This stunning vineyard estate home is perched on a hill with spectacular 360-degree vineyard views of Geyser Peak, Alexander Valley and the Dry Creek hills.
This spacious home features a lovely pool & spa, gourmet kitchen, wrap-around veranda, vaulted ceilings with crown moldings, hardwood flooring in the main level and carpeted second floor. The walls have a beautiful decorative stucco-like finish, as well as trompe l’oeil trees, creating a welcoming arbor over the inside entry.
The generous great room with bay window and 65” LG super UHTV4K with Xfinity programming opens to the high-end gourmet kitchen. Chefs will delight in the granite countertops and full complement of KitchenAid appliances, Thermador 4-burner cooktop with grill, double-oven, L-shaped island with sink and disposal. A bay window looks out west over the pool and entertainment area, with trees and mountains beyond. There is a formal dining room seating 6+. At the back of the home is a the PERFECT table to gather around and play a lively game of Settlers of Catan, or any number of other games provided at the home (all are stored in the den, by the front door), and laundry room with washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom with king bed has a vaulted cathedral ceiling, large crown molding and abundant windows with beautiful views. Enjoy the double-sink Master Bath with large soaking tub, free-standing shower, and heated towel racks.

We booked this house for 7 of us and we had plenty of room inside and out. Lots of nice gathering places and the property was well kept. It overlooks a vineyard and feels private and high-end. We stayed for 4 days but I'd highly recommend a week's stay.

The rooms were set up perfectly, the grounds are AMAZING, and the location is incredible! We couldn't believe how well the kitchen was stocked with spices, serving utensils and wine glasses! The dining room table looks out over the property so just sitting and eating supper you're amazed at the view. The property has a bocce ball courts which is a pleasant diversion from visiting wineries. We grilled on the gas grilled, played bocce ball and drank amazing wine. PERFECT! We had everything we needed and then some for our trip. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful property that is nicely located to the town of Healdsberg. The scenery around and at the property is absolutely gorgeous! The house matches up to the pictures. It has lots of amenities however everything is a bit outdated. It was clean and pretty well stocked.

We loved the grounds and the inside of the house is comfortable to host larger groups. The house also had everything you could think of needing (pans, griddle, coffee maker, wine opener, beach towels, hand soap, spices). The property isn’t too far from downtown Healdsburg so the location was great. There’s nothing within walking distance but I’ve stay in Sonoma before and you just need to drive to get to places. I’d rather stay on a scenic property than downtown in my opinion. The sunsets here were amazing. The jacuzzi and pool were used during our stay as well. We all loved our stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

There are plenty of games to play with kids and adults. The pool is wonderful, even though it is not heated (that wasn't an issue given the warm weather). And the outside grounds are truly gorgeous from the rocking chairs on the front porch to watch the hummingbirds to the vineyards to the bacci ball cout and gorgeous area around the pool. We had a blast! And we will be back.

Everything is clean and in perfect condition and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. (Plenty of towels, dishes, etc). The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for nine of us to not feel cramped.
The house is just a very short drive (maybe 5-10 minutes) from downtown Healdsburg, which is such an adorable little town with great boutiques. We could not have asked for a better set up to enjoy the weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lytton Station Vineyard. We needed a warm, quiet place to "shelter" with our family and we could not have asked for more. It feels like you are staying in someone's home, not just a rental, with lots of space to spread out and relax. The vineyard setting is beautiful. We would come back.

We enjoyed the hot tub, the swing, and the rocking chairs on the veranda at sunset. All the bedrooms were perfectly appointed and the beds were super comfortable. Amazing Place, highly recommend.
Our family (2 adults + 2 kids, 8 and 5) just spent 10 days in the house. We had a wonderful time. It was hard to leave. This is a very peaceful and beautiful place. Our best moment was in the evening, with a walk in the vineyard (right next to the house) followed by a glass of wine in the porch watching an ocean of vines while the sun was going down. It was magical. The house itself is perfect, the kitchen is well organized and equipped. Finally the property manager was just perfect: very reponsive and helpful. We highly recommend that place. We will likely go back.

Magical
A beautiful view as you drive up to your magical home away from home. That’s how we felt each time we rolled up to our vacation home last week. The property is stunning and the views or the vineyards were exactly what we were looking for as we selected the best get away for our family. We have kids between the ages of 5-8 so we wanted them to feel autonomous enough to explore and play on their own but fairly in eye view or at least so we can hear them. The layout is the home provided the perfect safety and enjoyment for both adults and kids. Interior space worked out for both families, allowing for good night rest and evening quiet time while offering also a respite from the hot afternoon sun. Shante, the property manager was gentle and kind and thoughtful throughout the logistics and booking. Highly recommend!! Thank you for sharing your home with us! And my son wants to add, that he loved the hot tub and basket ball hoop!
