Pelican Beach resort is a family friendly complex! Voted the #2 best beach in Florida! by southern Living Magazine. Not surprisingly, the water is an awesome blue green color that the gulf is famous for. My condo, 'BABS BEACH' Condo, is a premium condo on the 18th floor. What a fabulous view!. Tile floors throughout. you can have your morning coffee on the balcony and look at the sugar white sandy beach and the brilliant aquamarine water. See the sunrise, watch the dolphin play, see pelicans dive, and the manatee swim. At night, look left and see the colored lights of the city of Destin. This condo has the best views in Destin.
AND OF COURSE......WIFI!!
Two bedrooms, both with private baths. Master has a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have private baths. Master bedroom has a tub/shower. Guest bedroom has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen tvs. As well as a flat screen tv in the living area. Master bedroom has sliding screen doors to the balcony. Sleep to the sounds of the ocean! The updated kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring the chef! The dining area seats 6 and the two bar stools add two more quests. The loving area is quite spacious with floor length mirrors to enhance the view! the pull out couch has a queen mattress. All the comforts of home!

Arrival is easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the elevator to the 18th floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your dates approaches. Don't worry about loosing your keys at the beach. For security ...no one has the code but you! The code changes with each guest and will change when you leave. So take everything when you leave. You won't be able to get back in!

Lots if fun rhings to do. Beach was beautiful. 3 pools so never really crowded. 2 chairs & beach umbrella was a bit expensive, but personal beach coverings were prohibited so it was organized & people kept their music quite & just for their set up.

I booked this place for 5 days. All of the pictures don’t do it justice. The view of the beach was breathtaking. Everything was spotless. I didn’t feel like I had to clean before I sat down. The pools were also amazing. Ms. Barbara was so nice and very easy to work with. She was always available for any concerns, but we didn’t have any. I texted her when the garbage disposal wouldn’t work. Someone was up there in just a few minutes and fixed it. Thanks again Ms. Barbara for sharing your lovely place. We would definitely stay again.

We have vacationed in Destin for many years staying at many different condos. We love Pelican for a lot of reasons. One of them being condos like the one we stayed in this summer. It was clean, comfortable, check-in was a breeze, security was present and visible every day, we were directly on the beach, and everyone was so accommodating. I had to reach out to Barbara a couple times and she was very quick to respond and accommodate us every time. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

The location and amenities this place has is unmatched! My family and I stayed here for a week and we were very impressed with literally everything. The cleanliness of the place, the on site tiki bar and cafe, THE VIEW from the room, the pools, literally everything. It’s hard to find places in Florida with all those things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be making this our every year vacay spot 😊☀️🏝️

Although the weather was not as good as we would have liked, the property and surrounding area made the trip a pleasant experience. The unit is clean and large for 4 adults. The view was very pleasant, and the beach is pristine.

Room and property were nice. The beach situation was not great. The beach chairs in front of the condo were 5 rows deep. You can’t set up your own chairs so there was no way to sit in the beach and see the ocean unless you paid weeks in advance!

Check in was a breeze and communication with the property owner was very personal. This 19th floor condo is within the vicinity of many options for eating out and activities that suited our 'mature' group but many family attractions are also close by. Beautiful balcony view and beach area as well as pools. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

My family and I stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. Easy to get to the beach and right off of the strip. Also felt very safe. We have an infant and there was a pack and play that we were able to use for the baby to sleep in. Overall great and will def be back!

We had a very comfortable stay—the condo was even better in person. The dinette set and counter chairs were updated to a white set and made the place look even nicer. Great views of both the beach and Destin. Barbara was easy to work with and we would definitely stay again. The area is perfect— we needed a couple of kitchen items and there’s a Walmart not even 5 minutes away, as well as a Publix and movie theater if you happen to catch some rain. All in all—it was a perfect stay. Also, the pizza and virgin piña coladas are a must if your going to spend a whole day on the beach—both were really good and highly recommend as it feeds 4 easily for less than twenty bucks!
