Our stay was relaxing and refreshing. Steps from the calm, clear water. Friendly neighbors. Fabulous hosts.
This home is far from the beaten path with no services nearby. Just quiet serenity. If you are looking for a vacation away from everything, this is it.
We enjoyed a hike to the Blue Hole and long hours on the beach. Courtney took us to Negril for a day of shopping at the open air market and a fabulous lunch. Annette was attentive and courteous each day, even bringing us fresh eggs when we ran out.
We went to Jamaica for some R&R and chose this home for a true Jamaican experience, immersed in the real culture. We got both!!
We highly recommend this rental for a unique, eye-opening, humbling experience.
Thank you, Witold, Annette and Courtney!!

This is a beautifully maintained house and property and feels like a unique opportunity to experience life in a vibrant neighborhood. Witold is a great communicator and Annette and Courtney will take such good care of you - her cooking is amazing and not to be missed! Very hard to leave such a special place.

Everything was perfect - Annette, Whitold and Courtney took care of us and it was wonderful to chat with them about every day about life in Jamaica. The beach, while full of sea grass, had calm water and a reef you could paddle to and snorkel around. Friendly small town where we left perfectly safe and well off the tourist track. We would definitely love to come back.

Really nice house. The location is a movie set. It’s isolated, but perfect if you are looking for the best views with peace and quite. The people in the village are very nice and friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

Great secluded spot. The house was nice and spacious. Having a kitchen is a great plus. And it had a toaster, microwave and all the pots and pans you could need. Your own beach. AND Annette was a great house manager. She cooked us an awesome breakfast one morning. I would definitely go again.

Beachfront cabin
We had such a wonderful time at the Little Bay cabin! We felt lucky to stay in such a wonderful setting. Owner, Witold, was very communicative, generous and helpful. (THANK YOU Witold!) Annette is a real gem! She is fun and kind - I very much enjoyed our conversations - and an awesome cook! (THANK YOU Annette!) Hanging out on the front porch, strolling "our very own beach" , and visiting with the fisherman was a gift that we will not ever forget!

Reunion after 50 years! Dorothy J.
Our group of four women were having a reunion after meeting in Jamaica where we lived and worked fifty years ago. Little Bay was a perfect spot for our stay in Westmoreland. The Little Bay Beach House is comfortable, spacious, and beautifully located across from the beach. Annette and Courtney looked after us like family during our stay, and we couldn't have been in better hands. Little Bay is off the beaten track, and this is a perfect spot to stay if you want a truly Jamaican experience. We felt very safe and secure. It is a world away from the resorts, and we loved every minute of our stay. The Beach House is even more spacious than it appears in the photos, and is fully equipped with everything you need. We loved Annette`s breakfasts, and she prepared us a wonderful meal one evening with lobster, curry chicken and kingfish. Delicious! Courtney met us at the airport in Montego Bay, and drove us anywhere we wanted to go during our stay. The Little Bay Beach House is a magical spot, and friends who visited us from nearby Savanna-la-Mar wished they could stay too! It was easy to communicate with Witold who answered any questions we had fully and promptly. We hope to return one day!

A beautiful cottage in a magical place
We could not have asked for more from our stay! Annette is a star, and will take great care of you. Take Annette’s advice about what to do and where to go in Little Bay, the village is full of colorful characters and she knows them all. We hired her husband Courteney to drive us to and from the airport and were really glad we did, the roads in and out of Little Bay can be tricky. This is not the place for you if you want a resort experience, it is the place for you if you like an adventure off the beaten path. Don’t miss the Bob Marley spring, or the bat cave!

It was our inaugural Jamaican experience and we didn’t know what to expect. The villa caretakers, Courtney and Annette, were spectacular hosts beginning with Courtney picking us up from the airport in MoBay and driving us safely through the reckless and rugged interior of Northern Jamaica so we could see as much as possible. After two hours, we swerved off a rocky road directly to the beach and saw a spectacular herd of cows lazing in the sun under trees in front of what turned out to be our home for the stay. The villa was delightful, comfortable and had all we needed (Courtney took us to a grocery store in the way in) and the sleepy little location was right on the beach, with perhaps only two or three cars daily and many subdued zooming mopeds. The first night was a little loud; a normally quiet beachside bar/carryout played reggae all night at top volume. But the rest of the stay, the neighborhood reggae was a soft welcome backdrop to our days. There are things to do there but we didn’t do them. It was too perfect to have Annette come and make us breakfast, read in the sun and shade, walk, swim, eat and just unwind completely. Annette came and made a spectacular dinner one night and was delightful to talk with. We saw a few other vacationers once or twice, but the beach was ours. We felt cautious with the villagers we met but also very safe. When Annette was there, villagers would stop or ride by calling her name in greeting. It was both a testament to her good nature as well as a reason to know that she, and by proxy us, were in well-respected and safe hands. People were kind and generous and we intend to come back as soon as possible. On the plane going home, everyone else we talked to came from a big resort and hadn’t, really, seen Jamaica. We just met her, but this amazing and absurdly short first visit had made us fall in love with the country, the people, the beauty and definitely this particular spot on the map.

Little Piece of Heaven
We came to Little Bay Beach house in March for 4 nights and couldn’t wait to come back. We stayed for 8 nights this time and it was everything we needed to relax and unwind before the Holiday. Annette made us amazing breakfast as always and kept the beach house extra tidy. Great place to get away from it all!!

My Husband and I spent 4 nights at Little Bay Beach House. Withold was quick to respond when corresponding about our trip. Courtney picked us up from the airport and stopped for groceries before arriving at our destination. The Beach House was perfect, just to our liking! The bed was very comfortable and between the ocean breeze and Fan there was no need for AC. Annette took wonderful care or us, made us the most delicious breakfast every morning with a little Jamaican flare. She kept the House impeccably clean tidying up every morning. She cooked up a super dinner one evening for an extra charge and we spent one afternoon hanging out on the porch while she box braided my hair in record time. We bonded and I miss her already 💛 we enjoyed the simplicity Little Bay had to offer, sitting on the front porch, looking out at the ocean and especially watching the cows and goats meandering on by and living up the island dogs! We will definitely return to Little Bay Beach House on our next trip to Jamaica .

We spent 2 weeks in Jamaica: 1 week at Little Bay Beach House and 1 week at Clubhotel Riu Negril, and our first week was hands down the best part of our vacation. The Beach House is spacious and even though there is no AC we found it to be the perfect temperature from about 5pm to 9am. During the day we spent most of our time either on the deck watching the little goat pack meaner down the road and the occasional child biking home from school, or we were at the beach either in front of the cabin or farther down as there were no limitations to where we could park ourselves. There is some seaweed on the beach and in the water, but it's easy enough to find a clear spot on the beach, and also easy to avoid the seaweed (we wore water shoes to avoid stepping on a sea urchin). There are little cabins just 2 minutes down the road where it is rocky at the water and concrete has been poured so you can stand and look out over the ocean. The owner there had no problem with us coming on the properly and using the little staircase off those rocks when we felt like floating on our floaties in the deeper part of the ocean.
Yes, there were some mosquitos around, and some sandflies, but nothing outrageous. We learned to put on a little bug spray around 6pm if needed and to stay covered if out by the water in the evening.
Annette is the lovely lady who takes care of the property and who is expert at making your stay extra special. She made the most wonderful breakfast everyday, with tons of variety despite the fact that I have multiple dietary restrictions. She also tidies up every morning after breakfast and is very clean and thorough. You can pay to have her come back to the cabin to cook you supper. We chose to have her come 3 times (each time we requested lobster which she provided caught fresh that morning, and multiple delicious side-dishes many of which were traditional Jamaican dishes). The other times we cooked for ourselves using the groceries we got at the market on our way to the cabin from the airport. This was no problem as the kitchen is fully equipped.
I was worried about safety when first booking this spot but there was never a time that we did not feel safe at the cabin, or safe to leave our valuables there as you can lock up the cabin and the gate.
We are so very glad that we chose to spend a week at the Beach House! If you like quiet, secluded and beautiful, delicious meals and friendly local Jamaicans, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing
We spent one of our two weeks in Jamaica at little bay. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the people of this small fishing community. Annette the housekeeper is fantastic. She is the gem of the place. The accommodation are fabulous in a rustic way. Beds are super comfy and it is very clean. Annette's breakfasts will keep you going until well into the middle of the day. The water is warm and my favorite time was laying in it watching the Turns diving for fish with the Magnificant frigate birds soaring above. The sand getting in is a bit mucky so using a pair of the water shoes available is a good idea or you could step on a sharp urchin without knowing it. Ouch.
I highly recommend this place for people who want a place to explore from or relax. Just beware of the motorcyclists at little London or in Savannah la mar who are trying to give you directions to rolling River. They are pirates. This spot is close to Nagril and it is easy to get to other sights around. We had a car and explored a lot but you need to be a driver driver as the roads and traffic are crazy. Staying here was easy and strait forward. Withold is excellent at communication. Any questions or misunderstandings are quickly and easily handled. Everything and more is provided.
Thank you Withold and Annette
