The condo complex was lovely as was the condo itself. Condo was generally clean, although kitchen floor and handrails were in need of some additional attention. Also, garage was included in the listing and while we did not need it, there was a tornado warning and that would have been a safe space to retreat to.
All and all though, I will definitely recommend to others.

Great property and complex to enjoy key largo

Very nice property, responsive property manager and plenty of space for our family of four. Pool and Marina were beautiful. Just a short drive to restaurants, shops and good fishing. Only suggestion is to provide check in on site of property (not have to stop at office). Rental company were very friendly and thorough but would have preferred being able to go directly to property. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Our family stayed at this property March 9th-12th and we were extremely disappointed with the condition of this unit. It is very worn and outdated and certainly not worth the money we paid for our 3 night stay. The furniture was worn, fixtures rusty, bathrooms outdated, appliances are old, walls are banged up and I just cannot express our complete disgust of this unit’s condition. Our group rented 3 other properties at the Mariners Club and they were all renovated and well appointed properties, one located just 4 doors down in the same building. In closing, we do not recommend this property at any cost!!!!

The pool areas were very nicely maintained

Property was perfect for our family to come and celebrate daughters 30th birthday. We relaxed by the pool, played pickle ball and enjoyed the comfort of the unit.

Overall an excellent experience in a very nice, well kept and well equipped resort. Would rent again. Could have been slightly better stocked with cleaning supplies was really the only small complaint.

The Mariner’s Club is a wonderful resort located on a marina. I was disappointed that the master bedroom was on the third floor. My spouse and I are 70. Steps were tough. The children’s room was very small. Owners didn’t provide beach chairs or small coolers. Only bare necessities. No seasonings or cleaning product except for tiny container of dishwashing soap. The hair dryer was old and gross with hair suck to it. There was only one large pot and not enough large lids if you used the large frying pan and large pot at the same time. Overall we loved the location and the unit is nice but owners could invest a few extra dollars in providing a kitchen conducive to cooking.

Great Time in Key Largo
Our group of 2 families chose this home for all it had to offer. Great location, perfect amount of beds and baths, a marina and community amenties for our 4 boys aged 21.
The home was clean upon arrival and the property management provided a welcome basket and pool towels which were greatly appreciated. The property had everything that we needed.
The community is very nice. The large pool was only steps from our villa. Since we arrived by boat, the on-site marina was a MUST. We got lucky since our slip was very close to our villa which made it easy to dock and unload all our stuff! The Boys loved the game room!
As frequent visitors to the Keys we will definitely consider this villa again in the future!

Pools were amazing and clean. Everyone was very nice and made the trip easy.

Very clean and organized Easy and accommodating. Access to key after hours was exactly how it was described. No issues. Very nice to deal with during the rental arrangements and at key drop off.

Beautiful location, nicely renovated, 3rd bedroom very small, sliding doors to porches difficult to open. Everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped. Easy to work with, and great property.

On security guard was very difficult to work with.

We called prior to arrival with several questions which were all answered. They were very helpful

Nice unit and accommodation overall. Limited view so this is likely my only negative. Also, master bedroom needs a blackout curtain vs current shear curtain. Sunrise was every morning too early for those on vacation. More basic options like paper towels, napkins, tissues, garbage bags would have been nice. Normally don't need to go out and purchase these items for a rental unit.--MGR RESPONSE-- Thank you for your feedback! I will bring your concerns regarding the need for a blackout curtain in the master with the homeowner. As to supplies, I'm glad you brought this up to clarify for our future guests that our units are self-catered and only a starter-supply of the items you mentioned are supplied. Guests will provide whatever they need for the balance of their stay. Additional information can be found in our Terms and Conditions on our website or by calling our office...we're here 7-days a week to help! Overall very good service and communication. I would recommend a basic checklist for arrivals so we are clear what is provided in the unit and what is not. Otherwise great experience. Very good and efficient check-in.

Beautiful Sunrise view.
Master bedroom has a great sunrise view. We loved the walking pier. Pool was great, not over crowded. Very Satisfied!

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed the property. The pools and grounds were nice. You need to drive to restaurants but many options close by. King suite is huge with a private balcony. Room with twin beds is smal. Would look stay here again if traveling to Key Largo.

Overall pretty good property
Would have been nice to have had big fluffy bath towels for the shower rather than the smaller versions.
Check in process was efficient, but online security check-in form was difficult to use via email and had to be re-entered.
Kitchen was adequate but well used prior to our arrival, was clean but food crumbs on the floor when we got there, no trash bags, not easy for recycling had to keep going outside- seems you could make it easier for renters.
Basic condiments( salt pepper coffee filters) would have been a cheap but generous touch for folks ( very often is normally present at other places)
Mattresses both master and queen guest room were not firm- you could easily tell they were dated
Nice big flat screen tv’s and some fun available books in cabinet was nice
Would have been nice to have had a generic cooler that folks could borrow while there.
Would have been nice to offer even for a price, mid-week brief touch up housekeeping services for the unit- where floor could have been swept or swiffered - and other touch Ups

Beautiful!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The only thing I found myself wishing for were baby gates with all of the stairs, and child safety locks on the kitchen cabinets. We managed though with a mobile 1 year old and everything was safe and well! The townhouse was absolutely beautiful and clean, it smelled wonderful, it felt comfortable and safe and the location was so fun and relaxing, we all enjoyed our stay so much!

Great place, great amenities
Great resort with two really nice pools. We saw dolphin and manatee in the marina at various times during the days. Lots of good restaurants and activities really close. Great vacation for my husband and me with my siblings and their spouses.

Couples Vacation
Unit appeared larger online, but was sufficient for 3 couples. Unit could use updating but was clean and met our needs. Third bedroom was small - but we managed to make the twin beds into a King which worked great! Area was great, however, we missed having restaurants onsite and/or closer. Loved the pools, hot tube and pickle ball court!

Lovely unit and location
The unit was lovely and the location was perfect for us to scuba dive and fish. The master bedroom has a lovely view and private balcony. The only suggestion we would have would be to go to a keyless entry. The check in process was fine but having to stop and worrying about keys during the stay and to drop off was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall it was perfect for a week of socially distancing in Key Largo.

Beautiful place to stay with lots to do nearby
We had a great family trip. The coronvirus shut things down on Friday but we were still able to lots of fun stuff all week. The keys are a beautiful place.

Nice, Central location in Key Largo
We visited from July 24th to July 28th. The seaside had a strong odor from an algae bloom. It was very unpleasant. We did not enjoy it very much. I understand this is seasonal.
The property was nice. It does not have a sandy beach attached to the property, and we knew that beforehand. Dining room only had 4 chairs for a party of 5. It was functional and comfortable.

Fantastic Vacation
The property was perfect for our group of 8. Clean, great location and the decks were very special to have coffee on and listen to the palm trees and watch the marina boats. Would certainly come here again! We also met the nicest people! Vacationers and locals. Really enjoyed our time there.
Only small complaint was the hot tub didn't work, I reported it several times and sadly the second pool was under construction,.

Mariners Club Pro's and Con's
The condo was very clean, neat and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed except a blender for the frozen drinks. The beds were very comfy. Plenty of towels and sheets. The washer and dryer were state of the art. The two patios were nice and the top view was amazing. The Storm door tracking on the patio was very high in the walking pathway to the deck and many of us tripped over it making it very difficult for the children to master. The Condo was not child friendly. We had a 2+ and 1+ year old and the stairs were very dangerous! I contacted the property owner for stair gates and they refereed me to a rental company. Renting the gates were inexpensive but the delivery charge was $50. Way too expensive. I also asked for electrical plug caps and they told me to go out and buy them. I felt it was the property owner’s responsibility to provide the safety gates and outlet plugs because they allowed children on their property. They risked a Liability Suit over an inexpensive fix. They air conditioning in the master bedroom was very loud. The Mariners Club property was amazingly clean and well kept. The property was very safe and security guards were always visible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was amazing, but the second pool and Jacuzzi were closed for renovations. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool. There were tennis courts and pickle ball courts but no rackets available. There were lots of stores close by for groceries, liquor and other essentials.
I would recommend this property for adults only except for the storm door tracking on the patio. This is not child friendly condo. The Pool on the other hand was perfect for children. The zero-entry allowed for all to enjoy!

Great pool
We stayed 4 nights in this condo, and had to call maintenance for something every day... toilets clogged or overflowing, A/C not working, need for fan assembly.
The resort was what I expected and we really enjoyed the Oasis pool.
This particular condo had several problems, but maintenance did respond each time. It's just inconvenient to have these issues when you are spending this kind of money and are on vacation. The room with the twin beds had no working light or fan. We requested a fan for the room, and they dropped one off unassembled. After letting them know we don't carry tools on vacation, they came the next day and assembled it.
Other than these issues, the space was adequate for our group.
One other issue the owner should address... all the chairs on the main floor balcony are broken and need to be replaced.
If I returned to this resort, I would stay in a different condo.
