About this apartment rental
Penthouses are known for their luxury amenities and sweeping views. The Captain’s Penthouse is perched on the top floor of Beacon Manor. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and spectacular lake views. This unit is like no other in the complex. The floor plan is different from any other unit and the contemporary upgrades are different as well. The contemporary furnishings are outstanding. There’s plenty of room to move around and enjoy the views, whether from the living room, game room or any of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an open balcony for fresh air.
Beacon Manor amenities include the large lakeside pool, tennis courts, game/workout room, two gathering rooms which can be reserved. There are several gas grills outside for use by owners and guests.
The location is very convenient being close to Oaklawn Park’s Racing Casino Resort and Spa. The Downtown area with seasonal activities and awesome restaurants is just a few miles away.
Call Ouachita Outfitters for Kayak rentals. They will deliver for overnight or daily rentals. There’s a boat stall with the unit and the Complex has secure trailer parking within the gates. Two covered parking spots with one being the Primo spot of all go with the unit.

The owner/host has done an incredible job. The penthouse itself is very modern and updated. The building itself though is a very old building. The elevators have a bad smell and the carpet in the hallways of the building has not been updated. I was very concerned about what I had just spent until I actually walked into the unit. Don’t judge a book by the cover. The bed was very comfortable. The owner addressed an issue with the sliding bathroom doors not working. He did let us know ahead of time. The second bathroom had the same kind of doors but they didn’t latch closed all the way. I did let the cleaner know that. They are working on getting that fixed. It would be nice to have TVs in all 3 bedrooms, not just the master bedroom.

Our stay was really great! It looks just like it does in the pictures. The pool was amazing as we swam and still got the view of the lake and it was never over crowded! Our whole family enjoyed and would definitely stay there anytime we go to hot springs! Also the property manager was absolutely amazing!!!

When I say from the beginning to the end, this condo was amazing and the owner as well . Pictures posted are great , but when you get there it's o er the top amazing . Neighbors are friendly and the entire complex is well kept. Thank you

This property was magnificent! The host Johnny- Carmen- Bill all out there best foot forward. Remarkably the tenants of the condominium were so friendly, courteous and helpful. Everyone knows everyone…. I enjoyed the stay. My boys enjoyed the stay! We had no problems or concerns. 5 Stars and Bill great job on the staging of the property as the pictures were spot on. The boat slip was even spider web free…. If you have a boat. I’ll be back.

My wife and I, along with two other couples, stayed in this condo for 3 nights in March, 2024. This condo is on the top floor of a 14 story building. The views are amazing. Every room had a view of Lake Hamilton. We enjoyed the bar area which was completely equipped with all the tools you need to prepare your favorite cocktail . The kitchen was also nicely furnished.
The unit is conveniently located, close to everything, yet far away enough out of the way to feel secluded. We went out to eat a time or two, and went to Oaklawn for two days.
This condo was so nice, we plan to return each year. A special thanks to Bill for being so responsive to our questions.

Best stay ever...
The photos are extremely accurate. This place is gorgeous... and the top floor view is a must-see. The kitchen, living and bedrooms, bathroom, and pool room were not only gorgeous but well-maintained and clean. Bill, the owner, is kind and communicative - answering all questions we had. The modern update gives this place an amazing feel. The beds are super soft, and the lighting is so cool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. It's probably the best VRBO I've had so far. My only recommendation is to bring mixing bowls and pots/pans if you're planning to cook while there.

Stunning views and absolutely beautiful condo
The Penthouse was amazing in every way! Don’t let the outside fool you when you pull up. The inside was spectacular! All updated with beautiful views in every room! The kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable beds, plenty of paper products, super clean, fun playing pool, and Bill (owner) was extremely attentive and helpful! I would definitely stay there again!

If you're staying in Hot Springs, this is without a doubt the best place to stay! The views from this place were absolutely amazing! The beds were comfortable and everyone has their own bathroom. Kitchen was clean and easy to use. The bar and pool table were also nice additions to the place. You're in the top floor so you have the best space! Bill was also very helpful and made the process of checking in and out easy!

If you're staying in Hot Springs, this is without a doubt the best place to stay! The views from this place were absolutely amazing! The beds were comfortable and everyone has their own bathroom. Modern Twist Penthouse
Ultra modern decoration and decor! We enjoyed everything about this stay…relaxing and fun filled thanksgiving holiday. Family really had a good time shooting pool and lake watching from the huge windows. Bill was an outstanding host and made checking in and out easy as a piece of pie.
Would love to come back in summer for some real lake worthy activities.

The condo is absolutely stunning. We had a great family vacation at Hot Springs at Bill’s condo. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything is top notch. We hope to come back and stay at Bill’s condo again.
