Paradise Villas Townhome in Great Scottsdale Location.
Spacious three bedroom three bath villa near Gainey and McCormick Ranch. This townhome is right next door to the Silverado Golf Clubhouse and just a few minutes from Downtown Scottsdale. This great property is the perfect spot for a stress free winter retreat. As you pull up to the villa you have parking in your spacious 2-car garage (no long walks from the car to your front door) and your guest have easy guest parking right across from your property. This home has all the latest features in the kitchen with solid granite counters, stainless steel appliances and natural woods. The living room and dining area are light and bright with vaulted ceilings, lots of windows faux fireplace, flat screen HDTV and a door to your covered, furnished patio.
The downstairs area has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and the 3/4 bathroom with a shower. The master suite, upstairs and has a king bed, flat screen HDTV and a room walk in closet. The master bathroom has two sinks, a soaking tub and walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ No mailbox access will be provided.
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

Great Location but could use some upgrades
We love this location in Scottsdale. Close to walking trails, the golf course, dining and shopping options. The property was comfortable for a short stay. Our two biggest issues were that the Direct TV reception was not good and the carpet was pretty stained and should probably be replaced.

Nice Townhome
Great location in Scottsdale. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Could use a little TLC, such as oiling squeeky doors. We enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub.

Place needs a face lift
We love going to Scottsdale and will return the golfing is great and so is the City. BUT the accommodations were pretty pathetic. The owner needs to take the time to do some maintenance and upkeep on this property. Its has great bones and wonderful potential but they have not taken care of it. The sink is being held up with 2x4's and the heat/air circulation vents are black. Carpets are dirty and walls are pretty messed up. The pool was cold no one was using it. The property management company is pretty good and helpful. When the garage door opener wouldn't work they came and repair them.

Sad looking unit
The unit could be great if someone would spend the money to fix the dents and holes in the walls not to mention the sink is held up by 2x4’s under the counter. The furnace has not been serviced in a long time and the vents leading into the rooms are black and require a good cleaning. The pool is too cold to
swim no one was using On the positive side the person who checked us in onsite was excellent the cleaning staff that were here when we arrived were thorough. I am still waiting for the promised paid
Dinner that the property management told
us we would be receiving due to the unit not being available to is when we arrived at 4/30 pm. Trust me we won’t be returning

Great location
Location was wonderful...easy access to all areas we were visiting and close to grocery store; think nice/easy walk to store to pick up items for dinner! Townhouse was very nice and furnished well, including pots/pans for cooking. The main floor bedroom was wonderful for my dad who has hip/back issues, while providing him privacy and solace from listening to business phones calls my husband and I had. The only negative....the coffee maker might be possessed.....most days the filter collapsed causing a huge mess for me to clean.
