We invite you to relax and enjoy our luxurious Golf Villa which is perfect for two persons who desire a highly upgraded place to stay in Maui. Our spacious Villa has Sweeping Ocean Views from the Island of Lanai to the Island of Molokai.

YOU HAVE A CHOICE when visiting Maui. Where you stay does make a difference as to your enjoyment. Our Golf Villa is Professionally Cleaned and Maintained to assure your comfort and cleanliness. Every effort has been made to maintain high standards and make sure our Villa is a place you will GREATLY ENJOY and a place to which you would like to return. We are confident you will enjoy our home away from home.

Our Villa is located at the top of the Golf Villas. It is easy to access and is all on the street level. There are plenty of parking spaces just 35 steps from our front door. It is peaceful and quiet and is away from the early morning noise from the lawn mowers at the golf course.

The living room is nicely furnished and decorated. There is a wide screen TV's and Blu-ray players for your enjoyment. The kitchen features granite counters. Appliances include; stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and rice cooker. The large bedroom has a very comfortable NEW king-size mattress. Both the living room and bedroom have sliding doors on to our double wide private lanai which has awesome, unobstructed, ocean views. The floors are tiled and have carpeting in the living room and bedroom areas. The Villa is approximately 1338 square feet which includes the Extra Large private lanai. Our Villa has a level entry and is all on one level. There are no stairs to climb. We have provided an 'Availability Calendar' for your convenience. We had an amazing stay at Eddie and Melissa's place. This was our second time staying here and we were really impressed with the updates that had been done to the kitchen and how clean the unit felt. Fantastic location with great views from the lanai - perfect for whale watching. Small touches like the box of chocolates don't go unnoticed :) If you manage to find this place available for your dates, you can't go wrong with booking here. We can't wait to come back!

The villa is centrally located in Kapalua with beautiful views and everything you could need. It’s nicely furnished and kitchen is stocked through the roof. Melissa is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We had a blast and will definitely look for an opportunity to book this again, two thumbs up from us

Beautiful one bedroom, with an almost unbeatable sunset view. Has two bathrooms which makes getting ready easier for two. Has laundry in unit. Kapuli beach is a short walk away (although walking back is straight up hill). Can’t recommend this place enough.

We loved staying at Melissa's place in the Kapalua golf villas. Lots of space and very well stocked with the necessities. Easy to walk to all the local restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be back!

Great property with a beautiful view and manicured location. Property was well furnished with all you would need for your vacation. Bed was very comfortable and we loved having two bathrooms. Convenient parking as well. We would definitely book again.

This is the best little treasure tucked into the quiet & peaceful location on west Maui. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, the views are stunning, the condo is beyond clean, there isn’t anything you should need or want. The lani allows the tranquility of the place to settle you in for a great relaxing time. It has many seating options in the spacious area to watch every sunrise & sunset. The property is so beautiful, private and provided us with everything we needed during our stay on Maui. We spent a good portion of our stay on the balcony overlooking the golf course and the ocean. We’ve always stayed down in Wailea but wanted to try Lahaina area. Found this condo for a week and fell in love with Kapalua. Overall, the condo, area, and manager are wonderful. Views are amazing. Bed is comfortable. We had trouble with the stove and called the manager right away. She was so helpful and responsive. Emailed them as well with a couple of questions and they are very responsive to questions. The appliances are older but they work. They were planning on replacing them after we left. Despite the older appliances, this was a wonderful place to stay. We look forward to coming back again and staying longer next time.

Great location and a good complex. Buildings are naturally starting to show their age, but the property itself is in decent condition. Great view from the deck and quite spacious. Unit has all the necessities, but does not have the fully stocked kitchen that you would find in some other units. Some minor issues around one of the stove burners not working and the shower curtain. However, for the price it's a good stay. There was a water leak in the bedroom ceiling from the unit above during our stay (could have happened anywhere and out of the control of our unit). Yes it was a bit of a pain at the time, but the owner was very quick to respond and generously compensated us for the small inconvenience.

I cannot quite describe in words how much we loved staying at Melissa's beautiful condo/villa. You have to experience it for yourself! Staying in Kapalua was the best decision we made. You get to enjoy the luxury, quiet, well-maintained golf villas away from all of the tourist congestion, yet only minutes away from the activities in Kaanapali and Lahaina etc. I loved the beautiful walk through the community to my favorite spot in Napili Bay past the Sea House Restaurant where I walk along the rocks towards the point and Kapalua Coastal Trail. At first, I had trepidation that we weren't staying directly on the ocean... but when you sit on the huge terrace with your glass of wine and experience the breathtaking view of the pool, golf course, birds, trees and ocean, you won't regret it. My favorite evening was sitting on the terrace when a full rainbow went from one side of the ocean to the other. It was literally breathtaking and "Heaven on Earth." I will be back!

The pictures don't do this place justice. The view from the balcony is amazing. Location is very convenient to Kapalua Bay, and about a 10 minute drive to anything else on the west side of Maui. Inside was very clean. Located in a really quiet villa right off the Kapalua golf course. The host responds quickly and was accommodating to our questions and early arrival.

The property was spotlessly clean when we checked in. The view from the lanai was breathtaking - we spent a lot of time out there watching the whales. The kitchen had enough dishes, pots and pans to handle the limited cooking we did. The bed was comfortable and the master bathroom was well laid out. We look forward to staying in this unit on future trips to Kapalua.

Great Kapalua Villa!

Where to start, a wonderful stay in a one bedroom two bath golf Villa, everything you can ask for…I loved my time in and out of this well maintained community. My fiancé and I enjoyed the views from the spacious patio, fully functional kitchen, comfortable king size bed, pool and BBQ. Not to mention the beautiful beaches within walking distance. The host was responsive and very pleasant! I will consider staying here again when I’m back in Maui! ALOHA :)
