This beautifully decorated and immaculately clean vacation home is located at one of the best locations in Ocean Beach. You're only steps from feeling the beach sand between your toes (less than a 2 minute walk!). Ocean Beach has everything a vacation should have -- surf, sand, biking, walking, relaxing. Pure fun and enjoyment. Take long romantic walks along the shore. Stroll to one of the many neighborhood restaurants and bars. Stay in and enjoy the wall mounted 55' flat screen TV in living room and bed room or secure, high-speed WiFi internet. Create your own dine-in experience with the modern, fully equipped chef's kitchen. And after a day of exploring San Diego relax under a warm rain shower. Nighttime awaits with high thread count sheets and a top of the line pillow top mattress. We hope this will be one of the best vacations you ever had.

Property boasts an upgraded dream kitchen with Bosch gas range and microwave, Samsung french door refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy air conditioned comfort on those warm beach days. Laundry includes high-efficiency stack washer/dryer. Beautiful Italian porcelain tile installed throughout. We wanted everything perfect for our guests.

A member of our family has severe allergies to pet dander. For their health safety I cannot accept dogs or cats. Please inform me if you have a service animal and I will be glad to help you find other suitable accommodations in the same area. It is an undue hardship for me to have to perform restorative cleaning to eliminate pet dander in the townhouse/garage. Please - no pets allowed.

We had a wonderful time staying in Ocean Beach! This property had everything you’d need. The location was perfect, literally across the street from the beaches. Not sure if there’s a better place in OB!! Connie was fantastic, communication was great!! Check in seamless, location fantastic if your looking to spend time at the beach especially since you have a dedicated parking spot!! The place was spotless and had everything you need!! Nice cozy place a stones throw away from the beach. The location of the property was perfect! A quick walk to the downtown area that had plenty of restaurants and bars. The vibe of the area is really relaxing. Would like to stay during the summer the next time to enjoy the beach more.

We had a wonderful stay at Connie's property. The location is second to none. Steps away from the beach and a short walk to a wide-variety of food and beverage establishments. Easy access to other parts of San Diego by car. The dedicated parking space was very important on a busy beach weekend. Connie's a great host and communication was quick and friendly. The space was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the bells and whistles we needed.

We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this one is top notch. You simply cannot beat the location if you want to be near the beach. Location, location, location! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need and the parking space is wonderful! From booking to getting the checkin info was very easy. Great little get away! Will stay here agin if we make it back to San Diego

This was our second stay at this property. We originally chose this place due to the location and the beach being right across the street. Connie is an excellent host and responds to any questions you may have in a timely manner. The property is as nice as it looks with upgraded appliances and everything else you may need. For next year. This is a property that you must try.

We really enjoyed our stay here - check in/out was very easy, the place was clean, and we didn't have to fight for parking! I loved that we could walk to the beach, and that restaurants, etc. were also an easy walk away. The only thing I wish had been different has nothing to do with how things were run - it would have been great if there was an outdoor seating area/patio.

This place was excellent. Super clean & the owner thought of everything to make your ocean stay terrific. They even provided beach towels, chairs & boogie boards. Awesome way to take care of your visitors. Across from the beach & walk to everything in Ocean Beach area. Also easy drive to the Zoo & Museums. Thank you for a lovely few days away from the heat in AZ.

I have stayed in different VRBO homes in OB. This house was exceptional! It was quiet and cozy. The parking is right in front and it had everything we needed and more. Everything was clean and comfortable, from the queen bed to the pull out sofa. It has AC so it’s amazing to come back from a day at the beach to a cool house and relax. The beach is not even a block away, you can go to the beach and easily come back for snacks or a potty break. There are restaurants and a liquor/market close by. The refrigerator is BIG and fits everything for a weeks stay. My family loved it and will be staying again.

I have stayed in OB every time I come visit. This was definitely one of my favorite rentals. I usually rent something a bit bigger because I bring my whole family down but this time it was just me and a couple of my kids. It was absolutely perfect. Within walking distance to everything. The unit itself was comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for the kiddos and I. Thank you!

We loved this place. It’s perfect for two people. The decor made us feel like we were at a luxury hotel but with the added benefit of a full kitchen and laundry. The designated parking spot is directly in front of the unit making it easy to unload. The unit is truly a 3 minute walk from the beach. We enjoyed the sunset from the beach several times during our stay. We arrived an hour early and texted the host who responded right away and let us check in early which we greatly appreciated. Excellent stay. We highly recommend it.

This is just what the doctor ordered!! Super close to beach, Great restaurants within walking distance. Small grocery store 3 blocks over. And YOUR OWN PARKING SPACE!!! Would definitely recommend.

Place was exactly as it was described. Check in was easy and there was a place for us to park. We love this area and everything was so close. Fully stocked kitchen and full size appliances. We didn't cook, I was on vacation; but next time we just might. We loved the beach chairs and now we are now getting some of our own. Planning our next visit already!

Connie was an exceptional host and her apartment was perfect! We are so appreciative to her for making our anniversary/birthday weekend so enjoyable. Everything was so comfortable and homey. She has thought of everything and it is beautifully decorated and well stocked . She is always communicative and kind. Additionally, it was wonderful to be able to walk across the street to the beach. We will have some fond memories thanks to Connie sharing her lovely home.

Beautiful, updated property within a block to the beach.Very clean. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, grocery. We take our grandchildren on a trip when they turn 10 and this was perfect with the pull out couch. Sites in San Diego are an easy Uber ride. We had a little trouble logging into cable and Connie was very responsive. Hope to go back again someday and would definitely recommend!

The apartment was comfortable, very clean, extremely well equipped. All new fittings and furnishings. Funky beach neighborhood, 2 minute walk to the beach. Great shopping/eating 5 minutes away. Short drive from airport. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The only downside to this unit was that it lies in the direct path of planes landing and taking off from the San Diego airport. However, we didn't find this too off-putting, and would gladly return in the future.

This property was a great place! The property manager was so helpful and responsive. It was completely remodeled, clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and sand toys. The location was amazing as it is right across the street from the beach. The only reason I left 4 stars for location is because this area is a very eclectic, local vibe (which we normally like) but there were some “characters” and homeless people around the neighborhood, one of which yelled at me and followed me as I walked from the beach back to the cottage. I walked around the block until he left so he didn’t know where I was staying, as it was unsettling. With that being said, my husband and I would probably still stay here again but probably not with our kids. Everything else was great.
