The house looks better online then it is. Bathroom paint is chipping off the tile. Cockroches on driveway every night. Landscape needs to be cleaned up everything over grown.

Great place, just as advertised. Easy communication with owners and prompt help when needed. Big beautiful backyard for our dogs traveling with us, appreciate their willingness to allow our animals. Teens enjoyed the TV, internet worked great, kitchen had everything needed.

We stayed for my daughters graduation. Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy 5 mile drive to campus. This was a great alternative to renting multiple hotel rooms. House was clean and just right for our needs. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our visit to Tuscaloosa to see our son who is a student at UA. The most exciting part was his 85 year old Grandma got to see the amazing campus. The house was perfect with everything on one floor. We were able to color Easter eggs & host dinner for our son & friends. It’s to campus is an easy drive there…straight down University Blvd. My husband was most thankful for William purchasing a Keurig for morning & evening coffee! Hope to stay again another time!

I had to stay in the area for about a month and this place had everything I needed. Lots of tools in the kitchen (though the knives I used weren't the sharpest..) and plenty of supplies needed for a long term stay. Quick and easy communication with the owner as well. Location is also within a good distance from the main areas of Tuscaloosa and was safe as someone staying there alone. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Visited our freshmen at UA for family weekend. It was nice to stay a few miles away to get away from the chaos. It was nice and quiet and we were able to spend some quality family time together. House is cozy.

Needing to evacuate from New Orleans for Hurricane Ida, we found this place by chance and it was a perfect pet friendly spot for our family. Location was close to restaurants and stores. The house was updated and well taken care of. We really enjoyed the kitchen and it had everything we needed. What we appreciated most was Mr. Sherrill's compassion and flexibility and he was understanding to our situation as we waited for power to return to our home. Even though this was not a vacation, this place felt like home. Definitely recommend as great place to stay.

We needed to evacuate when Hurricane Ida headed towards New Orleans and, since we had a dog, needed a place that was pet friendly. This property was perfect! Our dog enjoyed the backyard and there was room enough for my two kids and I to spread out a little and not trip over each other. Mr. Sherrill was a very gracious host and quick to respond to messages.

My daughter who is a senior at UA and graduating in a December wanted her family to come to town for a game rather than the grad ceremony. So we had folks from NYC and Ohio come to town. The house was perfect. It was three miles to my daughter’s house and five miles to campus. The house was immaculate-just as pictured. The property owner was great. I changed the dates and then added an additional night. He was very quick with his responses and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tuscaloosa!

We enjoyed this property. It was perfect for our visit during Homecoming Weekend. A short 10-15 min drive to campus in a quiet residential friendly neighborhood. The house interior was very nice, new and clean. Check-in was a breeze. The manager responded quickly when I called/texed with a question. We will return without hesitation! Thanks for a great stay!

Arrived in T-Town on Wed to attend the Bama Traveled to T-Town from Virginia to attend the Bama -Tenn game. The house was perfect., location to T-Town was about 10-15 minutes, easy access off interstate, in a very old established quiet neighborhood. House was very clean, so nicely decorated. Working with the owners of the property was best experience I have had using VRBO. Would certainly come back to house if in the area again.

Was close to campus, restaurants, and shopping. Was quiet neighborhood. House was roomy and clean. Will definitely use this again on my return visit

We had an excellent experience staying here! It was clean and a great home base for us on our Memorial Day weekend trip.

Older home in seasoned neighborhood, but very clean & nicely remodeled. Was a perfect refuge for graduation weekend -- short drive to town & campus, but just far enough away to avoid serious traffic. Small, single bath -- so we had to schedule/order our group's showers & preparations... but well-apportioned with clean towels. Kitchen was also just right for the extended weekend. Will definitely consider using again. Much appreciation to the owner for having the property in fine shape.

Nice accommodations at the price point. Owner was very helpful, responsive and efficient.

The house was cute, clean and the area seemed safe. Check in and out was easy because of the lock box on the front door. The location was good for us to visit family. The problem with this house are the beds, they were miserable. The three mattresses in this house have to be the three oldest mattresses still in use today. The queen bed has no box springs, just some metal thing that looks like it came off of a sleeper sofa bed, the two full size mattresses were really old and worn out. The beds creaked and squeaked so loud with every tiny move, so much that you couldn't sleep. We were hoping to find a place to stay as an alternative to a hotel because we visit family in Tuscaloosa several times a year, but we can not handle these beds.

Furnishing a hairdryer would be helpful. Ironing board would not close. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again! Super clean and quaint! Love the sun room!!

Owner accommodated last minute booking & allowed for an early check in. The home was nicely updated & it was located in an older, safe, & quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again!

We booked this VRBO last minute and it worked out great!! We stayed for a week and it was so much better then staying at a hotel. It really was like home away from home.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and only a few minute drive to campus.

Property was nice. Conveniently located- close but just far enough from campus and other amenities. Queen bed was a bit uncomfortable, no box spring. Clean and neat, had everything we needed for a short stay. Neighborhood looked questionable when we 1st drove in but as you got further into development was fine. Little yappy dogs on either side that were a bit annoying when we were coming and going but didn’t bark all night. Would recommend to a friend and would stay again!
