Beautiful, light, bright 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, top floor condominium steps from some of LA's premier shopping and dining. Unlike many properties, this is our clean and cared for home, not a corporate-managed business venture. New commercial-grade carpeting was just installed April 2021and new family room furniture in July as part of our regular updates.

This condo, located in a secure building, features a full kitchen, eating area, expansive family room, and cozy balcony. The bedrooms contain a single (twin bed) and luxury Select Comfort Sleep Number double (full) bed in the secondary bedroom, and a queen size, luxury, memory foam bed with en suite bathroom in the master bedroom. Both rooms provide Egyptian cotton linens and down comforters. Central heat, AC units in each room, ceiling fans throughout. High speed wifi along with SmartTV with local HDTV channels & dvd player in family room (so bring your favorite movies on disc or your streaming subscriptions). Secure, reserved parking for 1 car in the building's garage. Elevator access for those who don’t love stairs. Why stay at a hotel when you can instead stay in a private condo?

Place was nice, smaller than I pictured it but plenty big enough for our needs. Only thing I wish it had was central air in the living room. When the air unit kicks in it’s hard to sit on couch due to cold blast

Great location for us. We went to Universal Studios and it is a short 15 minute drive. Also a great location to a lot of restaurants and a little market for a few staples. We had great communication with the owner who answered our questions very timely.

Had I known about the parking issues, I wouldn't have booked this listing. The owner doesn't disclose the issue, likely on purpose. Some reviews mention parking problems, but I didn't realize how bad it was. If you book, keep this in mind: Parking is VERY difficult due to the angle, a pole, and the wall. The check-in parking instructions do not help. You must unload passengers and belongings before parking. Pull forward to the open-air area before unloading the trunk to avoid hitting the roof as the trunk will close on you - an obvious hazard that could result in injury. Once parked, getting out is nearly impossible. If you are on the larger side, do not book this listing. We are 5'1" and 5'3" and under 200 lbs, and we had to crawl to the passenger side to exit (had to back in and exit on the pole side). If you are larger, you won't get out. BTW, our rental was a Jeep Cherokee, the same SUV we own so we know how to drive/park an SUV. A few more notes: The check-in process was like an Escape Room, unlike the easy access for the Door Dasher. The pictures are deceptive. It's not terrible inside, but not as depicted. It is neither light nor bright, and the "family room" is not expansive. There was an old screen door and fan blades on the balcony. There is a musty, mildew smell. If the parking doesn't deter you, this should if you have allergy issues. Also, the building looks very different on the inside - similar to an old motel.

Pros -comfortable beds -nice area -relatively clean Cons -advertised laundry but the only laundry is a pay washer dryer in another building that you can only use at specific times of the day. Has to be shared with the entire complex. -Very strong mildew smell that didnt go away despite using fans and opening doors. -pictures make it look nicer and brighter than it really is. Quite run down and dark. -parking spot is tiny. We barely fit the car in but could not open the doors because it was so tight. The ceiling was so low we couldnt even open the trunk. -check in was complicated.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the location---near our daughter and right around the corner from our favorite bakery Portos! It was a safe and quiet neighborhood but in walking distance from The Americana and many stores and dining options.

Lovely place for 3 adults and 1 child! Nice and roomy with everything we needed! Beds were super comfy! Everything was nice and clean! And the little city was perfect! Quiet yet everything is within walking distance or a quick drive! Perfect for the Rose Parade or if you’re headed to Universal Studios!

Simply put, during my stay at the property, we were greeted by ROACHES in the bathroom on the very first night. I was able to reach my host with questions initially, but as soon as I texted about the visitors, NO RESPONSE FOR THE REST OF THE STAY. She did not respond to Customer Service Support either according to them. I called& texted for paper trail purposes& documented the roach party. We scoured to find another place to stay with the help of customer support, but no avail so we moved into living room. I slept on the very uncomfy couch the whole stay. I was super disappointed in her not communicating with me, as well as things like the actual property not being truly reflective of the pictures. It looked spacious, upgraded,& chic. The outside of the building looks old and the apartment space and even the elevator is small. I tolerated it because I had no other choice, but I was really disappointed! I am still working with customer service to be properly accommodated. Until then, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Really loved the apartment, very clean, nice decor as per pictures published. Kitchen is well stock with utensils of all kind of you like cooking. Also the owner provides with many amenities in the bathrooms as well. Mattress very good, firm but soft on the top. Quality sheets. Glendale area is very good, very safe if compared to the rest of LA. Lots of stores and restaurants very close by ( 2 blocks away) “The Americana” high end shopping and the supermarket Ralph’s is 3 blocks away. Very nice and quite at night. No homeless around. We will definitely stay again if in LA. Thank you very much Danielle

The apartment was very clean upon our arrival. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and the bathroom good. The twin bed in the second bedroom was soft and a bit lumpy but normally a child would sleep on it. The second bathroom is old but everything worked fine. The kitchen pots and pans are well used but acceptable. The stove uses gas. The apartment is located in a good spot if you are driving to the Rose Bowl, Griffith Observatory and Hollywood sign. The parking spot is narrow as described by the owner. I got the check-in information about 24 hours before our arrival. The entry and parking information was well described. Overall we had a good stay.

Good location, pictures look better than reality, safe, parking lot is small, comfortable bed, we had a hard time getting the keys from the rusted lock box and were not able to get the manager to answer our calls. Overall, we were rarely home, only stop by to sleep. Place was appropriate for price.

The location to this stay was ok, but very rundown old apartment building. Not sure what they mean by executive apartment, but that’s a stretch! Frustration with getting into the unit, but found the lockbox ok out front. Instructions for parking clicker we’re not correct in the unit instructions or online. Everything else ok, just not the Hyatt, but for the price it’ll do.

This was the perfect spot for our crew. I was traveling with 4 teenage boy exchange students and it was the perfect location. It was clean, it was a very safe area, lots of food choices around, walking distance to many fun things for us to do. It also was great for driving to the other things we did - Universal Studios, Hollywood Sign Walk, USC baseball game, Santa Monica Pier, Walk of Fame, and just looking around. The property host was VERY responsive when we accidently locked the keys in the condo. I would recommend this place highly, and will definitely reserve it again if I am traveling in the LA area.

My family of 4 two adults and two teenagers stayed at the condo for a short birthday trip. The building itself is very dated it almost makes you nervous on how the condo will look, but the once you get in the condo it’s nothing like the building it’s very clean and is decorated nicely. The unit is very well stocked and has everything you need. The downside is the property manger is very hard to contact the couple of questions I did have she never responded to so we just had to figure everything out on our own. Other then the communication issue the property itself was fine I would stay here again.
