We were a family of 6 (2 parents and 2 children ages 9 & 11 and 2 grandparents) and the townhome was fantastic. It was extremely comfortable and so convenient to the children's ski school and Snow Park Lodge and the accommodations were perfect for all of us. We can't think of a better place to stay. The property manager, Rebecca, was very nice to work with and always answered any questions or concerns we had.

Rebecca was a pleasure to work with as we had some weather issues on our way in from Buffalo

This is the second time we have stayed in this rental - it is exceptional. The location is THE BEST and the unit is perfect well equipped and well maintained . The property manager Rebecca is wonderful to work with. No doubt we will be back for a third time. Don’t think twice about renting this unit - it is perfect!

We loved our stay at this property. Our family enjoyed the convenience to Snow Park and the ski school. The unit was perfect for our family, the community common area was so convenient and welcoming, and the parking made things even easier. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed everything especially walking our kids to ski school. Can’t beat the location.

Great location for skiing and going to Park City.

Just like all the other reviews, it’s everything you could want in a ski chalet!!!
The architecture, location to everything, ease of check in and out, it’s roomy and cozy. Don’t think twice… book it!

Can’t beat this location. I prefer staying at properties lower on a mountain when we go on ski vacations. Helps with sleeping if elevation is an issue for yourself or any guests in your party. This property is at the base of the mountain and is closer to the lift than any other property. Super convenient! We had a 6 year old in ski lessons daily and this property is right next door to the drop off/pickup for ski lessons!
This property was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. We prepared almost all meals at the property and had everything we needed. Highlights: the fireplace and generous supply of dry firewood was spectacular for Aprés ski. The outdoor Jacuzzi was a huge hit for the kids. We also took advantage of the outdoor heated swimming pool available within the property association. All of the furniture was very comfortable for our group.
The only constructive criticism: the water pressure is very strong in the unit which is great, however, the master shower head has a very aggressive spray that could be made much more comfortable with a replacement that allows for stream adjustment. The only other observation; some of the furniture could be updated as it seemed a bit worn down (i.e. window cushion next to dining table).
All this said, the unit was very comfortable and very clean! I would highly recommend to others.

Everyone loved the experience at this rental. It was well equipment, clean and spacious - AND THE CLOSEST UNIT TO THE SLOPES. Don’t think twice about renting this unit - you will be glad you did. We can’t wait to come back!

Simply fantastic
I'm not even sure where to start because so many superlatives apply to this rental.
Incredible location - the only thing that might, stress might, beat it is Black Diamond, but good luck getting a reservation there, and oh by the way it's more expensive. I have a friend who stays there every year and I'd take this place over Black Diamond every day.
Plenty of space for everyone. We had four adults and four teenagers and everyone had a bed. One of the sleeping areas (two twins) is in a loft directly outside the master. Lots of seating space, great deck/patio, grill with a full tank, big well-stocked kitchen with plenty of kitchenware and staples (salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc.) - make sure you check what's in there before you head to the grocery store for supplies.
Beds were all very comfortable. We prefer a firmer mattress and had no complaints. The water pressure in the showers was like a firehose.
Property manager is top notch and very responsive. We had zero issues/complaints to report.
A couple of quirks. The downstairs bedroom, which has the most privacy and the one I'd pick first, has a gas fireplace that functions as the heat so it's on a thermostat. It took us a little bit to figure out why it was going on and off. The fireplace is wood burning (plenty of seasoned wood available, of course) so if you want a fire, you need to make one. I prefer a wood fireplace, but if you're looking for a flick of the switch, not here. Odd light switch placement, it took us a day or so to figure those out. Hot tub can realistically fit only three people are once.
But these are all nits. Two garage spaces. Unreal proximity to lifts. Space. Amenities. Furnishings. Particularly at Deer Valley, I'd have a hard time thinking of something better. We'll be back.

we had a group of 8 range in age from 13 to 54

Great location
The place is very nice and has a great layout. We really appreciated fully stocked kitchen since we cook all our meals. Some minor improvements that would make our stay even better: 1)master bed's mattress is so soft, that you sink into it, so we opted out to downstairs bedroom; 2)main fireplace does not have a gas starter, so starting a fire was a mini adventure.

Perfect Deer Valley condo!
This was the perfect condo for our family (3 young kids) for our first Deer Valley ski trip! The location could not be beat given the short walk over to the Silver Lake Express lift and Snow Park Lodge for ski equipment rentals and ski school drop off. Our kids loved the layout of the property with multiple levels. The kitchen, den and dining area with view of the mountain base was the perfect spot to start the morning and also relax in the evening with movies, games, etc. Of course the hot tub was an awesome finish to each day on the mountain. The property was very clean and offered everything that we needed (we cooked at the house a couple of nights). We would highly recommend this property for a winter/spring ski trip or even summer stay as well in Deer Valley!!

Great Location at Snow Park Base
We really loved our stay at Pine Inn. We First and foremost is the proximity to the Snow Park Lodge, lifts and Children’s ski school. You couldn’t be any closer to the lifts. You literally stare at the line of skiers when sitting at the table having breakfast in the condo. We didn’t mind this at all but others may. We have a little one so the ease of getting to and from the ski school and lifts made it well worth it.
Another thing we really like was the spaciousness of the condo as well as the 3 level layout. It really gave everyone in the family their own space to spread out.
Also, the property manager Shawna was great to work with and very responsive. We had a few questions while staying and she was great to work with on answering our questions.
Kitchen-The was very spacious and had everything you need to easily prepare meals when eating in.
Hot tub-we had some amazing evenings hanging out in the hot tub as a family. Seems very new and easy to operate.
Temperature control in the condo - I list this as a positive as we had no issue maintaining the exact temp we wanted. Overall the unit seems very well insulated. We’ve stayed in other units in the area that were very cold and drafty. The only cold spot in this unit is the downstairs hall by the door to the hot tub.
Architecture - pictures just don’t do this justice. The design of the interior with all of the exposed timber beams on the wall and ceiling is very unique and makes for an awesome setting….especially in the kitchen and adjacent living area (where you spend most of the time)
The areas we could see for improvement would be:
-Lock on doors with electronic keypad instead of physical keys.
-The downstairs queen bed is uncomfortable. My recommendation would be to put a comfortable king bed down there so 2 adults could sleep there (there’s plenty of room).
-Transportation-This unit does not have access to the Deer Valley free on demand shuttles since it is not managed by Deer Valley (privately managed).
Of note, the location of Pine Inn is a little confusing for service providers to get to / access the unit. It does take some explaining to get things delivered like groceries, skis, takeout and even Uber. They all will default to going to the Trails End lobby since the address is the same.
All in all, we will absolutely be back to Pine Inn. It’s an absolute hidden treasure.

First-time ski trip for grandchildren
The location of the property was excellent. The property was well equipped for a family on vacation. The only thing I would recommend is that on the downstairs queen bed a 3 inch topper pad should be placed because the bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The upstairs beds were actually quite comfortable. Also the DVD control did not work even though the DVD player did work and there is definitely a shortage of batteries in the TV controllers. Possibly having some extra batteries around would be helpful. This is a minor issue but the hardness of the downstairs bed can easily be corrected with a 3 inch topper. However this was a wonderful place to stay.

Amazing location for beginner skiers.
We loved our stay. It’s easy to get locked out on the porch where the hot tub is so make sure to unlock the door if you go out there!

The Best
This condo is perfectly located for skiing Deer Valley but also for non skiers since the bus stop for the Park City Transit is across the street. The beds are comfortable the hot tub a big plus and the kitchen is very well equipped with all utensils and high end appliances. If you ever get tired of Deer Valley, Alta, Solitude, Brighton and other major areas are one hours drive from here. We loved this place. Shawna was great and very helpful. We plan to return.

Location, location, location!
You cannot get a more convenient location than this! The condo was comfortable, the free breakfast was a plus and apres ski was a nice perk! I've been coming to Deer Valley for 18 years and I've stayed in a lot of units that boast ski in/ski out. This was by far the most convenient!

Awesome condo (2nd time staying)
I do not think there could be a better location if you favor the Sterling Express / Carpenter lifts. When you are done for the day, pop your skiis off and walk 30 feet to the downstairs entrance to the condo. It is actually more convenient than checking your skiis overnight. And also the condo itself is great. We are repeat guests. Trails End has free breakfast and apres ski as well.

Never Dissapoints
This is our third spring break spent at this condo! Could not be a better experience....my children say we go from our home to our home. This place is so comfortable and well appointed. Mike and Linda are such professionals and we could not ask for a better option for food, family and fun!

Perfect for Ski School Families
We spent eight nights here in April. We had the easiest time getting our children to ski school. There was ample room and the unit was well supplied and clean. The kitchen was great for family dinners and games. The hot tub was perfect! We would highly recommend this place! The breakfast and après ski buffet was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful home, amazing location
My family and I just returned from our pre-Christmas ski vacation and we had an incredible time! The home was very spacious and beautifully decorated, but also had a warm, cozy feel. Fireplaces in every room, full bathrooms for each bedroom, we had plenty of room for us and our 3 children. The breakfast and apres-ski snacks were super convenient, and everyone was extremely accommodating; we truly felt like VIPs!
As for location, there is no way you could out-do the locale of this home--I could look out the window each morning, enjoying my coffee as I watched my husband take our three little ones to ski school.
We had such a great vacation, thank you to Linda and Mike for answering all of our questions and helping us out. We would definitely love to return :)

Unbeatable Location
If your kids are going to be in the ski school, don't even consider another location. Trail's End is the closest complex to the ski school. This unit is beautiful, spacious, clean and modern, our family of five had a great time here. This unit is truly 'ski-in' as you can ski right up to the hot tub. We parked our car in the underground garage (which is just underneath the unit) although a vehicle is not necessary as there is a courtesy car available to take you into town. The breakfast and apres-ski are great. Linda & Michael are professionals, everything promised was delivered. We're looking forward to coming back next year.

Wonderful property, wonderful service
We just returned from spending spring break at Pine Inn. The unit was fantastic for our two families with young skiers. Being within walking distance to the children's ski school is a must, especially with young children who forget mittens, hats, etc. And for the adults, the ski-in/ski-out accommodations work beautifully. I have stayed at this complex (Trail's End/Pine Inn) in the past and the service is outstanding. Equally impressive are the managers of this unit - Linda & Michael. They were attentive to all of our requests and made our stay a vacation we will remember! We plan to be back next year!

Fantastic condo
This is a terrific unit. You cannot beat the location and access to so many key areas: the lifts right outside, ski school, snow park, st. Regis. great location. Lots of space for families and friends. So helpful in getting us settled as well. Excellent!!!

Great Location, Great Time
This was our first time in Deer Valley and we had a great time in part due to how comfortable we were staying in this condo. You could not stay any closer to the ski lift then this - which was great with young kids of different ages as we could easily go back and forth from Snowpark Lodge to the condo when the kids were tired or finished with ski school. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. We also had the benefits of the amenities at the Trail's End Lodge, including the breakfast and private car service, which were great. Finally, the management team for this condo went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in our stay with a larger extended family group. We will absolutely try to stay here again when we return to Deer Valley.

An outstanding time had
I just want to let everyone know about a fabulous time we had in this condo in Park City Utah. The condo is amazing...we lived like royalty. The unit is on the ski run and close to great old town shopping and everything you could possibly desire. Three levels, lots of beds, 3 amazing bathrooms, a huge open kitchen and living, dining area including a bbq on the deck. The private hot tub was a nice way to relax after our long days of fun. We can't wait to come back soon :)

Great Location and Great condo
We stayed for six days and had a great time. The Condo was within 100' of the ski lifts. Step outside the door and ski right over and when your done for the day ski to the door and store your ski stuff inside. Wonderful views of the ski runs and also Snow Park Lodge. The Owner's agent went out of their way to make our trip a great one. I can't thank them enough, they are 1st class. Also, there is a great morning breakfast and evening after ski snacks available in the Aspen room. Lift tickets delivered right to your door. You can't go wrong staying here!!!!!!
