Our stay turned out to be very nice. The location of the cabin is ideal, close to trails and close to Main Street. However, we thought the furnishing and the TV offerings were very basic. The Wi-Fi did not have enough bandwidth for the streaming choices on the TV. All in all, we spent a lot of money for for a property which could be updated.

This was our 4th stay, great as always, loved the addition of railing to front deck.

A warm and welcoming home after a ski day.

Cute cabin close to town. It was exactly as described in the post. The check in process was easy.

Wonderful location with trails out the back and a short walk to the main street, perfect place to bring our pup for a peaceful, mountain getaway. We love that a rustic cabin still exists in the midst of so much building! We'll be back:)

Arrived late at night for an overnight stay, exhausted and with a migraine to find the two of three beds the last customer used had wadded up dirty linens on the stripped beds. Bathroom floor had a pile of wet dirty towels, and seeing the checkout instructions, that’s how guests are instructed to leave the bedding and towels they’ve used. I contacted vacasa the next morning after we had left and they said because we hadn’t taken pics (in the dark and barely lit cabin) they couldn’t take off the cleaning fee we paid for a place that was handed to us already dirty. Poor service, they hounded me with texts and emails constantly for the following 3 days asking me to leave them a good review. What?? It wasn’t that great of a cabin to begin with but I assumed it good enough for one night. But as it turns out, it wasn’t even good for one night. Everything had sort of an old, cheap thrift store dirty grout feel anyway whether it had been cleaned for us or not.

The home did not have hot water, the tv had issues connecting, and I needed to set up the heater myself. The first night I was there a bear got into the trash can outside, which was still full from the previous travelers. The lack of communication was completely unprofessional and rather than enjoying my time on vacation I wasted it calling, texting, and messaging with the VRBO app from 11 pm the first night of check-in until 3 pm my last full day of visiting to get these issues taken care of. My mom and I were finally able to shower at 7 pm on the night of our last stay.

Ideal spot for a pet-friendly Frisco stay! Few blocks off main street and a quick drive to all the nearby ski resorts. The cabin was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of bedding, towels, basic toiletries, and kitchen needs. Great spot, would highly recommend and will hopefully return!

The cabin is okay, basic accommodation, location is fairly quiet and near Frisco's Main St restaurants and easy access to I-70.
Kitchen accessories are adequate, the TV and internet are decent. Heat source is one gas stove and space heaters - uneven heat throughout cabin.
Our experience with Vacasa (rental agency) was AWFUL.
We arrived at the cabin in single-degree temps to find unmade beds, no clean sheets, used bath towels, dirty floors and counters etc - i.e. NO HOUSEKEEPING.
We spoke with a non-local Vacasa rep and requested housekeeping or an alternate rental nearby. The rep said she would contact the local Vacasa and report back within 60 minutes. We received NO return call.
Two hours later (pitch black and even colder) we returned to a dark rental (no porch light, no snow removal from the deck or driveway) to find minimal housekeeping (at least we had clean sheets and towels).
We again called Vacasa and requested a minimal $50 refund/credit but that we would really appreciate a FULL REFUND on HOUSEKEEPING. The rep said she had put in a request for that.
Three days after our stay we again contacted Vacasa. The rep had no update on our refund request but that Vacasa would contact us (no one has reached out to us).
More than a full week has now passed since our stay in Frisco and we have received no refund/credit or call.
Beware if you decide to use Vacasa. We will NOT be back.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. There were holes in the walls, it smelled like a sewer, there was fabric paneling that was covering unfinished walls. We left and were only given half of what we paid back, even though the location was misrepresented in photos. I will never book through VRBO or vacasa again. The customer service was terrible, but when the local staff was informed of the situation they all but admitted the location was known to be unacceptable.

The cabin was perfect for the few days we stayed. Amenities were perfect and price range of the cabin was amazing. Would stay here again for next year!

Perfect Frisco stay for family ! Very comfortable and cozy .

The all-purpose trail (i.e., the bike path connecting all the towns of Summit County from Breckenridge to Vail to Dillon and Silverthorne) is literally right out the back door. Hiking trails are there too, including trails to Rainbow Lake and along the mountain. The cabin is only a few blocks south of Main St. Frisco and in a quiet neighborhood. Such 'quiet' however was compromised by construction noise from next door where a new house is going up (and looks to be almost finished). This noise was tolerable but constant for about three days after which it ceased altogether. Would recommend potential renters check with the owner/manager to get a read on the status of this construction before committing. Kitchen was pretty well equipped, though it could use a new dish drainer. There's no dishwasher but a serviceable sink and garbage disposal. Good stove and fridge and one-person bathroom. I didn't use the entertainment center (TV) but looks okay, possibly with Netflix streaming (if you have your own account and password). WiFi is good. I didn't need or use the gas heating stove (actually couldn't figure out how it worked even though it seemed simple enough). I would definitely consider staying here again, mostly for the location. It's a bit rustic and small. If you're more than two or three (or four) in number, you might find the quarters a bit (too) intimate. I was by myself; so, no problem. Good place to bike and hike. I went late September and the aspens were totally gorgeous!

We stayed at this house a couple nights on our honeymoon through Colorado and it was perfect for the two of us.

For a basic short stay for a couple of people the cabin was sufficient. It was close to town, the bike path and hikes which is why we came to Frisco. If you’re looking for a no frills place to stay that’s close to many things you’ll enjoy your time here. The inside is basic and has most of the amenities that you may need. The outside, deck yard etc. could use work. It’s run down with weeds and in need of come care. The cabin offers a nice deck out front that you could sit on and have a cup of coffee in the summer however the construction next-door made that impossible. It started at 7:30 in the morning and went the entire day. Thank goodness we were gone most of that time. Thanks for the cute cabin it worked well for us. Having a doggie option was cool too!

Stayed with my wife & our 2.5 year old daughter. The cabin was absolutely perfect for us. Very convenient to downtown Frisco and we loved that we could walk to the trailhead just 2 blocks away. The next time we are coming to Frisco we'll look to stay here again.

The location of this cabin was perfect, could walk to main street in town in a few minutes and a short walk to the marina. The hiking around the cabin was amazing, right out the back door was endless trails. Very nice neighbors in a quiet neighborhood. It's very basic but had everything I needed and expected from a quaint cabin, big front deck. Will definitely come back for another vacation.

We enjoyed our stay, great for dogs and family. Nice trailhead within walking distance, good neighborhood. Limited amenities - there was a fan with 'A/C' as an option but wasn't very effective. Luckily we also brought a fan from home to put by an open window at night to blow cool air in, house retains heat from the day. Pretty clean, but upon arrival there was still a small pile of trash in the front by the stairs and out in the backyard as well. Overall a good place.

Great location, cozy and clean. Plenty of cooking supplies. Great TV.

This is an excellent small home to escape to the mountains. The cabin sits right along the outer edge of town, just far enough from other people and just close enough to the main strip. Very walkable and bikeable. If you're booking in the summer, it's likely there won't be many other people in the big houses surrounding. Will book again.

Loved the location near trails, neighbors very friendly.

Cute cabin with easy access to the bars, restaurants, and quaint shops in Frisco. Towels and sheets are provided for. The only thing we missed was an outdoor grill. We brought a lot of food to grill and were unable to cook it but we ended up eating with family so we were ok.

Absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect and sleeps plenty! Very clean & has a nice backyard. Amazing hiking/split board/snowshoe trail right behind the house about 25 feet. It’s also in a super nice neighborhood! 10/10 for me & will be rented next season for sure!

Overall wonderful place and would recommend. Just know that it is a dog friendly place so there will be some hair and you will find dog waste outside from oblivious and unconsiderate prior guests. We picked up a full grocery bag of poop to help out and that wasn't all of it. DO THE RIGHT THING PEOPLE, OR STAY HOME! Everything you need is there, cabin stays warm. Only other thing to note, which is not a dealbreaker, is the couch is not very comfortable. Not ideal for watching a movie and relaxing after a long day hiking or on the slopes (maybe we should have activated the "pull out" couch". Fantastic location in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Will save this property to my favorites for Frisco!

This is my second stay here and I'll do it again. Love this quirky little cabin right at the base of the mountain perfect location. If you're expecting fancy digs, go someplace else.

Cute little cabin, perfect for a ski trip! The queen bed didn’t have a mattress bed sheet which was weird, but everything else was nice! Heater will burn you out, keep it on 64 and you’ll be comfortable. We would stay here again!

The best part about this cabin is the location. You can walk to main street, Frisco in about 5 minutes. We'd never been to Frisco and fell in love with it's charming main street.
The cabin itself is just as described in the listing, although the pics make it look bigger than the actual size. Overall we had a nice stay, mainly due to the location. With a few changes, (thus the 3 stars), this would be a perfect cabin.
POSITIVE:
Location, location, location
Backs to a nice hiking trail
full kitchen (minus dishwasher)
clean (for the most part)
soap/bar soap/shampoo/towels/sheets included
TV/WiFi included
Ice was already made in the freezer
tea and a few other things in the pantry
THINGS TO IMPROVE:
Junk setting everywhere. Lots of junk in drawers, in corners and under the bunk beds.
A dirty pillow was sitting on a shelf
A dirty glass, with liquid still in it, was sitting on the shelf above the main bed
The beds were old and uncomfortable. New mattresses would be nice.
The garbage disposal was broken.

This cozy cabin is exactly what we were looking for to use as a home base while in Frisco. The proximity to downtown is excellent, (very walk-able if that is a priority), close to trails, clean and dog friendly. This is the whole package for a couple or small family visiting Frisco.

Have been looking at this Cabin for a while, driven by it, & finally caught it free. It will be our place to go to in Frisco when we can get it. Right size, right place, Right by the trails.
The only problem was it took forever to find light switches for the Fan/Light & Kitchen ceiling, hidden behind stove & up on book shelf covered by a quilt. Cant wait to come back.
