"South Beach" is located in the exclusive golf community of Coral Ridge Resort and is perfect for your next Southern Utah getaway. Featuring four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, this home features a king in the main floor master, king in the second bedroom, and queens in the third and fourth bedrooms. The leather queen sofa sleeper includes a queen memory foam mattress, while each of the bedrooms boasts plush cool gel memory foam pillowtop mattresses for your most comfortable nights away from home. All bedrooms and the main living area have ceiling fans for extra cooling features. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet your cooking needs and includes granite countertops and a travertine backsplash, beautiful appliances, a gas stove, toaster, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker, crock pot, and much more! This home includes cable TV on the new Samsung curved 65 inch UHD smart TV in the family room, and large flat screen smart TV's in the master and second bedrooms, capable of connecting to your personal accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Each TV is accessorized with blue ray players and over 50 mgs of high speed wireless internet.

This property was perfect for our vacation home away from home for our spring break trip with our family. It was clean & stocked with all the basic paper goods as well as any dishes you might need to do any cooking. The beds were very comfortable. The community pools were great to catch some much needed sun & play time. We will definitely stay here again! 5 out of 5 star review !!!

4 college buddies have a yearly reunion golf trip. The location was perfect for easy access to numerous golf courses. But the Coral Canyon course proved to be the best value. Our condo was perfect for the location and easy access to the highway. The club house, where we had access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs was great and never crowded. The property was great and full stocked. Two of our group are "foodies" and were impressed with the kitchen. Would highly recommend! Great Stay!!

The home was very nice. Had everything we needed to be self-sufficient as if we were in our own home. The only thing keeping it from being perfect was that the kitchen floor was a little dirty. I would stay their again without hesitation.

For the kids, it was an easy walk to the well-maintained community pool. The location was just right for day trips to National Parks. We also enjoyed spending time in St. George.

It’s a few miles away from the main bustle of St George but we loved that. The area feels more relaxed and serene because of it. The pool and facilities were nice but not opulent. The wall to the pool was easy. The clubhouse was closed for the pandemic but looking through the windows, we didn’t miss much there. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our family stay this week. It was very clean which put our minds at ease during covid. The kitchen was stocked like a home kitchen. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. From small appliances, mixer, blender, toaster to cookware, prep bowls and tools . It was all there. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available. We came to visit the national parks in the area and most were less than an hour or two as it’s accessible right off I15. This condo was a perfect home base. We felt right at home.

We stayed at this beautiful condo on spring break this year. We were able to stay comfortably with 9 and a baby. The home is full of thoughtful detail for guests. We were able to walk easily to the pool. We could drive back and forth to Zion. Thank you for the lovely stay!

First time using a VRBO lodging and it was great. After rising prices at the regional's resort lodging alternatives, I thought it time to try out this type of rooming for our annual trip. Owner was was very responsive to all questions I had prior to trip. Accommodations were fantastic and included free wifi and large screen 4K television in living room. Master bedroom on first floor was far enough away anyone so late night / early riser TV watchers didn't affect sleep-ins! Access to community pool added extra enjoyment to the overall experience! And house was next to main highways and centrally located to all nearby parks and golf courses. Security deposit was refunded same day we left! Simply said - a great experience and would definitely consider again for future visits!

We had a wonderful vacation exploring Zion, Bryce, Page and the North Rim. The condo was a great base camp for all of our day trips. We also really enjoyed the pools on our rest day. No problems of any kind.
