Welcome to Villa Gemelas! (Pronounced Hem-el-as) Named for our "Twin" daughters. An extremely private tropical oasis on close to 1 acre. An 8 minute walk to a pristine white sand beach. Lush vegetation, fruit trees and palms on property with a 20x40' heated saltwater pool, a 2 bedroom house on one side and three self contained guest casitas on the other side, each capable of sleeping up to 3 guests.

Dead-end street and nothing more private, tranquil and peaceful than this property! Avoid the crazy construction noise and constant traffic in the area!

This is a super private and tranquil oasis villa. Gorgeous solar heated 20x40 saltwater pool maintained at 85-92 degrees, or lower if preferred. This is unusual in our area so make sure you check pool temperatures before booking anything!

The perimeter of the property is lined with Coco Palms, lush bougainvilla, and giant blue agaves, offering a beautiful natural boundary without walls and insuring extreme privacy. Over 400 plants, palms, cactus, succulents and flowers. Fruit trees on the property include lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, avocado, pomegranate, fig, nectarine, papaya, banana, mango, passion fruit, star fruit, guanabana, guava, coconuts, date palm......(Not all fruits are always ready to eat, but please enjoy what is, within reason)

The main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and the second bedroom downstairs can be configured with a king or two single beds.

A huge sectional reclining sofa is ready for viewing streaming programs, or Netflix. High speed Wifi is available throughout the property.

On the other side of the pool is a Palapa casita with a king bed and single bed (if required), or we can configure with three singles. The casita also has a full kitchen and new bathroom addition/renovation. Perfect for two but could accommodate an additional person as well. A TV with Netflix, and wifi is also available.

The two new Casitas each have a king bed and futon couch, kitchenette/wet bar, work station and private bathroom. AC, TV and Wifi are also included.

The main house is fully air conditioned, as are all three casitas. A/C is not generally required from November to May; open windows, ceiling fans, and a cool Pacific Ocean breeze is usually more than enough.

For groups of less then 10 people, not all of the units will be made available. Example: 6/7 people, access to main house and one casita. 8/9people, main house and two casitas. 10-13 people have full access to all units. So if you require or would like more access, increase the number of guests to get accurate pricing.

Contactless check in is available as is a detailed and thorough house manual and area information booklet. Owners or caretakers are always available for emergencies.
