RIGHT ON THE BEACH - BEACH FRONT - Standing in the master suite watching dolphins in the surf below is an amazing experience. The 9th floor creates the perfect vantage point for a spectacular view. New shaker cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances make time spent in the fully equipped kitchen a more pleasurable experience. Pour a glass of wine or mix a cocktail to drink while relaxing on the balcony. In the condo, the living space blends modern with comfort to create a spacious, inviting home away from home. Enjoy a 70" flat screen TV complete with iPhone compatible sound bar, DVD player, Cable, HBO, and is Netflix/streaming compatible. The condo has a dedicated, secure, high speed WI-FI service that is not shared with any other unit. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is additional seating at the bar. The master suite offers a plush King bed and 32" flat screen TV, as well as access to the Gulf Front balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has a King bed with new mattress and a 32" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Our condo boast a private washer and dryer, large pantry and storage closet.

Mingle with the other guests while grilling steak or fresh gulf coast shrimp in the fabulous new grill area next to the heated pool, or go down to the private beach. Additional amenities include a well equipped fitness center with a sauna and steam room, and private pickle ball & tennis courts. While beach chairs are not provided, you are welcome to bring or purchase your own, or rent the on-site beach service. Sorry, personal umbrellas are prohibited, with the exception of baby tents.

Emerald Towers is situated in the heart of Destin near many restaurants and 'The Back Porch' is just a short walk down the beach, and a few hundred feet past that is the Henderson Beach State Park with over a mile of natural beaches - great for longer strolls or jogs. Wonderful place! Breathtaking views and very clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was that you couldn’t bring your own umbrellas. I understand that’s not the owner’s fault though. They do offer rental umbrellas and chairs but it’s first come first serve so the front row is usually reserved first thing in the morning unless you get to it before the others.

Beautiful condo and wonderful owners to work with. New Starbucks opened in walking distance! We always chose to drive down to Henderson State Park ($6 day) less than a mile for the beautiful uncrowded beach during out August stay with our own chairs and umbrellas we brought with us. Third stay at this condo and will be back!

We enjoyed our stay, the only thing we were not pleased with was the cleaning crew had not cleaned prior to us arriving. They did show up at about 3:45 and cleaned the condo in about 19 minutes, as we waited outside.

This condo is in the perfect location for every part of Destin. Spacious rooms and bedrooms, great kitchen, and fabulous view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach and pool. All the best restaurants and shopping are within 2-4 miles. Secure parking and office staff are very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The description and pictures were exactly what they said they were. I loved all the closet space. I was able to have all my clothes in the bathroom and get ready in there which was great given I’m the mom and never get privacy. I also loved the abundance of hooks in each bathroom. It’s the little things that make a big difference. The location was ok. It was always really busy and hectic getting in and out but not really bad depending the week you go. We went the last week in May. It was located to many things so we walked to those places. And you could walk more we just chose to drive mostly. We’d stay again for sure. 👍

We’ve been going to emerald towers for 10+ years now. however, our family has grown over the years so this is the first time staying at this particular condo. & it was lovely. Space was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the views of course did not disappoint. The hosts were excellent with sending check in instructions well ahead of our stay and quickly answered any questions we had :) 10/10 would happily stay here again

Very clean and updated. Not greatest water pressure but great views. Only negative is beaches are considered probate so can’t set up personal chairs in front of vendor chairs and no umbrellas or tents at all unless paying high rates from vendors renting them.

Property is right on the beach, ocean front, which is important to us. Clean unit that included towels, soaps, paper towels, etc. Great when traveling. Interior is in top shape. Nice pool area. Beautiful private beach. Gated parking. Front desk if needed. Keyless entry. We would definitely stay here again. Great hosts! Thanks.

This was just perfect for our family of five! The condo was exactly as listed. Great views from the balcony and master bedroom, we saw dolphins everyday. The beach and pool never felt over crowded, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. We will be back!

We stayed here for 3 months and loved every minute of it. The building is recently updated and the unit was renovated last summer. It is large for a two bedroom, lots of room. It was very clean nicely furnished and supplied. Loved waking up with the gulf outside my window. Watching sunrise and sunset over the water is incredible. The only bad thing was having to leave but we have already booked for next year.

We found condo #905 very clean, kitchen fully stocked and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the oceanfront balcony pretty much every morning. The noise level of the neighboring condos is super quite and office people pleasant to talk to. Todd responded immediately when contacted regarding access. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon.

Most all went very well less the loss of AC from the Friday we arrived until Monday late A.M. but that was not the properties fault, AC can go out anytime and of course it did on us upon our arrival. The property owner did everything in his power to fix the issue but of course being Friday night and the repair man hasn’t the correct blower motor what the hell can you do? Property owner Todd gout his people on it first thing Monday and all was well. You really need directions on how to use the TV and which remote should be used. Extra light bulbs would be a good idea. As for the bathrooms. May we suggest some type of anti slip for the bottoms of the tubs which can tend to be a bit slippery as well as a grab bar or two for the wall

We couldn't have been happier with this property. Communication with property owners was outstanding. The upgrades were an added pleasant surprise. Everything is clean and cozy. The home is fully stocked with anything you could ever want or need. But the best thing is the unobstructed view of the beautiful Emerald Coast, second to none. If I ever go back to the Destin area, I want to stay here. Thanks to the owners for making this a magical getaway.

The condo is much more update than in the photos. It is bright and airy. Beds were comfortable and owners did well to utilize the space they have with storage and organization. The pull out couch is located in the living room and with no curtains it did make that room very bright in the mornings and was hard for the kids to sleep but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Condo was beautiful, it had been updated and completely remodeled compared to the photos on vrbo. We had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen. The only issue we had was that we rented a power wheelchair for my mother in law for the beach but there was no access to get the chair to the beach. We arrived late on Saturday so the front office was not open. Once the office opened on Monday we were able to get a code to the access walk from the neighboring resort and were able to get the chair to the beach. All in all I would definitely recommend the condo and would stay again!

We absolutely loved your condo; it was beautiful and location was wonderful! The photos were prior to all your upgrades and it is stunning. The only thing I would mention is to have more comfortable balcony furniture as the view from the 9th floor is so pretty; it would be nice to be able to sit for awhile. Check in and check out was very easy. We arrived early morning and were able to use the pool and beach prior to check in. The condo was immaculate and plenty of room for us. The pictures are outdated as the unit appeared to have been updated. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins from the balcony every morning. The price for the beach chairs and umbrella was a bit steep but overall, a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend.
