This beautiful condominium with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located at the Isles of Cay Commons a part of the premier resort community of Vista Cay at Harbor Square and is perfect for families, business travelers, retirees, singles or couples. This condo is professionally decorated, including a 52 inch HD TV in the living room and 20 inch flat screen TV'S in each additional bedroom. This home comes complete with a full size washer and dryer , linens, towels, dishware, cookware and utensils. Our home will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. It has 1 king , a queen, and a set of full size beds.

The Isles at Cay Commons will entice you with it's Tuscan themed condominiums conveniently located less than a mile from International Drive and the Orlando Convention Center and less than 10 minutes from Disney. Universal, Sea World and the Shingle Creek Golf Resort are all less than 5.

The Isles at Cay Commons is a gated community that is located on beautiful Lake Cay. The Isles has its own private gated community pool with Jacuzzi spa .The pool cabana has restrooms and drinking fountains for your comfort and is within easy walking distance from your condominium. There is also a BBQ and picnic area and a 9-hole putting green close to the community pool area.

Guests also have full access to the main community center at Vista Cay. (pool and clubhouse) Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest.

3 of our sales team stayed here during a trade show at OCCC. Much cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. Condo was clean and well appointed, convenient o OCCC and I-Drive. Bonus was we could see the Disney Fireworks every night.

We stayed for two nights during a quick stop in Orlando to go to Universal. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, true to posted pics and a great location. The property manager sent us everything we needed for an easy check in. Will definitely plan to stay again when we are in the area. I would say it’s a hidden gem in a great location!

I stayed at this property with some friends (group of 8 total) and overall had a great experience! The space has a very home-like and comfortable feel. It’s not particularly large in size, but it was perfect for our weekend trip. It’s a corner unit which provides some additional privacy and a nice view of the water. It was also very clean, up to date, and true to the photos. The kitchen and bathrooms were large, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Fairly priced and free parking outside the building. It’s also in a convenient location and easy to find. The owner was very kind, responsive, and considerate of my groups requests. Check-in information/communication was very clear. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Nice quiet clean property in close proximity to the theme parks. We enjoyed having a short drive over and back but being away from the hustle and bustle of the parks lodging. All kinds of restaurants and easy walking access to the local supermarket. Clean property exterior and interior. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication before, during, and after our trip was perfect. The unit was exactly what was shown in listed photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect location if looking to take advantage of parks in Orlando. We were literally 10 minutes from Universal. Restaurants and groceries were in immediate area also. Will certainly recommend using this unit.

I had the pleasure of staying here for three nights and three days. It was a short drive to Magic Kingdom and the other amusement parks. The resort has great amenities as did the condo. It was great that a pool was right across the parking lot! The host was very quick to answer my questions (even on Thanksgiving when I expected him to be busy). Thank you, Anthony!

Plenty of space for our family of 6. Recent remodel of the kitchens and baths are gorgeous . Tons of seating for all Comfortable beds and new white linens that are fresh and clean looking. You can’t go wrong with this property. And the location is perfect for the theme parks

We arrived at the original Condo around 7ish and it hadn’t been cleaned. We talked to the owner and he accommodated us by putting us in another condo on the same property which was bigger and even nicer. Thank you.

This condo is remodeled, furnishings are nice, and the location on the top floor overlooking the lake is amazing! Unit is also 3 minutes walk to Publix, and across from the 2nd pool, very convenient! And it was nice to have basic salt, pepper, coffee liners, trash bags, dish detergent and sponge available in the unit. However, the cleaning staff did not do much to prepare the place for a new occupant. Bedsheets were nicely made, but everywhere else was dusty and dirty. The dresser, nightstands, tv stand all looked like it hadn’t been cleaned/dusted in a long time. The floors in bathroom especially by corners and baseboards were dirty/not cleaned. The bathroom rug was VERY dirty and had not been washed between occupants. And my main concern was the ants problem. There were tiny fast moving all over the kitchen counter, dining table, living room couch, and main bathroom counter. We did not leave any food open or out but they would be seen the moment we finished eating and if we did not wipe up the table for any invisible crumbs. Even when I tightly bagged dry food left on the counter, the ants could be seen hovering around trying to get in. My makeup stuff also attracted the ants on main bathroom counter. Please do something permanent about this ant problem. My friend in another unit a few buildings away did not have this same problem. It was difficult to get in the front door. We could not unlock it, we had to turn the knob twice to open the front door.

The condo was perfect! The location was beautiful with the balcony facing the lake and close to the pool. The condo was very clean and convenient to everything. We would definitely stay her again!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The location was perfect and we enjoyed the lake view. It was a good size for our family and check in was simple. There are some minor maintenance issues throughout and it seems the property management wasn’t the best at refreshing basics. We needed to buy necessities that I figured would have come with a property like dishwashing detergent for the washer, coffee filters for the drip machine, and tissues. I didn’t expect laundry detergent to be provided and it wasn’t. The gate to the property broke one day which was mildly inconvenient. But it was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was right next to a grocery store which was so nice. The owner was responsive to our requests for contact but was not able to fix our supply issues during our stay.

We had a great time at this condo. Very nice view from the balcony, you can see Sea World and the ferris wheel from Icon park. The condo was clean and had all the amenities from home. There is a Publix and a Venezuelan steak house within walking distance. Would stay here again.

We stayed here whilst visiting Universal - it’s about 10-15 mins drive away. There is a supermarket on the complex and a few restaurants, a small pool and a larger one over the road on the main complex. Anthony was a helpful host; check in was smooth and he answered any questions we had immediately.

This place was perfect for my stay. Plenty of privacy. I had everything I needed. The balcony overlooking the pond was the best part for me. I slept in the master and thought the bed was comfortable. The only thing I’d change is that the ice maker didn’t work and there were no ice trays.

My kids and I stayed here for our long weekend at Universal Studios. It was so much better than staying at a hotel. This location is just 15 minutes from Universal - super easy to drive or take an Uber or Lyft. There is a grocery store next door and we had amazing burgers at Beth’s next door as well. I felt very safe and comfortable with my kids the entire time.

First of all, the location is fantastic and the property owner is fast to respond and kind. With that said, this place could use a deep clean, updated pictures (the photos show a nice family sectional.. there is a modern and uncomfortable small chaise couch now that fits 3 people - not great for trying to unwind together at the end of the day. I wanted a living room with seating for all of us like in the pictures/ it was part of my decision when booking), remotes that work to the tvs, more bath towels, real furniture on the balcony (not folding chairs) and a welcome book with information about the property etc. The welcome book would be really helpful with describing where the pools are etc. The first pool is across a parking lot, but you can't see it because there is a big construction fence up. I've just never been to a Vrbo without a book welcoming you with extra information about your unit and property. Again, the property owner is kind and fast to respond and the location is amazing. With a few tweaks, this would be an ideal place.

The apartment is exactly as listed. The rooms look great, as pictured in the listing. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive, even having some wine glasses delivered the day I asked about it. The balcony includes a nice view, and one can enjoy the SeaWorld fireworks every night. My family of 6 would stay here again when visiting Orlando.

Cleanliness is a 3 because when we checked in, it had not been cleaned. But it was handled instantly...and I think a miscommunication with the property company and their cleaning service. Over all it was a very nice place. The TV would not turn on in the main room and there were some outlets that did not work. But we didn't spend much time inside so that wasn't too much of an annoyance. The only other issue we had was the garbage disposal did not work so it made it a bit inconvenient for cooking and clearing up after ourselves. As a whole, we felt very safe and were please with the property.

If you are coming with a group, this condo is a mile away from Visa Cay proper and the clubhouse. It was inconvenient because, a very busy four lane road separated the two properties. If you want to go to the club house or the main pool, you have to drive.

Checking in process was above and beyond. Easy and clean area. Everyone was nice and all codes ect worked. Everything was clean and all dishes provided to cook from place. Restaurants and Publix within walking distance which was great. Checking out was an hour earlier than what we are use too... so I didnt get the dishwasher emptied. Thank you!!

The place is great! Location was perfect for us. I would have given 5 stars had I known up front: there would be no ice at all (I would have BROUGHT if I'd known), no water in fridge door, that the coffee maker was a 12 cup, not a single pod as I was told prior, to bring toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels/soap/sponges (we had to go out and purchase but I could have brought). There were a few other issues but the property mgr corrected fairly quickly. All that said, I LOVED the place. Great view. It was just right for our family and the price was great! Had I known the things mentioned, would have totally been 5 stars!
