SanDiegoPoolHome proudly presents this newly remodeled 3,300+ square foot home situated on 2 private acres with stunning views of Vista, San Diego! The spacious backyard provides almost any conceivable amenity, including a solar-heated infinity swimming pool complete with a 90 foot water slide and Jacuzzi, a putting green, basketball hoop, cornhole boards, ping pong table, and even a 70” flat screen TV to watch sports or movie night outdoors under the stars! A fire pit complete with rocking Adirondack chairs provides a great place to sit and relax, and swinging hammock chairs are suspended from the roof of a pergola close to the pool. An upper outdoor patio also feature a fire table with chairs to enjoy drinks around, an umbrella dining table, and a full outdoor cooking set up, including a grill, countertops, and an outdoor fridge. Up the steps to the upper level of the backyard, you’ll find the perfect play area for the kids, complete with a play structure in a sand pit, and a trampoline! This house has just about every amenity you could ask for! The pool has additional heating for an additional $175/day with a 3 day minimum, but the unheated pool is included in your stay.
The interior of the main house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate at least 16 people. Three of the bedrooms contain queen size beds, a fourth contains a queen size bed and a single bed, and a fifth bedroom contains three double beds, while the master bedroom has a king size bed and a crib. A game room in the house features a pool table, foosball table, and a smart TV and sectional sofa. The kitchen includes a gourmet fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster, and features a breakfast bar at the island, and a full dining table. You rent this house for the amazing backyard - pool slide trampoline putting green grill outdoor living room! Amazing views - great for a big family reunion! We had a lot of fun at our pool days! Big family room and living room to for movies and playing pool inside

A group of my friends and I stayed at this property and it was perfect for all 12 of us. The pool was amazing, we loved the slide. The view from the house is also super cool. Overall we had an awesome time and would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing and very accommodating! It was large enough for our party of 16 and there was plenty of towels, linens, and beds for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The pool area was our favorite and we spent most of our time out there. It was very clean and comfy! Kevin was super easy to get a hold of and communicated well. We will be coming back in the future!

The property was exactly what we needed to gather as such a large family. There was plenty of space for the young and older. We stayed on a rainy weekend but with the covered outdoor space with Tv and firepit and indoor games, it worked out perfectly. The kitchen area was our favorite gathering spot. Great time.

My family and i loved staying at this property! The house was amazing and so were all the activities included in your own backyard! Our favorite part would probably have to be the view! Watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony and backyard of this property was awesome! Thank you for making this trip so memorable for all of us. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Overall it's a great place to have a bunch of families over to spend quality time together. Pool & slide during the day and jacuzzi & fire pit at night worked great.
It's clear though that the house is a vacation rental—there are a few broken and quirky things throughout the house. The fridge was missing a bunch of shelves and the water filter & ice machine were broken. The grill outside has a hole on the top, which allows the head to escape. There are tupperware lids but no bottoms. At the end of the day we were able to work around these issues and have a lot of fun together.

Renting this beautiful was a wonderful experience. We were celebrating my birthday and our wedding anniversary. The home was perfect for the occasion: Kid friendly and many fun activities for adults as well. We highly recommend this home and would love to return in the future. Not as expected
First of all, the house itself has lots of potential, however, it is poorly cared for. We had to buy our own bleach to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. There were lots of things not working ex...dishwasher, garbage disposal, icemaker and the jacuzzi was dirty. The owner did come out to clean the jacuzzi. There was lots of trash on and around the property. Before leaving, we were advised to wash the bath towels ourselves. Blinds were missing pieces. The house is only 4 bedrooms, not 6. There is a bed in the laundry room and 3 more beds in a makeshift. The linens looked dirty when we got there so we had to wash them ourselves and remake the beds. The house really needs a thorough cleaning. The outside furniture is old and some chairs are broken. The pictures shown on the listing are very old. The furniture looks nothing like that now. The pool, however, is beautiful!

Backyard was the best!
This house is perfect for a large group of 20 somethings. It felt like a frat house and the cleanliness matched about that as well. All of the mattresses were lumpy and the air mattress deflated overnight for use. The vent to the dryer was broken so it made the bedroom that's in the laundry room very dusty. There were a lot of cracks, damages, stains to corners, carpet, walls, etc. The screen doors were difficult to open/close, the sectional downstairs wasn't connected so the pieces kept splitting apart. If it wasn't for the backyard, this would've been an awful stay but the kids had fun. The adults left exhausted from lack of sleep. We also had to purchase our own dishwashing soap, sponges, and there wasn't enough cutlery for the size the house accommodated. There were also broken/cracked drawers in the fridge.

2nd time better than the first!
This was the second time we have stayed with Kevin. 1st time was for my son's wedding. 5 years later we went back with not only my kids but their kids. The kids enjoyed the play structure, trampoline and being able to run around. The adults enjoyed the water features, fire pit, pool and ping pong table. We had additional family visit during the day and we never felt cramped. Lots of room inside and out. We are already thinking about our next family get together!

Everything you need in one place!!!
Our group of friends had an absolute blast at Kevins place. There are so many things to do we hardly left the house. There was plenty of room for everyone; two living rooms which made it nice for those that wanted to have conversation and those that would rather play pool/foosball. The outdoor area was perfect for us as, and we spent most of our time in the pool and enjoying the water slide. We also used the outdoor bbq and bar every night. Highly recommend for a super fun weekend with friends or family.

My family and two other families were excited to take our first trip since the pandemic. Unfortunately the experience was well below our expectations. First, the majority of us were attacked by bugs. We don't know if the bugs were bed bugs, fleas or mosquitos, but regardless, not a fun way to vacation. Second, of the 9 beds in the house, 5 of them were in two rooms that did not have air conditioning. After complaining to the owner, he had a portable air conditioning unit put in, which helped for 3 of the beds, but still left two beds without air conditioning. Third, we were excited about taking a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi had no power, and it took until the second to last night of our trip to get power to the jacuzzi. Fourth, the front gate doesn't lock, which led to a humongous German Shepard wondering onto the property throughout our trip. This was a real issue, as some of the kids were terrified. Fifth, the photos on VRBO paint a very different picture than what the house actually looks like. The photos make everything look like new, and unfortunately the house is run-down. The jungle gym, trampoline, cornhole game, ping-pong table, etc. are old and warn out. The water slide has some cracked concrete that leads to scraped body parts and there were a number of leaks throughout the house. I communicated with the owner about the issues, and he acted like he was willing to consider a partial refund. When I requested a partial refund he disappeared. I have written him 3-4 times over the past 18 days and he is now completely ignoring me.

We had young kids (8) that loved the pool & waterslide, trampoline, foosball, outdoor movie screen. Home was everything we expected. The outdoor patio dining, BBQ was used daily.

Supper Host in Vista
All of us loved our vacation rental in Vista, California with Kevin, a supper host, who during our four days stay took every steps to make our vacation as comfortable as he possibly could.
The house that has a breathtaking view is furnished with everything new and super clean. With all activities and amenities the back yard was like a wish come true.

Brand new hot tub!
The new hot tub was nice! It rained while we were there and our trip was cut short due to Coronavirus, but we couldn’t have asked for a better place to huddle with family. Kevin was very responsive.

This place is packed with activities. We enjoyed a lot at this place as it has so much to offer. The views are so good and we did lot of photo sessions on the property. Host was very helpful and was answering all my questions. I will definitely stay here in the future

Good but not Great
We really enjoyed the location and ease of access to the beach and San Diego sites. We were a bit disappointed in some of the features of the house. Though the critical issues were resolved by the homeowner by the end of our stay, it was surprising these issues were not cared for earlier. Also, the kitchen was adequate but under stocked with cooking utensils and dish cloths. Great space- great accommodations- just needs a little TLC and touch up in some areas for the advertised price.

Beautiful house and kid/adult friendly backyard
The house was beautiful and the view was just the same. The backyard was fun. Unfortunately the fire pit wasn’t working but the owner was quick to try to fix it but unsuccessful. The pool and jacuzzi was fun even though it was Dec. We didn’t use the barbecue but they looked amazing. The kids had fun on the trampoline and swing set. The inside of the house was cozy and open. It was great for our large group. The lock on the master bedroom slider was broken but I let the owner know so I’m sure he will have it fixed by the next guest booking. We really enjoyed staying so close to my son’s wedding venue.

Great home for big group
This was a great home for our big family of 18 to stay in. There was a big table to play games on, two separate living rooms to sit and visit in and the pool table was a huge hit. Thank goodness for the pool table since it since it rained most of our stay. Even with the rain the cousins still found time to go out and enjoy the pool, slide, and hot tub. There were shopping centers close by to stock up on food and we loved having two dryers. Kevin was good at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. I emailed him after we got home to let him know of a water pressure issue in one of the showers and a problem with the stove. He was quick to respond and said he would take care of it right away. We went to Disneyland on Thanksgiving day and that was only an hour away (of course that was with no traffic). The view was amazing, the slide was fun and the backyard is loaded with great things to do and plenty of space to enjoy it. We would LOVE to go back again sometime and enjoy the whole backyard when the weather is nicer.

***GREAT PLACE! PLENTY OF FUN FOR EVERYONE!**
Our group had a fabulous time! There was plenty of room for our adult group of 10. There was plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. Tons of sitting areas inside and outside the house. The outside of the house was the best part for everyone! The water slide was tough for some of the guys because it wasn’t slippery enough for them, but they still made it down the water slide with smiles! Loved the fire pit! The pool felt like bath water (perfect temperature) and we enjoyed that during day and night. And the jacuzzi was fabulous too! Just remember to warm up the jacuzzi like an 1 hour before you get in if you like the water toasty like me. We had a few ants but that was resolved quickly with some ant spray. There were plenty of towels and linen for everyone. I shared the Master suite with a friend, so I wish there was more patio furniture on the balcony and I think that would have been the icing on the cake. There was plenty of parking for our ~6 cars so no worries there. Overall, we had a great experience and definitely hope to come back again!

Family vacation with kids and grandkids
The location and outdoor amenities is what makes this property 5 stars for us. We stayed with our adult children and young grandchildren (8 adults, 5 children). The young ones had plenty of activities to keep them entertained, while the adults could visit and relax together - they would trampoline before breakfast! The pool, slide, playground were all a hit. The adults enjoyed all the games and ambiance of the view, hot tub, fire pit and grilling. The kitchen is well stocked. We brought two folding chairs so we could seat 8 at the indoor table (house has 6 chairs), but we enjoyed dining outside also where there is lots of seating. The inside suited our needs well, we were willing to give up a bit of privacy for the other amenities - we shared the 3 bathrooms and two of the bedrooms are connected (although you can use a separate entrance to one from outside if you want). The neighborhood is quiet. We found the location to be perfect. About 1/2 hour from the beach and LegoLand. Plenty of shopping nearby. The house was very clean, but showing some wear, nothing that interferred with us have a great time.

Great Family Fun
My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. We had a group of 16 adults and 2 kids, and everyone was comfortable.
One of the best things about this property was that there was plenty of gathering areas both inside and outside. Of course, our family had the most fun outside... the pool was amazing, the water slide was fun, the fire pit was very cool, the jacuzzi was on point, the hammocks were chill, the tabletop with fire feature was realy nice, the view was awesome!
Also, the location was close to beaches and San Diego... so, no problem getting around to see other areas.

Great outdoor area.
We had a great time at this property. The outside area is what makes this place! We had 8 adults and 5 kids at this house for a week. The kids loved the pool, water slide, hot tub, trampoline, and play set. The fire pit and fire table were nice to sit at in the morning and at night. This place is a close drive to Legoland, and Oceanside City beach which has a nice food area and boardwalk.
There were a few minor issues with the house like hot water in the master bathroom, and the hot and cold water on the kitchen faucet are reversed, the downstairs bathroom has no electrical outlets, the laundry was located in the garage, and there were a handful of fit and finish issues with the house, but after all it is a rental property. All minor issues that were more than made up for with the outdoor area.
Kevin the owner was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions.
Overall my family had a really wonderful time.

We were a family of Mom, Dad, 4 adult children with their spouses and 3 grandkids. We chose the property because of the size-6 bedrooms and all the wonderful family things to do there-pool, waterslide, firepit, cornhole, pool table, putting green, trampoline and big toy for the small kids. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

This place has it all! Gorgeous pool, perfect hot tub, waterslide, firepit, gas grill, Cornhole and anything else you could wish for. No better way than to spend time with friends and family than activities outside and this house does it perfectly!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was large enough to accommodate my family of 16 comfortably. There were a few issues that we noticed upon arrival and Kevin was quick to respond to them and offer a solution. The home was in a great location. Centrally located to the beach and San Diego.

Babies, toddlers, kids, parents, and even grandma all made it for this big vacation and this home met most of our needs. The house had a lot to offer and plenty to keep the kids and adults busy. Location is great for exploring the area, we hit San Diego, Legoland, beaches, and local restaurants and breweries. Over all we had a great experience. There were a few minor issues with the house but the owner was always quick to respond and send someone to deal with any complaints/issues we had.
