Lakefront Living at its Best... Direct Waterfront Property with completely remodeled kitchen and main level Great Room featuring a "Gourmet Kitchen" design with 5 burner gas range, all stainless steel appliances and massive 9' island bar that overlooks a completely open concept main level with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and stacked stone fireplace. Additional enhancements include a remodeled main level bathroom, custom built-ins and recessed lighting.

Outside the decks have been improved with the addition of a cable railing system that opens up the entire view to the lake and its spectacular sunsets and shimmering expanse. There is also a fire-pit area as well that features composite Adirondack chairs and a propane fire-pit that sets the mood for a relaxing sunset as you sip on a cocktail and let all your worries melt away.

Cypress Point Lake Lodge is located on a bluff with fantastic views of beautiful Lake Greenwood. The property is designed to be relaxing not pretentious. Come take off your shoes and enjoy lake front living at its best. You may never want to leave!

This direct lakefront home features 4 large bedrooms and 4 full baths. Full length upper and lower decks provide ample outdoor space for enjoying the spectacular lake and sunset views.

Spiders and Bugs: There are bugs and spiders around. Our windows are sealed, and have screens, and we do all that we can to minimize without affecting the ecosystem. Spiders on or around the deck are unfortunately a natural consequence of living directly lakefront.

Safety: Please note that we have outdoor perimeter security cameras that cover the driveway, front porch and rear of the property for safety and security.

This property was incredible with the best views. We were a few soccer families playing in 2 league games that wanted to get the most out of being in SC. This property was amazing and nobody wanted to leave. The grounds and deck area (enclosed and open) were our favorite places to be. Plenty of seating on all of the decks with the most stunning views. The property was comfortable and clean and had everything in the kitchen that we needed. We utilized instacart for grocery delivery upon our arrival. We appreciated the little things that came with our stay - shampoo and cond in the master, dishwasher detergent, a few rolls of TP. The only thing we thought was included and didn't bring was laundry detergent. We needed to wash uniforms and was counting on that being included. The ice maker was out during our stay, which was ok, we just picked up a few bags of ice. If we are ever back in this area, we will 100% rent this property. It was perfect. We did all comment how awesome it would be to have a hot tub in the back!! Thanks for allowing us to rent this beautiful place.

My husband and both kids, 26 and 28, enjoyed a great trip in this house! Everything was exactly as described...we had a really great time! Would like to book anoth during the same time next year...if the owner will have us? Directions were clear...we had no issues at all!

It may have just been an untimely coincidence but the neighbor was removing stumps from his yard so we had 2 full days of a stump grinder running to spoil the tranquility of the lake. Barbecue needs cleaning. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

We just spent a week in this Lake home. Chris’s place, aside from being clean, is well equipped with everything you need. All with stunning views of the lake. Just beautiful. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have lake views and the master bedroom’s lake views are simply amazing. The upper and lower decks are also amazing to take in the lake scenery while eating or just enjoying a beverage. You will want to start and end your day on the deck. Don’t miss the sunsets! The house has plenty of room to spread out. Our family also made use of the many games (and puzzles). Just a super relaxing visit. We highly recommend it.

The owners were diligent to communicate in advance of the stay, and the house was found beautifully equipped with everything we could’ve needed for the weekend away. Great property. We would normally stay at a Ritz but a cousin was getting married in a remote location near Ninety Six, SC so a hotel was not an option. No complaints about the house, property, or owners whatsoever. Great place, and comfortable for six adults plus two children. Would stay again if we're ever in the area.

The house was incredible. We hosted an incredible dinner on the screened in porch and dining area that was perfect with a beautiful sunset too! The only issue we had with the house since it was business colleagues the "5th" bedroom being a pull out sofa (not really a bedroom) didn't really work for us but luckily we had a second home that had 6 bedrooms because we needed 10 bedrooms across the two houses.

The lake home has great views from almost all bedrooms. The kids room didn’t need one because they were only in it to sleep. They had plenty of games, outdoor games and movies to help keep them entertained. We felt extremely comfortable in the home it is decorated beautifully. The kitchen truly was well stocked which was good because we had to cook most meals in since restaurants were scarce (also off season). The dock is great, we were able to easily rent a boat and come and go on the lake as we pleased. The washer and dryer are nice, the TV set up is great because you could use your own accounts for apps or watch using the dish. We would love to come back and stay again.

Rated cleanliness 4 as there were multiple cobweb’s in most rooms. Rated location and neighborhood 4 - because to get to any city for food dinner etc was about 30 mins away. Neighborhood is beautiful. Rated communication 4- as took few emails to get questions answered.

Beautiful house that is well equipped. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake from the upper level but two of the lower level bedrooms also have a great view. Everything was labeled and organized. The owner was great to work with! We used the dock for our boat and fishing as well as just relaxing. Could not ask for anything more! We plan to come back next year.

Our annual family vacation was absolutely perfect. This home is amazing. Extremely clean, and very well stocked. There are much appreciated labels and instructions everywhere. We travel every summer to a different lake, and always bring cleaning supplies, and expectations to have to spray for bugs and clean the outdoor spaces. This was a huge exception! Even the dock was almost bug free! Our last day, we enjoyed swimming off the dock and floating. This truly is the prettiest part of the lake. The grassed area was perfect for the dog to run. Internet was spot on for our 2 with Autism. No hiccups. We did not use the fire oit, but the grill met our needs. Renting a pontoon from Skippers was easy, and an unexpected trip to Piggly Wiggly was ok. Would recommend another grocery (but they are all listed in the property information packets). For the first time in years, we were not stressed packing up, because check out was a breeze! Thank you for keeping such a nice home available for familes!

We arrived after dark (from Florida) to an unfamiliar neighborhood so it was a bit difficult maneuvering the entry into the neighborhood (specifically, Scurry Church Rd sign off Hwy SC34) but eventually found our way to Chris' beautiful home and after that, was able to find our way easily. If you are cooking for 10 (i.e. soup) bring your own soup pot :) and larger fry pan(s). We did not use the grill or the outside fire pit so have no comment. Given we were there in winter, we did not use the dock but it certainly looked easy-peasy for those that choose to. Would I/We stay there again? Absolutely!!! Worth every penny for a large group. Thank You Chris for a memorable stay!
