About this campground/ rv resort rental

We are now renting our beloved summer get away!! A perfect location and set up for your family!! Located in Antler Acres just 3 miles from the Honey Creek State Park boat ramp. Our mobile home is situated on an all paved road, neighborhood setting, with 3 lots worth of yard space for games and camp fires. We have lots of outdoor living, with a full length covered patio, 1/2 of which is screened. The home has open concept living with an open living and kitchen area, that is bright and inviting with lots of windows. One bedroom has a full bed and the other has two sets of twin bunks. The bathroom has been completely updated.

Other than tv connection goin in and out it was a great place to stay . Will probably book again for nexted year. Had plenty of room only two of us went instead of 4 likes was originally planed . Thanks again Skeeter and Donnie 👍👍👍

It was very bright and airy - loved the vibrant colors too. Had everything we needed and the little extras was much appreciated. The window air conditioners did a decent job keeping up with the 90+ degree weather too. Would stay here again.

It is a nice place to stay but it's going to need a little work on the floor by back door !!!! Also the tv situation is like no other it gets dark in the fall early and can't even watch the news but overall I will be back in the spring. Thanks Mike

Great location just a few minutes from anywhere you want to go on the lake. Double bunk beds where fun. Parents slept in them with the kids, which they loved the idea. Gave the oldest sibling privacy with a room of their own. Very clean and comfortable with two window air conditioners that keep the whole trailer cool.

We have family in this area, but Stacey and Kristen are so easy to work with so we like to rent from them. Always have what we need and there is a large screened in porch on front that we enjoy every morning. Seems to be pretty quiet since they are set back on a cup-de-sac.

My husband and I had an awesome stay at this property. The owners were extremely helpful and got back to us very fast on every question we had. The place was stocked way more then we expected. so literally all u need to bring is clothes and food. If we ever vacation in Iowa again, we will defiantly stay there again. As much as you charge for this place really a 13 inch TV that does not caome in worth a Shit. Could only watch the news in the morning one day really. Don't get me wrong the place worked out for us but why not fix the big cracks in the porch just takes a little cement anyway tks for renting it to us

Four stars only because no wifi / satellite or cable TV but really didn’t really matter because we were gone every day. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed screened in porch. Responsive hosts who came out immediately to fix a problem when asked. Close to Lake Rathbun and honey creek resort which was great. Will likely stay again next year.

My family of 4 stayed there comfortably. We wished the full size mattress was more comfortable but we made do. My 2 boys throughly enjoyed the bunk beds. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for our stay.

Could not get the musty smell out of the place.... no lower rail on the outside steps for our handicap family members.... found a condom wrapper on the bedroom floor... the lower bunks beds Were too hard to get out of... too close to the floor... advertised tv.... it did not work.

Loved the location by the lake. Not far away but enough away that it wasn't busy. Loved the privacy. The binder helped to know what we needed to do for clean up. And sticky notes were helpful too. Bathroom fan was a little loud and scared us a few times. Ha! The light out by the grill was out so it was hard to see. We could have used a few more cooking utensils but we made due. Couch covers were nice. If someone were to stay longer than a weekend would definitely need another trash can to throw away things. We did have a lot of decorations though. All things that were "issues" were very minor. I would definitely rent this again!!

Great place for the price.

This was a clean trailer that was about 5-10 min to get to the lake. It smelled a bit musty but that went away after we opened the windows for a bit. It had a nice screened in porch and was on a nice sized lot so you didn't feel cramped. The owners are super nice and willing to help make our stay as good as possible.

We enjoyed our stay in this Rathbun Lake Home. The outdoor living was perfect for our evening activities; dinner, games and bonfires. The inside was bright cheerful, cozy and clean. The lake was only a quick 5 min drive and very easy boat access. We would definitely stay again!
