the set already provided in the apartment).

Sometimes the approach of staff member was a bit rough, nevertheless did not undermine my satisfaction with their service. Apartments are not provided with laundry and you have to get a token (4-5 Euros) to use their communal laundry machine. We were given a flat on the ground floor, missing part of the overall seafront view (still enjoyable). The yacuzzi on the top floor -the iconic picture detailed in the profile- was not accessible the first two days for working progress (a new lounge-cocktail bar managed by a third catering company), the next two days we were told we could get there by 19 hrs, the following two by 17 hrs...at the end we never enjoyed the yacuzzi because of the continous changes of time-restriction and ultimately because of the heat at the accessible times

The location was perfect, 10 min walking to the beach and 5 to the center. The swimming pool was great to enjoy at the end of the afternoon.

The building was under construction, so it was a bit loud in the morning and was no so comfortable to stay in the pool during the day. The house could be more equipped (no garbage bags, dish soap, hangers, etc)
