We were there just after Labor Day. House is in nice quiet neighborhood but within 10 min walking distance of Main Street. There were 2 master bedrooms, both with king size beds, and downstairs 2 twins in one room and bunk bed twins in other room. All beds were comfortable.
Newly remodeled kitchen, and good- sized comfortable living room.
Small back yard is fenced, but our beagle was able to easily escape under the stairs. If you had a big dog that probably would not be an issue. It was fine as we didn’t need to let our dog stay outside on his own. He got plenty of exercise on walks and hikes!

Our family group of six adults enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very comfortable. The Frisco location gives easy access to many ski resorts, plus the amenities of downtown Frisco. The owner is very helpful and responsive with questions. We hope to visit again soon.

We travel to Breck every year for family vacation. This year it was the 4 from my family (including one teen and one toddler), my MIL and SIL. We had plenty of room! Everyone had their own space and the house was more than accommodating with supplies and amenities. Dorelle is so easy to communicate with and very attentive to her guest! Frisco is a perfect hub spot to Breck, Copper Mountain, Keystone, etc. We will absolutely stay here again! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

Our group was grandparents (2) and family of 5 (3 kids aged 17 to 11, and 2 parents). Everyone was comfortable and there were no problems with noise of any kind. Streets are kept clear of snow, and the distance into town is walkable on a nice day. The house is clean and well stocked. Furniture is slightly used but still good. Very pleasant stay for one week during Christmas season.

The home is very cozy and has anything and everything you might need and then some. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/silverware/cookware. The home is supplied with cleaning supplies which was nice. They had bikes and sleds in the garage for outdoors. We were not without while staying there. There were 4 rooms with a total of 4 twin beds, a pullout couch, and two king beds. We weren’t short on bathrooms either as there were 3. More than enough room for us but we will definitely book this home again.
It is very close to Breckenridge (I believe it took us maybe 15 minutes) and less than 5 minutes from downtown Frisco. The pool is right around the corner and is heated for the cold days. You do need to bring your own towel when you go. The neighborhood is quiet and clean.
The owner was very sweet in letting us check in a little early as we drove from out of state and there were no prior bookings to ours. Instructions for the home were clear. The only thing we could not get to work was the fireplace but it wasn’t a big deal. It snowed the last two days we were there and the home is warm and cozy without the fireplace.
Dining out is quite expensive which the owner let us know ahead of time which was nice to have a heads up. There are plenty of trails around and Breckenridge has a free trolley to bring you to and from several spots. Highly recommend this home.

Our family stayed in Frisco Colorado for a week. We planned lots of day trips to Vail, Breckinridge, Idaho Springs etc. Frisco was the perfect place to stay. Our place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. Frisco has some fun shops & places to eat, and Dillon CO is just around the corner with great places to eat as well. We had a great time! Would recommend this location and house!

Very nice place. It is updated and very comfortable. We felt right at home! Location was ideal: quiet neighborhood that was a short walk from the rec path and downtown Frisco. The 58 mile rec path is outstanding for biking and walking. Hiking trailheads are nearby. Rainbow Lake trail is one of our favorites. Short drive to Breckenridge. Only 35 miles to Leadville which was really interesting and fun.

This was THE best VRBO we have ever stayed in! What a pleasant experience it was for all of us! The home is situated in a wonderful community and is so comfortable and clean. We did not want for anything! We were there to ski and it was a lot of fun. We played games around the large kitchen table, cooked most of our meals there, and also enjoyed the adorable town of Frisco shopping and eating breakfast! You will not be disappointed if you stay at 620 5th Avenue!

This home was beautiful and well equipped. There were four adults (and two small dogs), so we only used two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but there is a garden level with two more bedrooms and another bath. The owner was very accommodating and available for any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location
The house was very clean and well supplied with sundries. Instructions for TV, garbage, recycling, clubhouse, check in and checkout were very detailed and clear. The kitchen dishes and cookware were a little sparse but we only had four people. That would be my only suggestion. Otherwise, the property was excellent!

Winter ski trip with friends
The home was a great fit for our group of 8 people. It was a great location in Frisco only being a 10 minute walk to the restaurants on Main Street. The home was also a convenient drive to ski in both Vail and Breckinridge.

Great space, close to Main Street and ski resorts
Stayed between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Location is close to Main Street and our non-skiers enjoyed visiting all of the shops. Short drive to Copper Mountain. Plenty of beds for our family of 7. Kitchen is laid out well and the large dining table was perfect for playing board games. Host was extremely helpful and responded quickly. We definitely will be back.

Frisco Home
We stayed for four days during Christmas with extended family. We chose the rental for the number of guests it could accommodate and the proximity to the ski resorts. Overall, our stay was really nice. We didn't have any issues and the house was nice. I think the view of mountains was the best part. We were able to enjoy the amenities at the clubhouse during the stay too.
The only thing I would say that could be improved would be the beds. They seemed older and could be more comfortable.
The host was very responsive and was nice enough to let some of the family check in early since they arrived to Frisco an hour or two earlier than expected. However, after checking out the owner reached out about her housekeeper misplacing her key and asked if we'd seen it. I told her no we hadn't seen the housekeeper's key and the keys we had used were put in the lock box and hung up. The response from the owner was really snarky ("I'm confused that you needed to use the keys in the lockbox. But, it's easy for me to be confused. Did someone accidentally lock the top bolt on the front door and you needed that to open the front door?"). I'm not sure why she communicated that way but it wasn't deserved and I thought kind of rude. In the document she sent regarding the rental the exact rules were for us to use the key in the lockbox if the top bolt was locked.
We'll probably opt for another rental next time.

Comfortable mountain getaway
All other reviews were proved to be true! Owner was easy to communicate with and considerate to offer an early check-in though we couldn't take advantage of it. Her home worked very well for us and our dog; welcoming, clean, and adequately equipped. The small fenced yard was very convenient. It was a perfect quiet getaway to the mountains to view the changing leaves and enjoy nearby fishing. Hope to go back with extended family or friends since the home layout is ideal!

Would stay here again.
