Located on stately Mountain Avenue and four blocks from College Avenue, this beautifully appointed studio apartment features an open floor plan with custom cherry cabinetry, granite, travertine and ceramic tile, queen size memory foam bed with reading lights, oversize custom-built shower with rainhead, Smart TV for your streaming devices, WiFi, and all kitchen appliances (half-fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder) and utensils.

It's an easy walk to vibrant Old Town restaurants, bars, craft breweries, specialty shops, farmers' markets and bus transportation. We are less than a mile to CSU, Poudre River, New Belgium Brewery, Lyric Cinema Cafe, Fort Collins Discovery Museum, and Lincoln Center for Performing Arts. Your accommodations include shared laundry room access with ironing board and iron, clothes closet, and under-bed space for stashing all that outdoor gear! There's an outdoor patio with privacy wall, ample seating, and table on a huge backyard lot. Cruiser bikes and combo lock are available upon request when booking for exploring this bike-friendly city. Landscaping and outdoor upgrades are in progress.

Property is in a beautiful location. Well appointed. Has a large fenced yard which my dog loved. The on line check in worked well, though some of the information regarding keys and wi-fi access need updating. The in room instructions were helpful. Owner wason-site when I arrived and was helpful and pleasant.

Great location to stay. Quiet and comfortable. If you want to use the bikes, I suggest that you indicate that to the host, so they may clean them up and insure the tires are full.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property because I enjoyed it so much the first time. This studio apartment is well located in Fort Collins in a charming neighborhood and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. It is a welcoming and comfortable space with its own secure entrance, and it includes a private patio area. The bed is comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. I appreciate having the kitchenette area to prepare food and beverages. The owner is friendly, responsive, and accomodating. I highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed staying here. We had all we needed and the location was close for walking to Old Town, the library, restaurants. CSU is close by as well. I brought my own bike along and the area is ideal for biking wherever I chose to go. We’d stay here again without question.

The location was great and we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. Our dog enjoyed playing with the other dog that lived onsite. The bed was very comfortable. If you're short like I am, the higher counter tops are a bit difficult, but manageable for a few days. I definitely would stay there again.

A great stay in a great location in Fort Collins! The studio is exactly as described and served as a great home base while we visited for the weekend. The perfect size if you're looking to get out and about in Fort Collins - would advise something larger if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors during your stay. S/O to the owners for their prompt responses and for allowing us to check in early!

The unit was nicely equipped for our stay. The bed is very comfortable. It would have been an easy walk to downtown, but the weather was gross. Would highly recommended to anyone!

This studio had everything we needed for our stay.....A nice, firm mattress, a shower which had enough room on all sides to feel comfortable in, appliances which all worked fine, and in a nice neighborhood where I could venture out each morning in a different direction and get my daily walk in without a lot of traffic.....

We stayed for two nights for a couple of shows and it was perfect. Great location! We just walked most places..brought our dogs and they had a nice backyard to run around in. It’s small but honestly it’s cuter in person than the pictures and it’s nicer than just getting a hotel room. Would definitely stay again!

If you're in Fort Collins and want to be within walking distance of a LOT of restaurants, shops, bars, concert venues, etc., and, of course, the exciting and beautiful Colorado State University campus, stay here. It's on a beautiful tree-lined street with a big back yard. This well-thought-out studio-within-a-house lives up to its pictures. It's efficient, nicely climate-controlled, private, quiet, safe and had everything I needed. Great, helpful hosts. All things considered this place ranks high on my list of all the wonderful things I did on CSU's Homecoming weekend.

This studio was very nice with everything one could need! Don't be fooled by the outside because inside is deluxe. The private, shaded patio was a special bonus. Eva was super attentive and accommodating as our plans changed. Highly recommend this place!

This contemporary style efficiency apartment with a bed, kitchen and bath has all the comforts of home. It's location is prime, within walking distance between the city park and dozens of stylish little bistros and specialty shops all lit up and inviting like Christmas year round. The hosts, Eva and Curt went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were delightfully accommodating people who live nearby and were readily available.

Walkable or bikeable to downtown. Could you se some new pillows on bed and updated linens. AC next to bed hard to sleep. Cabinets are high for a short person. Had to stand on chair. Yard needs cleaned up.

Fort Collins was a very pleasant place to visit! The location of this adorable studio apartment was perfect- very close to old town. We had fun riding the bikes to the breweries and around downtown! The owners were very quick to respond to our messages & the place was clean, neat, and cozy. I would stay here again.

Traveled to Fort Collins with my daughter for CSU orientation. Location was perfect for us. The room is very cozy and well decorated. Eva was super nice! The bed has got to be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a Vrbo location. Looking forward to staying again when my husband and I head out to visit our daughter!

This is a stylish and clean place to stay. It has all that you need to enjoy your time there. Eva is friendly, quick to respond to communications, and accommodating. The room is spacious, with lots of natural light, and various lighting fixtures for the nighttime. This charming and quiet residential studio is within walking distance of the downtown. I highly recommend staying here!
