This home is truly like visiting a 5 star luxury hotel. Check in with all of your family & friends and enjoy this luxurious property.

The Space:
With a grand entrance, this home gracefully opens up to a private pool, right off the main living spaces. A magnificent great room offers space for all, with multiple areas to dine and lounge. A massive kitchen island becomes the heart of the space, with plenty of room to gather. Two formal dining areas inside with ocean views, along with a covered al fresco outdoor dining area outside on the pool deck, offer variety for dining by the sea. The al fresco dining area is complete with fireplace & stunning ocean views, and uniquely designed to shelter from ocean winds and stay comfortable despite any elements. The pool is heated, as well as the spa, for the ultimate oceanfront relaxation. Inside, each bedroom has its own private bathroom and is outfitted for a sumptuous comfortable stay. See below for listing's bed configurations. Additional perks include an Elevator, a Gourmet kitchen with butler's pantry, a full Bar room, a cozy TV den, and outdoor showers.

The Neighborhood:
Isle of Palms is a city in South Carolina, on the slender barrier island of the same name. It’s known for its beaches backed by condos and eateries. Sea turtles nest in the area. The oceanfront Isle of Palms County Park includes a beach, picnic areas and a playground. Neighboring Sullivan’s Island is home to Fort Moultrie, site of important battles during the American Revolution and the Civil War.

Golf cart and bike rentals are available for your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $350 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $350 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold.
We ask guests traveling with their pets to not allow them on any furniture to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furniture and beds**

*Severe Weather Policy*

Our severe weather and Extenuating Circumstances: Hurricane Policy is as follows:

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC specifically for the county in which your property is located for the dates of your stay, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect. In this case we WILL refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest and we shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation.

However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued. This is the case even if the guest chooses to cancel or travel is disrupted due to the storm.

Additionally, if there is adverse weather phenomenon outside of Charleston or SC (ie. other regions of the US or abroad) during the dates of the guests' stay which hinders the guests from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will still apply. Therefore, a refund will NOT be issued.

***ATTENTION***
Hurricane season is during the months of June-November. During this time we HIGHLY recommend guests research and purchase travel insurance.

Absolutely loved our week stay! Already booked this home again for next Summer. Location was wonderful and the home fulfilled all of our needs. 17 of us ranging in age from 15-67. Can’t wait to return.

We absolutely love everything about this rental and the incredible way that Curtis Kay manages it. The home is the best one we have ever been in and is maintained to perfection! Every single thing that you could need is provided. The setting is the most beautiful ever! We have rented this home several times, and hope to continue for years to come. So many family memories made in such a beautiful place! Thank you for this wonderful listing!

We had an amazing 10 day stay at this beachfront estate. There is something for everyone. The house itself is gorgeous. Large, spacious, and clean. The bedrooms are well appointed and the rooms with ocean views are particularly fantastic. Most bedrooms have their own bathrooms which makes for a very comfortable stay. The house is even more gorgeous than in the pictures! You will have an amazing time here. The location could not be better. The house is nestled in the gorgeous oasis that is the Isle of Palms; beachfront and on a quiet walkable street. Shopping and dining is a quick drive away and only 30 min to get to downtown Charleston and see the sights. It was always a comfort to come back to this gorgeous place. There is plenty of fun for kids and adults alike, from water activities in the beach and pool to the gorgeous outdoor deck and the infinity pool/hot tub. The house is well equipped with anything you might need. The kitchen is large and has anything you might need. There are plenty of laundry facilities, baby equipment, pool equipment, and beach supplies. The homeowner is accommodating and responsive and did his best to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

Gorgeous home and amzing layout for a group. We brought family in for my wife's birthday and everyone loved it! The home is set up wonderfully and well thought out. All guests had private areas to relax and the shared areas were inviting. Morning views are amazing!!! A+++ all around
