Amazing direct Gulf view from this 4th floor condo. Enjoy sunsets and catch the dolphins frolicking in the Gulf from the enclosed lanai located in the front corner of the building. Gated entrance provides added safety and security.

This unit is literally steps from the beach and just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, bike/boat/umbrella rental, fishing charters, live music, a tiki bar and a grocery store. Everything you need for an easy, unforgettable vacation.

We've got you covered. No carrying around a bunch of keys, we provide computerized, digital locks. No lugging chairs to the beach, loungers and beach chairs are provided for you. You'll also enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, dishes and cookware you need.

Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, the condo has an open plan that joins kitchen, dining and living areas in an easy flow of about 1,000 square feet.

The unit has two separate, private bedrooms, each with their own flat-screen cable TV, hair dryers, free wifi, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors that welcome in the cool Gulf breezes. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two full beds.

The large, serpentine pool is heated year-round. Each unit comes with one covered parking space and extra spots for guest parking. For your convenience, luggage and grocery carts are available right outside the building door and plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site.

Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away. A few miles north is St. Armand s Circle with trendy shopping and lots of great restaurants. You're one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.

A computer and printer are available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours for airline boarding pass printing.

We went down to Florida as a family and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, the view was spectacular. We had everything and more as the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have ever wanted. We had beach towels, internet, and total relaxation as well! We love it here. The owners always respond wuickly with wuestions. They are very kind people.

The property was good. View was great. Kitchen was well stock. The guest bathroom needs to be clean better. The curtain need to be replaced as it is molded. The system of not allowing guests to choose their chairs until 7:30 am necessitated vacationers to line up as early as 6:30am to get their desired place in the beach. This will be the prinary reason we will not come back!

We had a wonderful week in spite of 1.5 days of rain. The condo isn’t fancy but it is fully stocked and has every beach accessory that you could ever want or need. We only used one of the bedrooms and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and answered my questions quickly. It was sooooo relaxing staying there. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

The property was very nice. I thought the furniture could use updating along with the bedding. Our second night there, we got no sleep as the ceiling fan light kept coming on. They replaced it the next day and it was good. Overall, we loved the location and view!

Great host and great property. The host went above and beyond with anything we needed. We would recommend staying here and staying at other properties they own. The location and cleanness of property was exceptional. On top on that we had exceptional host. We will be back and will be recommending this property to all family and friends. The host helped us tremendously with a hurricane coming through. They worked with us so we could evacuate the property timely and safely manner. He have a 4 and 10 year old that were nervous about the storm coming. Thank you again for a making this a great vacation even with a storm passing through!!!!!

The property is just as advertised facing the beach, spacious two bedroom 2 bathrooms, the showers had good force. The kids toys for my grandchildren was a good touch. The location to the vicinity is only 2 blocks from Trolley service and eateries. The owners were very prompt we needed batteries. My family was happy the beach is lovely and warm and easily accessible. Really a great stay would come back again .

Condo is on the fourth floor of a seven story building and is an end unit facing a water… Lovely view. Living area is expanded as the lanai has been made part of the living room. Great place to walk out right onto the beach. A good value for the price. If you want a pool on the beach side of the condo complex and newer/updated facility, you will need to spend 50 to 75% more. Enjoyed our stay – worked well for us!

Excellent! The condo was exactly as described. View was amazing. Pavan was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. The only thing that could have made it better is if we could have stayed longer. For me the location was perfect close to the village and other establishments I have grown to love in Sarasota . Answered every text and email quickly when we asked for information. The condo was right on the beach literally. Could not ask for a better place to spend 8 days with your sister.

Just returned from a week at Siesta Key. My wife and I had a great time. The weather was mostly perfect, the condo was clean and well stocked. The building is in a perfect and convenient location. The condo is right on the beach, and the sliding doors to open up to the outside are amazing. We opened them in the morning and at sunset (making sure to turn off the a.c.) to enjoy the sound of the surf and the fresh air...just perfect!

This unit has a beautiful direct gulf view the moment you step in the door. Amazing sunsets or beach watching from the enclosed lanai. Condo was clean, well stocked and the water pressure in the shower was incredible. Walking distance to some restaurants, ice cream and small grocery store. Owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Great stay!

Everything about this unit was great. It was stocked well for cooking and just relaxing and watching TV.....from every room! And the view was fantastic. There are some water floats in the condo and beach chairs and lounges are supplied by the building, umbrellas can be rented right on the beach. The owners are spot on to deal with and I look forward to doing business with them again. This was my 4th trip to SK and I will return.

All-too-short visit to Siesta Key. Comfortable unit with terrific views. Well equipped, and it is obvious the owners are caring people. Direct beach access, and what a beach! Felt safe and secure using gate and building codes. Assigned parking spot takes the stress out of coming and going. Keyless entry. Smallish kitchen but that’s all you need. Felt water pressure in master BR sink was low, but shower was great. Would definitely come back.

Our Family of six enjoyed every minute of our stay here in siesta key. The location couldn’t have been better with walking out on the most beautiful beach, plenty of eating options and shopping nearby. Hosts were very attentive and helpful. We very much enjoyed staying in Siesta Key. What a pleasure waking up and being able to look at the ocean and the many people walking the beach. The area is great for sightseeing and the many great restaurants. The people were so friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Looking forward to returning.
