This 3 bedroom home is fully furnished with 2 Master Suites, each with a private ensuite, and King size bed.
The third bedroom is furnished with two TwinXL beds the can be combined to make a King with topper.
The living room also has a new queen sleeper sofa.
The open concept main area includes a beautiful woven fabric vaulted ceiling, and high-end wood trims throughout. This open area is a fantastic place for families to spend time together. The kitchen has a large island. Both living room and kitchen look out to a beautiful lanai and gardens via a massive 15-foot wall of windows.
Open the large screened lanai doors and let the tropical breezes come through the house. When open, the lanai doors combine the indoor and outdoor living areas. On the lanai we have:
• a super comfy large daybed lounger
• a large square outdoor hardwood table (seats 8) for dining or challenging the kids to a family board game
Not ready to settle for a typical rental property BBQ, we have a top of the line Weber Grill. This was outstanding, everything is upscale decoration, beds were extremely comfortable, bedding, towel, and large supply of beach towel. They did not spare expenses TVs, appliances, all the silverware, cooking supplies, even toilet paper was plentiful and of high quality, which is we’re many place provide substandard products. our full size SUV fit in the garage barely, which is important because the driveway is too short to park in. It was walking distance to the pool and work out location. We had access to private beach for the resort, which we went to swim, snorkel and play in the sun. The unit came with snorkel, bikes and beach equipment, including chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. The facility was clean and very quiet. We did not want to leave. If your departure flight is a red eye, do yourself a favor and just book the extra night. Check out for us was 10 am and out flight was not until 10 pm. The location provide an excellent app with tons of excellent information, activities, and resources including a video of driving to the location.

Wonderful week on the Big Island in a beautiful home and neighborhood. The house was outstanding and just as listed. A huge plus were the amenities in the garage….bikes and helmets, boogie boards, snorkels and fins, beach ball, sand toys, beach chairs, many towels, and to top it off a collapsible wagon to carry everything. Super thoughtful of the hosts…and thus a great house to stay in with family/kids. We’ll return!

Loved this villa. It was perfect for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. The living room only has one couch but the teenagers did fine sleeping on the couch. Beds were comfortable! Location was great. You do have to drive to the beach. Beach club pass was nice to have.Pool was great. Communication with property managers was good.No extreme cleaning requirements on departure which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This is a nice property and a good location. You can definitely tell this unit gets a lot of use as it is in need of some maintenance. The living room furniture was worn, dishwasher was dated, many of the bikes didn’t work well including one that got a flat tire 3 miles from the unit, the refrigerator condenser leaks water which got our food wet inside the refrigerator and the fan in the unit does not turn off. A whole house deep cleaning is in order. For the price we paid, I’m not convinced this property is a great value.

Big island family trip
Harmony Villa provided a great home base for our big island trip this Oct. Its location is perfect for easy access onto main high way 19, and only a leasure drive from airport, Kona, and north end of the island. Mauna Lani commumity is well designed with lush landscape and private beach. WE spend two days there, truly relaxing. House itself is well maintained and have everything we need. Love it. Already thinking about going back for next trip.

The house is very nicely laid out to accommodate a family with large bedrooms, two of which are masters, and a nice backyard to play in. Very close to the pool/gym. They ask that you wear a mask in the pool area so long as you aren't in the water or eating/drinking, which is what it is. The beach club is the best part by far. Would stay there again.
Only drawbacks to the property were some appliance issues: refrigerator had a leak in the cooling unit and the dishwasher routinely failed to release the soap pod leaving a mess in dishwasher. Easy fixes IMO!

Family Vacation
Overall property was good, loved the location it was close to alot of beaches, there is grocery store very close that has everything you need. Lots of space in the house we had two different families staying and it had enough room and space for all of us. Careful with the BBQ it constantly has grease fires and needs to be cleaned or replaced. The cleaning/maintenance people need to sweep under the beds once in a while because it was pretty dirty and we had to have a bunch of light bulbs replaced which was a bit annoying. Check in was a bit of a challenge as we had no key to the pool or pass to the mauna lani beach...property manager was good she got that sorted out for us once we arrived but would have been nice to not have to deal with that especially given what you pay per night. All in all we were happy once we got everything sorted and would go back. Hopefully they will make improvements above so next visit will be seamless.

Great Time!
My family and I loved out stay here. We had 9 people and never once did we feel crowded. The house was amazing. I also loved the fact of how close we were to the community pool and the workout room. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house
We stay at kamillo frequently in other units as well - this house was really well done and had everything we needed to cook at home and also well equipped with anything we may need to go to the beach or just to entertain ourselves at the house. Just wonderful!!

Quality Property
This is a quality property in a quality development. The kitchen had high quality cooking equipment and cutlery. The bathrooms had great towels. There is a nice soaking tub in the master bathroom. We had to clean a few things off in the kitchen when we arrived and the barbecue is a bit balky - burner #2 doesn't always turn on and the searing burner needs to be repaired.
The management people were very helpful and helped us out very promptly.
Overall this is a great place to stay and we would definitely be happy to vacation here again.

Great Place to Stay
Our extended family of 7 had a great stay. House is well equipped, loved the beach toys in garage. Nice kitchen, and AC kept us cool on the hottest days. We've stayed in this area before and appreciate having a grocery store and coffee within walking distance; private beach club to snorkel, and this time we found the black sand beach. Centrally located to a number of other beaches - made day trips easy. Pool on property was an added bonus.
Only a few knocks against the property, but didn't upset our stay: (a) we couldn't fit 2 cars in garage and the driveway is really short. Parked car down street (other houses had longer driveway and could fit a car). (b) Backyard isn't large and not much to look at, but we were out of house until sundown so no big deal. (c) the house was clean, however we found a lot of filthy wine glasses in cupboard that we had to give a good scrubbing to. Someone needs to say something to housekeeping about that.
All in all a great find and well worth the price. We would stay here again.

I feel so fortunate to have stayed here
What a fantastic place! I feel so fortunate to have had an opportunity to stay in such a lovely home. You can tell the owners have gone to great lengths to prepare an amazing home for guests. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and everything you need for a Beach day has been provided. Wow! The home is close to the beautiful pool and workout facility. My husband and older two children had some of the best snorkeling of the vacation on the private beach we had access to with this home. My younger two children loved the calm of this private beach.
I chose to walk daily to the Foodland grocery store to pick up dinner supplies because eating on the lanai is lovely.
If our travels bring us to the Big Island I would absolutely stay here.

A perfect choice for us
This was my husband's first VRBO experience and the Harmony Villa convinced him to never stay in a hotel again. The online description is accurate and all the amenities offered were available and in good condition. The house is well-located and except for the microwave, it was clean and ready for use. We love the variety of experiences available on the Big Island and this home is a perfect base for exploring any of them! We were a group of 6 adults and the bedrooms were comfortable and spaced so that they could be used as places of retreat when needed. The kitchen, living area and outdoor patio were perfect for shared time together. We used the barbecue and ate outside every night (except the one rainy night of our stay). We will definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Hawaii.

Great place for families
Great place. Fully stocked with everything you need such as boogie boards, bikes (even one 8yr old could ride), sand toys , etc. Also all needed household supplies. Great access to the shoreline running path if you head right out of the complex toward Fairmont or can easily walk to grocery store in the morning if you need anything. Some of us went scuba diving at a place that was right by the Mauna Lani because club and that worked great because others could spend the day at that beach, or scuba divers could ride the bikes to the dive when others took the car. Overall a great place for a family with easy access to everything. ...and Hapuna Beach is right down the road!

This beautiful home has everything you will need; a wonderful area to go jogging, all the beach toys and chairs that you need; air-conditioning; a beautiful kitchen; a bathroom for everyone; towels; utensils — anything you could imagine it has! It’s located in a beautiful area of Kona and only 30 minutes from the airport. The owners are so fast to get back to you for any inquiries (thank you)! I would definitely go back!!!

Excellent Family Vacation Home In A Beautiful Setting
We were so delighted when we arrived for our family vacation at Kamilo. This is a beautiful home and the most thoroughly equipped rental we have ever visited. Our grandchildren enjoyed all the pool toys, sand castle sets, snorkel equipment and boogie boards. Everything was nicely set up for family meals together with great kitchen amenities, drink refrigerators and plenty of seating, including a nice highchair for little ones. Shopping was convenient with a grocery store 5 minutes away by car and farmers markets with fresh foods nearby. The bedrooms in the house are nicely private and comfortable. We appreciated the porch and cozy back yard for grilling out and visiting together in the evenings. The attached garage made loading for daily outings convenient. We would love to come back to this home in the future and highly recommend it.
