Beautiful view, close to the beach. The stairs were a bear to reach the 3rd floor. View made it so worth it. Nice apartment. Good size, great furnishings and thankfully there were window blinds too. Host was very responsive to questions. The online address needs to be corrected, along with the wifi information. The instructions for checking in were not clear and had us going to 3 different addresses. The host quickly cleared up the confusion. We were able to go straight to the apartment with no stops along the way. Easy access. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place. We often travel with our family and this one one of the best.

The toilet in main bath didn’t flush. The laminate floor was coming up in places and caught feet while walking. We were given 3 addresses to get and p/u key. When we got there to get key someone was in our unit. They got us into another but that took a bit. Stairs were not very safe.

This place was nice and in a good location. Overall, it was a nice place that served our purposes of relaxing and exploring the coast. I'm not sure I would call it luxurious but we didn't need luxurious. The apartment we stayed in did not match the description. For instance, it listed carpeted floors in our communication but it was all vinyl. The vinyl did have a few places that it was installed incorrectly so it was popping up. Also - beware that the washer and dryer did leave a couple of holes in our shirts.

We managed to get all of our stuff up the stairs...kinda tricky but we enlisted the help of workers next door! The view is outstanding! Bedrooms/bathrooms great! Kitchen perfect! Two more deck chairs delivered...thanks! What would have helped? A gas barbecue on the deck + a couple of small tables. Very enjoyable 3-night stay!!

The condo was located on the south end of the Peninsula but not too far away from the town. Excellent beach and neighborhood walking opportunities. The local deer were a plus! The area does have plants to produce small, sharp burrs that get tracked into the condo if you do not take your shoes off outside. Not fun to step on in bare feet. The condo was large, kitchen was well appointed (could use a cheese grater, though) and the views of Grays Harbor were nice. Beds were comfortable. Overall, we would stay here again.

Though the house was nice there was a gas smell that we found was the gas fireplace. It was on but the pilot light was not so it was leaking gas into the unit. This should have been fixed a long time before my stay because if I smelled the gas the house keeping and other guests would have smelled it too. Very concerning and incredibly dangerous.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very nice condo and kitchen has everything you need. Nice size rooms. The only issue we had was there was a note to take trash outside the put in can but we could not find any cans outside so we put the bag in the garage as we left. Other then that confusion everything else was great!

We were All happy with our Condo "A". Clean, provided all the amenities we needed. Easy access to beaches, shopping and we saw more seers. then people! It was great. Loved the fact it was child proofed. Not a lit of knick-knacks around. We plan to rent again!

Amazing location for sure! Damon Point and Oyhut Grocery are easily walkable. Condo was wonderful size and layout, wonderful view. Needs some TLC inside and out, and would be preferable to have one entity scheduling the unit. Great vacation spot for sure.

Stairs are a lot for me :) But we absolutly loved your Condo it was clean and stocked....... the couch is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on but that is all the rest was great. Se stayed on the second floor and across the street was a lake it was grand.Could see the Ocean, and the best part is Damon State Park is one Block away....... such a fun beach

The process and booking was great! Check in process was seamless. We got in late but had clear instructions so that made it easy. The place was cozy! The morning view from the living was breathtaking! We had plenty of space for the whole group. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pan. The only issue we had, the futon in the living room was broken. It was described as a sleeping area in the listing. Kids ended up sleeping on the floor. Not a big deal, but that was the only downside.

The area was beautiful and the place was nice! The stairs are not for the faint of heart! (No elevator) there were just a few concerns and we have let the property agents know. Overall a nice stay and We would do it again the price is a bit high in my opinion for the condition and location of the property

Overall loved the location, layout of the condo, indoor parking, and within walking distance of the beach. Suggestions would be a more informative online listing with more pictures of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Also for those staying longer than a few days, a mid-week garbage pickup would be helpful or to let us know when checking in that we can request this.

This was our 2nd Memorial Day weekend staying at the Bristol Court condos and once again it did not disappoint! The condo was so clean and spacious and has beautiful views! The neighborhood is great for walking and we also found a cute little coffee shop/grocery store within walking distance that we visited each day. We saw lots of deer along the way, which was so cool! Beds are comfortable and we had plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 kiddos and 2 fur babies. There are quite a few steps to get to the units, but totally worth it for the views! We will definitely be back!

The property had good views from our third floor unit. Quiet area. Condo needs a few things fixed though. Sleeper couch in living room was broken. Could not have people sleep on it as planned. Dishwasher when ran leaked all over floor. Sliding door to deck would not lock properly. Kitchen chairs are very wobbly and very small and kitchen table very small. It would be nice to have a new pull out couch and a new dining room table with chairs and then dishwasher and slider fixed. Otherwise stay was fine.

The condo itself gave us a beautiful view from morning and night. We got unit B and the only few things we weren’t happy with is the living room windows how there is no blinds so when we can enjoy ourselves In the living room we get this beam of sunlight hitting our face. The master room blinds next to the bed was broken. Getting into the jetted tub was great and cozy except while trying to fill the tub up there’s barely any hot water. The living room couch was super uncomfortable and only fits just little amount of guests. The bed in the masters bed could use a bit of upgrade because it feels like the legs to the bed will fold up and we could fall with it. There are a lot of sugar ants and got into my 2 year old hair (were not a big fan of bugs in the house) we asked if we could compensate from our stay with the issues but they offered to switch units but we wouldn’t know if we would run through the same problem so we asked if we could get refunded and the owner avoided the request. Wish we could’ve enjoyed our entire stay there but instead we spent most of our time killing bugs with the Raid spray they had house keeping gave us. and moving our kids belongings elsewhere. Not what we intended to do while we stayed. And we stayed for a whole week!

Great condo, had better ocean view than expected! Very roomy! Love the jetted tub! Just a suggestion to owner - consider replacing carpets with tile? Will give you easier cleaning and less spots and noticeable tears in carpeting :-) Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo!

This is a wonderful property. The manager is the best. We very much enjoyed our stay. They need to have an established quiet time - there was a family above us with small children that seemed to like to rumble after 10:00pm. Also, our unit needed a couple comfy chairs in the living room along with the futon. All in all, aside from those things, it was great. Give them a try.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Very nice, well appointed condo, close to a great beach. However, it would have been nice if when we called Property Management about the garage, they would have informed us the garage door code wasn't working. It was a house keeper that helped us. We had a 4 year old with us and there is stickers (like goat-heads) in the lawn that get tracked up into the carpet. Having access to garage would have helped keep him out of that.

It has a fireplace, but could not use because there was no propane. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes upon arrival. The dryer did not work after the knob was replaced. Beds were small. The burs in the grass in parking area stick to the bottom of yours shoes and don’t come out. Garage is worthless because you have to have a Mini Cooper to maneuver the tight space to park in the garage. Pictures on site do not represent what the property really looks like.

Size of unit nice but it could have been cleaner, actually found broken glass on the floor near the kitchen area. There were no coffee filters and no kleenex. The basic utensils were few in number and very low quality, forks/spoons and knives. More attention to these type of details would greatly improve the unit. Even still we enjoyed our stay but will not likely return.
