The King suite on the main level has a gas fireplace, huge bathroom with walk-in glass shower and jetted tub, and access to outdoor deck with private seating area. King suite also has 2 very large walk-in closets big enough for families to use as small bedrooms for newborn/toddlers with a pack-n-play or crib.
Upper Level:
The Upper Level has 3 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with shower/tub combo. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share a full bath which has a door separating the shower/toilet area from the vanity area for additional privacy.
Lower Level:
The lower level has a large king bedroom and full bath with walk-in shower. The Queen-over-Queen bunk room has 6 queen beds and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate toilet room for privacy.

You'll find essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags. We provide a brand new kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap at all sinks, propane for the 4-burner Weber gas grill, and firewood for the fire pit.
You’ll find basic pantry items like sugar, sea salt, pepper grinder, and a spice rack. Hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, oatmeal bar soap, and hair dryer in each bathroom.

*** PRICING DETAILS ***
The standard nightly rate is for up to 8 guests. Each additional guest, age 3 and up, is a small nightly fee. This pricing structure allows rental to small and large groups alike, taking into account additional utilities and property wear attributed to a large group of guests. Max Capacity 22 guests.
100% of the cleaning fee is paid directly to our team members to provide a living wage. The cleaning fee covers of our 3-Point cleaning, disinfection, and inspection process. This includes post-check out cleaning team, pre-check in cleaning & staging team, and 2-hour quality control inspector just before guest arrival.
A refundable security deposit in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) is held under each reservation via credit card hold or debit card charge, prior to check in for any incidents not covered by the Accidental Damage Protection Insurance.
***HEATED POOL & SPA ***
The outdoor spa is heated year-round to 101-102°. Our Pool Heating Season is between May 1 and September 30 and the pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees. If you would like to warm the pool up to a max of 85°, there will be a per day fee to cover fuel costs. The fuel cost depends on the air and water temps 48 hours prior to check in. This fee will apply to all nights under the reservation.
If pool heating is requested outside of the Pool Heating Season, daily temps must remain over 35° for the duration of the guest stay and per day fee applies to all nights under the reservation. The daily fuel cost to heat the pool depends on outside air temps, water temps, and fuel costs 48 hours prior to check in. 24 hour advanced notice is required and this charge will apply to each night under the reservation. NOTE: If temps drop below 35° we may be unable to heat the pool.

However, since this property is in the mountains, surrounded by forest, it is impossible to keep out all insects at all times. The exterior of each property is protected with outdoor cameras covering front entrances, back entrances, parking, and/or property perimeter. There are no cameras inside any Drift Away™️ Luxury Lodging rental properties, because that’s weird & creepy. There is a noise monitoring device installed outside as to be sure we are in compliance with the newly passed Fannin County noise ordinance (April 2024).

This is our second year vacationing in Blue Ridge and we opted for a house with a pool rather than lakefront. This house was perfect for our five kids ages 4-16. There was something for everyone and lots to keep busy with during the rain! We loved the proximity to the Project Chimp trails and Appalachian Trail Rides. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was very nice, clean and well appointed. There was plenty of space. It was out in the woods but very close to town so we could enjoy Blue Ridge without having to go far at all. About a 12 to 15 minute drive
The beds and bedding were very nice, some rentals skimp on that area, but this property absolutely did not!
It was a great spot for our family vacation plenty of room for everyone and plenty of fun activities close by. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day as well

Beautiful Home. Great location for everything we wanted to do. Our Kids and Grandkids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pool table, darts and bowling set. The sleeping areas were just right for our family of 9, with plenty of room to spare. We cooked many meals and shared many laughs.

The “cabin” is amazing with plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the huge hot tub. The area was private and quiet and the woods were so beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was space for everyone to eat together. We found wonderful hikes in the area as well as white water rafting. We all went home feeling refreshed after this wonderful vacation. Thanks Jodi for being so helpful.

Y’all, this cabin is absolutely amazing! The amount of space and layout is perfect for multiple families or a group of friends. The cabin was as clean as clean gets. This is one of my top three stays ever. Jodi was an amazing host and was very attentive and wanted to make sure our stay was the best it could be. I’ve never had a host show that much attention to a guest such as myself. My friends and I will be back without a doubt, and next time our spouse will be with us for a family weekend. Thank you Jodi for having us as guests and making sure our trip was the best it could be!

Jodi was an amazing host! The home is perfect for a large gathering. The young adults were entertained throughout our stay with the large rec room filled with all the fun games! (Pool, darts, shuffleboard, large tv). We enjoyed sitting in the large hottub and there were plenty of pool towels for everyone. We enjoyed family dinners and family time and enjoyed the beautiful Christmas tree. We had a group of 12 and everyone had their own beds and bathrooms. I absolutely recommend this beautiful home.

The lodge accommodated 20 guests comfortably. Multiple destinations within the house and pool area gave everyone the space needed to spread out. Beautiful house with all the amenities. We will be rebooking next year. Jodi the owner was awesome to work with.

The house is perfect for this size of a crowd. The
"kids" stayed downstairs (pool level) the entire time - in the pool, shooting pool, playing shuffleboard. Downtown Blue Ridge is minutes away. Tubing, Safari, Fishing were only about 20-30 minutes away.
The owners of this house couldn't be any nicer or more helpful. They have 2 plugs that will accommodate electric cars - this was very important to us as the closest commerical plug un was 29 miles away! We highly recommend this home for your vacation. You won't be disappointed!

The house was perfect for our group of college friends getting together for a long weekend. Truly the best VRBO that I’ve ever stayed at. It was very clean and had anything and everything you could possibly need while staying. Jodi was very communicative and helpful. Plenty of room and a well kept property. Four generations of our family met here for our Christmas celebration. It was the perfect place. Everyone had plenty of room for privacy in sleeping, but the common areas were roomy and cozy and easily accommodated our party of 14. The kitchen was awesome! Although we had a few neighbors nearby, it seemed like we were the only people for miles! The Christmas tree was beautiful and we filled the floor around it with so many gifts! Breakfasts and dinners were enjoyed at the dining room table and our guys watched the GA game on the 100 inch tv in the game room.We would definitely return in the future. The managers of the property were kind, helpful, and available. Communication was excellent.

We stayed here for a family girls get away and had a great experience. Everything is clean, up to date and the perfect set up for multiple families, couples, etc. The cabin is well equipped with anything you need to prep and cook meals. The check in and out process was super clear and easy. We did have a problem with one of the bathroom drains and Jodi was very responsive and immediately addressed the issues. Very pleasant to interact with a accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes.

This was the perfect house for our large family of 7 adult couples plus a couple little ones.. The layout of rooms was ideal and the owner thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. The fire pit and table top shuffle board were a big hit! This was the best supplied kitchen we have ever stayed in. The house was convenient to the lake , River tubing, hiking and town. Absolutely stunning house!
The pictures cannot do this home justice. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised over and over again with every floor. The children had an amazing time staying in the bunk room with all queen sized beds! The kitchen was large enough for our 10 guests , large dinner table and many bar stools surrounding. Miss. Jodi was more than accommodating. The master room with the fireplace had an amazingly large bathroom and two walk in closets! It is very nicely decorated and just gave such a homey feel. The entire family wants to come back every year!

NOTHING LESS THAN PERFECTION
I don’t know where to start. Jodi was absolutely more than accommodating for our annual Couples Cabin Trip! We needed last minute wood haul. She did it! We needed to arrive early. She made it happen. She communicated with me via phone and was a joy to talk to! I am not a phone person but I felt I made a positive friend. The home was beautiful & extremely clean and organized! The beds were very comfortable even the kids’ bunk beds in which my husband and I stayed. Electrical sockets galore! I hope I didn’t miss this but I wish I had known to inform the group that there are no TV’s in the rooms. That’s it for the negative. Girls Weekend
This was our 3rd time at Southern Hospitality. It is fabulous. The king beds, the bunk room, the well equipped kitchen... all of it is perfect for a large group gathering. It's easy to get to and not too far from downtown Blue Ridge. Jodi was easy to contact and always responded quickly. We're ready to book it again next fall.
