About this apartment rental

Spacious, well-maintained condo with oceanview! This charming condo has hardwood floors throughout, except the bathroom which has upgraded 12" ceramic tile floor. The family room has a 42" Plasma TV with DVD/VCR and glass French doors leading to a large covered deck, overlooking the ocean! The bedroom features walk-in closet and another TV (flat screen). Although you may want to walk and enjoy the many restaurants in downtown Folly, if you decide to cook, the condo is equipped with a full kitchen and an electric outdoor grill.

Free high speed internet is available in the condo for all of our guests.

This condo is located in the Blue Heron Inn, a house with only 4 units. When we purchased this condo, the features which sold us on it are: ocean view, walk to downtown , and the condition of the unit. We hope your stay here is as memorable as ours! We are very conscientious about the cleanliness and decor......we hope you enjoy! Feel free to call if you have any questions. FYI, Folly Beach passed a new law in 2023 that the minimum # of nights is 3. Also, I typically rent my condo by the week during the warmer months, Saturday to Saturday. However, I go myself for partial weeks which does open a few opportunities for someone to rent the remainder of week 😊

This is really a great property. Love the front covered porch and location. Pam answered my questions quickly and was so easy to work with. Everything you need is available. My only suggestion might be for a queen/king instead of a full size.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and in Folly Beach. The property was perfect for two of us. We spent most of our time on the balcony. Great spot for people watching plus you can see and hear the ocean. Our favorite restaurant was steps away as was the best convenience store. We look forward to coming back.

The condo is situated just across the street from the beach which gives you the perfect view of the ocean from the porch - this was our favorite spot and we spent many hours in the afternoons just taking it all in. It’s one block from Center St. where everything happens in Folly Beach - extremely walkable and love that there’s a private parking space allowing you to avoid spotty parking. A stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a meal! We will be back!

This was our first stay on Folly Beach. We loved the location of the condo. It’s within walking distance to town and many of the shops and restaurants. The beach is literally across the street and you have great views from the back porch. The condo had everything we needed and was just perfect for my husband and I. We can not wait to go back!

Condo was very nice. Clean. Great balcony with beach views. Convenient to many bars and restaurants. Great little store right behind the condo for anything you may need. Not for your main shop though! Pam was easy to reach if needed. Had everyone we needed!

The perfect place to enjoy all that both Folly Beach and Charleston have to offer. (Easy drive into Charleston.) Loved sitting on the porch watching and listening to the ocean. Pam was a wonderful hostess and her place has everything you need for a “great escape”. Would definitely love to return one day.

We had a great time staying at this property. We have made numerous visits to Folly and always have a fine time, but prices are really going up and it's getting harder to find a place we can afford. This condo was just the right size for my husband and I, plus a very short walk to the beach and a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops downtown.

We’ve stayed at various places all over the island, and this location has always been our favorite. First time in this particular condo, it was wonderful! Just as described, and the owner was great, and easy to work with. Convenient to everything we need on Folly, and it’s wonderful to be able to walk to dinner, the beach, and Bert’s. Condo itself was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay and more. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend! It was very clean, bed was comfortable, and a great view of the ocean! The location couldn’t be better. We appreciated having use of the beach chairs and having beach towels included. We will definitely rent this condo again!

This was a wonderful VRBO in all ways. Our host had everything we needed. The location was a perfect spot for walking to town, to restaurants and with the beach right across the street it couldn't be better. We stayed only two days as we were there to attend a party at The Tides and wish we had a few days more. Thank you Pam for sharing your wonderful slice of paradise with us. Hope to be back some day.
