This ended up being exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a getaway close to the beach where we could just chill and that's what we got. Check in was smooth, condo was clean, and all of the towels and linens are provided. The condo is a short walk to the beach. The host provided all of the beach gear that we needed as well. The weather didn't always cooperate, but she couldn't control that. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Amelia Island.

This is an amazing location. We had never visited Amelia Island and this condo was wonderful! Right on the beach. Beach was never crowded. Everything is close by. Cute little downtown shopping district. A quiet and relaxing getaway. March was still a little too early to swim in the pool, but would be great for April or May!

Brandy, unfortunately two of us missed our flights and were unable to make the trip. However the two fellows who did make the trip were completely in love with the facility. I am told that verything was perfect. As for communications, I was amazed how quickly you (and your husband) responded. (I assume that you two sit in a office all day waiting for silly questions to come in email.) Thanks so very much for making such a beautiful facility available for others to enjoy. This unit was very clean and had everything you required for a pleasant stay. Beds are comfortable. Brandy is wonderful to deal with. Had an issue with booking and she resolved it in no time. Unfortunately, we had a small issue with something in the condo. I texted Brandy and the repairman was there in less than 10 mins and the problem was fixed with-in 30 mins. It is old-time good service. We will be back!!

Convenient, clean, and comfy. Everything about the condo was as described. Downtown Fernandina was close by and Harris Teeter was a treat. The view and ocean breezes made morning walks and after dinner strolls wonderful.

This was the perfect place for our family of five with 3 boys age 7 and younger. We loved the closeness of the beach and the option of the pool. There were sand toys and beach chairs that were such a nice added bonus. We have family in the area so we will definitely try to book again next year when we visit !

The location to the beach was perfect. They had plenty of beach toys chairs and some of the most comfortable beds we have slept in on vacation. Could use most silverware and plates. Had to wash dishes after each meal for family of 4.

Excellent property. Clean, kitchen was well stocked with essential items to cook, patio was stocked with all the beach gear and toys you could want, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever used - kids and adults all commented on how great they were to sleep on. Ocean view was amazing from deck and the ability to walk out the door and be on the beach a hundred yards away in less than a minute was awesome! Loved our stay and the area and would definitely come back.

Surprised this unit was on VRBO. I expect more from their properties. This unit had disgusting black mold in the bathroom shower. The flooring was noisy and popped when walked on. Pool was being undergoing major repairs and not sure when it will be operable. We booked for 6 night and departed after one. No refund offered!

Brandy was an attentive, thoughtful and responsive host. The condo was in great condition and perfect for our family of 4. It had amazing views of the beach (loved those sunrises over the water) and our kids loved having the pool to use and the access to the beach was so convenient. We loved it and would recommend it!

Kitchen has several broken tiles. Floor and rugs need replacing. Location is great. Great views from balcony. Building is very old. If floor and rugs are replaced it will be a good value.

Brandy was excellent! I arrived very late on a Thursday night and Brandy assisted me with directions to the condo via text and cell. Upstairs neighbors and condo manager were very nice. Private access to the ocean and perfect parking. Condo has everything including beach chairs! Thank you, enjoyed my stay.

We love the sand dollar villas due to its location! It’s a quick walk to the beach using a private walkway and is a short drive from many great shopping areas and downtown. This unit is well kept and is very accessible. My sister reached out to the owner upon arrival with a quick question and the owner was extremely responsive.

It was a great stay, loved the beach and the short walk to it, with a light breeze. Condo is beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home! loved that there were extra beach chairs and toys and umbrella-although we didn't need them, it was a nice extra! i will definitely return for another stay!
