Las Mananitas is considered San Jose's finest beachfront condominium development and this unit has one of the premier locations in the complex. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Sea of Cortez and the coastline leading to Palmilla in this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium which is located on the 3rd floor of the right oceanfront villa complex. Every room in the condo has stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and each day will greet you with a spectacular sunrise.

In furnishing the condominium, every step was taken to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For those who need to keep in touch with home or business while on vacation, the unit has it's own secure wifi network, a notebook computer loaded with MS Office which is connected to the Internet, a fax machine and a VOIP line which allows unlimited incoming and outgoing calls to the U.S. and Canada at no additional cost. There is a king bed in the master suite and two full sized beds in the second bedroom. Each bed has down pillows and memory foam mattress toppers for your sleeping comfort (foam pillows are stored in the closets for guests who may prefer them). If an additional bed is required, there is full size Aero mattress stored in the laundry room which is actually quite comfortable. The Tropitone deck furniture was imported from California and is so comfortable you may never leave the deck as you relax and watch the whales swim by.

The entertainment system is set up to offer a full range of Dish Network channels including HBO, Showtime and local U.S. networks. TV's are located in the living room and both bedrooms. The system also includes an Apple TV, CD player and DVD player. Speakers are located both in the unit and on the deck so that you can listen to your favorite music as you watch the waves roll into the shore. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes all the basics along with additional appliances such as a top end blender and vacuum sealer so you can whip up a batch of margaritas as you package your freshly caught fish to take back to the States.

Las Mananitas continues to expand and get better every year. Amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, lighted tennis courts and an activity center which gives you direct access to all the local activities including fishing, excursions into the mountains and ATV adventures to name a few. The complex itself is located at the edge of San Jose so it is just a short walk to local restaurants and shopping including the La Comer Supermarket which is a block away. Downtown San Jose is less than two miles from Las Mananitas and offers the best restaurants and shopping in Los Cabos. There is a Jack Nicklaus designed course literally across the street so getting a last minute round of golf will never be a problem. A local 9 hole course is also a short walk away with most of the other public courses being a 5 to 20 minute drive away. Both the Palmilla and the new San Jose marinas are less than a 10 minute drive so taking advantage of the best sport fishing in the world could not be easier.

The published rate reflects pricing for non peak times of the year. Rates will be higher from November through April with peak time covering the Christmas Holiday Season and Spring Break/Easter weeks. A $100 in/out cleaning fee is also applied to all bookings.

Booked a last minute trip for my wife, my daughter, and me. This unit was perfect. The separate bedrooms with attached baths were great...the view/location were perfect. Spent our mornings on the balcony watching the surf. The complex had everything we would expect and was not crowded (NOTE: we went during the low season) and definitely felt like it be more mellow even during the high season. We had easy access to the grocery store and could walk to many restaurants. Taxis were easy; just across the street, and Uber was always close. 10 minute ride to Centro San Jose or under 15 to the marina. Finally, Todd was a great host. Always in communication with us. Checking in regularly and very responsive. Would definitely stay in this unit again and would recommend it highly.

We stayed at Todd's condo for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The location is the best as you can walk to the grocery stores and many nice restaurants and coffee shops. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the views, even spotted a couple of whales. This condo really does have the best views of any of the other ones in the complex. The grounds are immaculate as are the pools. There were always available pool chairs and umbrellas. The security people are friendly and helpful. We didn't need a car as we walked or caught the local bus in front of the complex. Todd was very easy to deal with and kept in contact before and during our stay. Can't wait to return to this little bit of paradise. Thanks Todd for sharing with us.

Everything was great in this condo. the location is amazing and close to amenities for day to day and a nice 30 minute walk to the square. The view and balcony were absolutely amazing to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. This spot was just what we wanted...beach front, relaxing, and quiet. The set up was perfect for us and corner unit balcony was large and comfortable with spectacular views. We look forward to being back next year!

Todd was great about communicating with us and gave us many helpful ideas on where to eat and what to do. The Las Mananitas complex is beautifully maintained with many areas to sit and enjoy the ocean view or the sparkling pools. The condo is clean, updated, well maintained and boasts a stellar oceanfront location. The ample comfortable seating areas on the patios provide inviting places to read and listen to the surf. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our time there was relaxing and enjoyable.

Everything was perfect in this condo itself...The view and balcony were absolutely amazing. Everything we needed was available to us. We picked this spot cause we wanted beach front and peace and quite...being away from Cabo. The set up was perfect for us and the furnishings and corner unit balcony were to die for. We hope to come back again soon!

This is not the first time I have been to this area however this was the best accommodations and location I have stayed. We traveled with another couple who had never been to Cabo area. We were all very pleased with Todd's condo here at Las Mananitas. The condo had a fantastic view of the ocean and we had whales in front of the condo almost everyday. The deck was extra nice as it provided space for both couples, great outdoor furniture and a dining table where we could soak up the scenery during dinner or drinks. Being right on the beach was the best and on the third level made you feel safe. Nice to have guards walking around all the time. The condo was very well appointed with great matching furniture and super clean. Very good wifi and TV reception with Dish. The big grocery store was just a short walk away with everything we needed at very good prices. The grocery store, Comer, had awesome prepared foods and very fresh fish. If you didn't feel like cooking but didn't want to go out, it had it all. We can't say enough about the condo, it's location, the views, security, and Todd's follow up with a call making sure all was fine. We will be back for sure!! Thank you Todd!!!

This is one of those places that you never want to leave. Every aspect of this home is ideal. Anything you might need or want is there at your fingertips. The kitchen is great for food prep. The living room is spacious and comfortable. Great sound system. The master bedroom is 5 star quality. The 2nd bedroom is just as lovely. However, the real gem is the amazing balcony and views. We spent most of our time perched on one of the many seating options. We stayed up late every night simply because we didn't want to come inside! I just can't say enough about how great a place this is for absolute peace and quiet. The pools below were so serene and refreshing. The staff was so friendly and the grounds were emmaculate. Just minutes away in walking distance were some great restaurants and of course the expansive La Comer. We never used a bus or taxi while there but one could see that they were readily available. Todd was very kind and helpful. He was able to answer any of our questions along the way which was much appreciated since this was our first trip to the area. We can't wait to return. Daydreaming of wonderful memories each day.

This unit is great for a family of 4 or two couples with a spectacular view. It always pays to search for quiet units with a view when traveling. The every room is spacious and the balcony is large enough for 50 people...well you get the point. Todd is very responsive answering to questions. We rented a car and explored the various restaurants. Favorite was Las Lupitas shrimp taco. OMG!
