Enjoy a piece of paradise is this gorgeous 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. This high floor corner unit offers spectacular views of Jaco beach, the Pacific Ocean, and the picturesque north end of the beach. You will enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the huge terrace. Complete with a chaise lounge, electric grill, dining table and chairs and sun loungers. We can help you arrange airport pick up, chef services and groceries!
This open concept unit has a gorgeous brand new kitchen and has been tastefully upgraded throughout. Large screen smart TV's in every bedroom, 70 inch smart TV in the living room with comfortable furniture.
It's a spacious unit at over 1750 square feet and NO additional resort fees!
All 3 bedrooms have high quality mattresses that are super comfortable along with luxurious linens. All protected with mattress and pillow protectors. You will be sure to get a good nights sleep! The master bedroom has an ensuite and sliding patio doors to the terrace. The sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep. The second bedroom is another large bedroom with a king bed that can be divided into 2 twins if that better fits your needs. The third bedroom also has a king sized bed. There is free use of a Pack n Play and 2 sets of kids dishes.
There is a high quality Airbed (full sized) if available for an additional 2 SMALL children only.
MAX 6 adults for this unit!! Teenage children are considered adults!
Boogie boards and beach chairs available for your use.
The internet and router have been upgraded so that multiple users can enjoy the high speed internet and there is premium cable package with some English channels in the living room.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with everything will need. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools and the kitchen opens up to the living room. Plenty of room for cooking your meals at home if choose not to go out to one of the many fabulous restaurants nearby.
The Palms resort has an oceanfront pool and loungers and a wading pool for the kids. Palms guests are entitled access Croc's resort next door and it's gorgeous resort pools. You will find an outdoor restaurant, poolside drink service, a coffee shop, gift shop, casino and other dining options at Crocs.
We are located on the north end of the beach, an easy 15 min walk to center of town or a $2-4 taxi ride anywhere in town. There are 3 grocery stores nearby.
Jaco is less than 1.5 hrs from San Jose airport and has numerous restaurants, shops, surfing, paddle boarding, ATV rides, horseback riding and is nearby to many tours. We use a local property manager and he can set you up with excursions, tours, fishing charters etc. and is available to answer any questions you may have.
This is one of the nicest units on Jaco Beach and we're sure you will enjoy your stay here. This unit is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. However it is not suitable for those looking for a party environment. This is our second home, not only a rental property. NO unregistered guests, NO BACHELOR PARTIES, NO pets, responsible guests only please.

Truly 5 stars. The condo was absolutely amazing in every aspect. Wonderful location, use of the Croc pool was very nice. Everything you needed was provided, beach chair, towels, coolers, boogie boards. Just show up and enjoy.

I can't say enough great things about this condo, Shelley, and Raquel. It was our first time to Costa Rica and we truly had the best week. Raquel helped select and book all of our tours and arranged our transportation for the entire week. The condo was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The patio was the perfect place to spend the mornings and end the evenings. The Crocs pool and restaurants were great. I would highly recommend this condo and you can't get better than Shelley and Raquel.

I try very hard to give accurate reviews for the properties we stay in, and I almost never give a 5 star rating. I think it is very important to give accurate reviews so that people know what to expect, and can make good decisions about where to stay. I have had owners contact me, and even threaten me when I have left less than stellar (but accurate) reviews. But in this case, this property exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I am thrilled to be able to give this property 5 stars, and I truly believe it deserves this high rating!
First, nowhere in the description that I saw did it mention that the condo has bidet toilet seats. We have these at home and will never be without them in any future home. So we were THRILLED to find that all 3 toilets had bidet seats! Good ones, too. So again, this was an enormous plus.
This is a roomy condo with one of the largest and nicest balconies we have ever encountered. From the balcony we were able to see macaws fly by on a daily basis, and once we were able to see them from above. What an incredible sight!!! And, we were also able to see Crux in the night sky, AKA The Southern Cross every night very clearly right from the balcony. Tremendous views that we enjoyed very much.
The beds are all excellent. This is one of the areas where many condo's fail. I'll admit that I'm a bit of a snob, and I enjoy the finer things in life. The quality of mattresses in this unit was top notch, and I slept comfortably every night

We enjoyed our time more than any other vacation we have had. The condo was so beautiful and comfortable. The view was outstanding. Having access to Crocs was a huge plus. We will stay again. Thank you for having us.

Everything was perfect! The location is exactly what we'd hoped for with walkable restaurants and groceries. The rooms were great for our group of 6. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Overall the condo is beautiful and has amazing views. Things to be aware of though is you are located next to a public entrance to get to the beach if you use the palms beach entrance. The beautiful green grass in front, public people using the beach would hang out there and even bring little pits to cook. That being said if you want to swim in the palms pool you are swimming right in front of these people because there is only a short glass wall separating it. So we never swam in that pool even though it was the only place you could take your personal drinks since non of that was allowed at the crocs pool. Evening walks to the beach we used the crocs entrance because of the public crowd that would hang out. I would say that’s the only draw back about the place since we didn’t feel comfortable using the places pool or beach access and had to use the crocs everytime.

We wanted a place where we could feel like we were at a resort, but not be stuck in a small hotel room. This was the perfect place!! Clean, beautiful view, and convenient to Crocs. We had a toddler with us and it worked out perfectly! Also, Shelley was fantastic. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was available throughout our stay. Would highly recommend :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our last few days of vacation in Jaco. Everything about the condo was perfect. Even with limited parking, the gate staff always helped us find a spot. We enjoyed using the pool access to Croc's next door. The balcony has stunning views, and a flock of McCaws flew right in front of us. Truly a wonderful place to stay in Jaco.

Condo is on the 9th floor which provides awesome ocean views. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything you would need. Crocs pool was nice. Very close walk or cab to all the pubs and restaurants. Great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach, pools, and town were all a lot of fun. My kids all got to do a bunch of things they hadn’t done before. Being on the ninth floor of the building was also very fun, and it stays a little cooler up there.

The palms is in a great location with the convenience of Croc’s next door with restaurants and pool. The place is very spacious, clean and well taken care of. The owner is very helpful with any questions and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here if staying in Jaco.

This property is fantastic!. It's beautiful inside and out. It’s close to everything you need and and want to do. It was no big deal to get taxis, shuttles, or walk to nearby restaurants or activities. Shelley is a wonderful homeowner and communicator. I had LOTS of questions and she was very patient and always available. The property manager, Raquel, was also over the top helpful. I don’t have a negative thing to say about our experience.

Loved it! Great condo with fabulous sunset views and complete access to the Croc Casino and pools next door. Small neighborhood nearby is a bit questionable, but we were comfortable enough to walk from downtown at night. 24 hour on-site security was nice. Owner and concierge were both highly responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

The condo is in a great location, with a beautiful view, sounds of the ocean and a wonderful pool onsite and next door at Crocs. I would highly recommend this unit and if given the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica again, I would stay here!

Beautiful condo right on Jaco Beach but on the quieter end of the beach. Beautiful sunsets on the patio. The condo had everything we could possibly want and walking distance to many local restaurants and downtown Jaco. This was an amazing stay and we hope to be back!

Family of six (ages 2-16years) plus grandma and we fit perfectly. ZERO complaints about the condo! You have the best of everything here in Jaco from this spot. The view during the sunset and sunrise everyday, perfect location for us to zip line, atv, horseback, beach and also used the hotel next to us for their amazing pool, coffee and gift shop. Small skip down the road where we had fun grocery and souvenir shopping and used the kitchen in the condo all days. Wi-Fi worked great for all the teenagers. We had the time if our lives. There’s a group of monkeys in the trees in the far right end of the beach, small hike to get to and only during low tide. if you’re renting a car like we did, parking lot is tricky first time there. Left on the alley right after the soccer field then it’s the last gate on your right. All security and workers are super kind. This was my husband and I’s 2nd time to CR and it was so great to be reminded why we wanted to come back.

The pictures are accurate but still don't capture the beauty of the condo and its view. The place is well kept, LARGE, and faces the ocean where you will see whales diving and beautiful sunsets. It's on the north end of the strip so walking to the strip is a hike. However, it's good to be a little away from the action of the strip sometimes. This place is peaceful and access to the Crocs resort next door is the cherry on top. You won't regret staying in this beautiful condo during your Jaco visit.

This penthouse is beachfront located and it has a breath taking view of Jaco beach. Jaco is only an hour away from our home in San Jose. Our family had a wonderful time and we were able to enjoy the amenities of the resort next door. Definitely, We are looking for to go back soon!

We loved the place. Classic chic and confortable, perfectly situated and the access to the Crocs is really appreciated.
Little problem with the water (we didn’t have water for the whole evening last night so it was a bit of a challenge to shower and make dishes) but we managed.
Lots of things to do around.

We love Jaco.
This condo is absolutely perfect. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we could not have picked at a better spot. The condo was well stocked, very clean, well furnished, and had absolutely amazing views. Beachfront overlooking the waves is how we enjoyed our coffee every morning. We loved Jaco so much we are now looking for our own place there. We would love to find a clone of this unit. 9 nights was not enough. We wanted to stay longer but work and school beckons. Thanks to Shelley for all the information and recommendations and making it so easy.

Great condo for family
This was our first time to CR and this place was perfect. The host was super helpful in making arrangements and being available to answer questions and make recommendations. The place was super secure and security guards very helpful as well. The condo was perfect and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, Excellent property management
We stayed at the condo during a 5 day girls trip. The condo is well taken care of, spacious and has everything you need. The property has a 24h security guard. We were able to use the pool and restaurants at Crocs resort next door. (Don’t forget to pick up your yellow armband at the reception.) A 5 minute taxi ride brings you downtown. Melissa the property manager was absolutely fabulous. She also booked excursions and transportation for us.

Perfect jump off point for trip. Great views, easy check in, and nice to be able to use Crocs facilities. I've been coming to CR for 7 years and this was first time in rain season. Rain mostly held out until late afternoon/night which was perfect for day trips. I would rent again.

Perfect stay in Jaco with an amazing view
We had an amazing week a this beautiful well-maintained condo, with everything needed for a great stay. The balcony is huge, and has a direct view of the *entire* beach. This isn't a back/corner unit where the picture looks better than reality. You'll be amazed the minute you look through the sliding glass door and go outside -- truly beautiful. The unit is fully furnished, with comfortable sofa, leather seats, tables. There is individual A/C in every bedroom, and 2 in the kitchen / family room -- the temperature is well controlled, and the place is dry (we visited during 100% humidity rainy season). Fast Wi-Fi, big TVs and cable in every room, and a great bluetooth speaker. Nice beds, mattresses and pillows. Complete kitchen -- it has everything you'll need. We were able to accommodate 10 people (we had guests visit) at dinner. The grill is a great feature. The owners did not skimp on anything -- this doesn't feel like a rental property. Special thanks to Melissa who helps manage the property -- she provided lots of local info on places to go and experience real Costa Rica. Be sure to look at her excellent Costa Rican cook book when you visit (copy in the condo) - she has copies and they are for sale in shops in town too. The building is on a narrow street and the parking lot is a little rough, but we never had a problem -- it's an area with friendly neighbors.

Shelley was very responsive to emails and provided us with a ton of information and resources to enjoy or stay in Jaco. The property is in a great location, spacious, and well kept. I was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked, from spices to appliances, this oceanfront retreat has it all.
