You can have it all at this beautiful 3BR/3BA Vacation Mexico Beach condo. This condo is huge and close to everything you need - directly across the street from the beach and the pool is just outside your front door. From May-Sept you get free daily beach chair and umbrella set up and the use of free bicycles year round. Read our reviews to see why guests love the layout and amenities at this proprerty.

For extra space, we have a pullout queen in the living room and a pull out twin in the masterr bedroom. If you prefer a comfortable blowup bed, there's room for that too.

The layout of this condo means everyone has their own space - even a group of 8+ will be able to stretch out and enjoy your own space.

You'll love walking out the front door and onto the pool deck and hot tub (with a safety gate for the kiddos, of course!) You can sit on the pool deck with a cup of coffee or enjoy lunch at one of the tables there.

There is a great ocean view everywhere you turn and of course, the dedicated beach is footsteps away. Why choose between beach and pool when you can have both? From May - September, we provide free daily beach chair and umbrella set up directly across the street and the use of two bikes for your use.

Like all of our Vacation Mexico Beach properties, this is a beautifully decorated condo that boasts high quality furnishings that will make you say WOW from the moment you open the door. Beautifully furnished with a large, high-end kitchen with granite countertops and quality furniture. Master bedroom opens out to a large private balcony and the master bath features a large tile shower, double granite vanity top and spa tub., private parking makes your visit easy and comfortable from start to finish. This unit is at the front of the building so you get the best views!

We provide our guests with the highest quality mattresses and sheets to ensure a great night's sleep. Luxury sunken tub, walk-in shower, and thick soft towels will pamper you throughout your stay. Eat out at nearby restaurants or eat in in the well-equipped beautiful cook's kitchen. We provide both a Keurig and regular coffee maker and starter coffee and tea.

Do I sound enthusiastic? That's because this condo offers the best of everything. Pool, beach, spacious living (1900 square feet), gorgeous furnishings close to restaurants and grocery store. This is truly Paradise!

If you must work, we provide a dedicated work space (desk, chair and desk lamp) so you can get work done while enjoying the beach between conference calls. Good wifi ensures you can stay in touch.

Fantastic, would book again. Only problem was the new construction a cross the street. Not only for the Condo residents but everyone within a 1000 feet. All in all great Co do very well furnished.

Great experience. Pool was located directly outside front door. The kids loved this. The beach access was across the street and took less than two minutes to walk there from the condo. The inside is huge and spacious. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had actually booked another rental, but just before arriving were told the cottage had a problem and would not be available for a few more days. April, Vacation Mexico Beach, had a condo open for the week and was so helpful in letting us stay here. This was way beyond anything we could have imagined. The location of the unit in the complex is perfect. On the end, right next to the pool, beautiful view of the ocean. Decorated very tastefully, everything you need and plenty of room. We will definitely look at one of her condos for future trips. Can't begin to say how helpful and gracious this host is.

This is my second time to stay in this condo and I absolutely love it. Everyone in the family had a great time. The facilities are well taken care of, access to the beach easy and walking distance to great food. Perfect! My go to place in Mexico Beach!

We had an great time at Paradise Shores with our children and grandchildren! The beach was beautiful and the condo was roomy and nicely furnished. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Very clean! We will return next year or sooner!

We absolutely love this condo! We have 3 young children and the fully stocked kitchen and beach toys make it way less of a hassle when packing for the beach. The views are unbeatable and the complimentary umbrella and chairs set up on the beach day was a very much appreciated perk. This is our 4th stay here and we will return the next chance we get!

My family truly enjoyed our stay. It was serene, relaxing, and beautiful. The home was perfect and had a great layout for families. It overlooked the ocean and the views were stunning. We were able to watch sunsets and stargaze from our own balcony. The short walk to the beach access was less than 5 minutes. Parking is covered and you need a code to access the garage and elevators, which made us feel a bit more secure. Our front door opened up to the pool, which has a jacuzzi as well. The restrooms had towels and toiletries stocked for the week. The washer/dryer was an added bonus! The only thing I will say was it was love-bug season and they were everywhere!! But overall, we had a great time at this beautiful home!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at your condo at Paradise Shores. The condo is beautiful, very clean, well stocked, and perfectly located. April is an awesome host and very attentive to the guests' needs. It was my daughter's birthday and April did a fantastic job in helping me set up a birthday surprise for her in the condo for when we arrived complete with cake, balloons, and candies. Our family has been coming for years and have such special memories at this property. Even as our family grows there is still plenty of space for everyone to rest and play. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy family meals each day. The place is always very clean making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. The porch was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and enjoy the fireworks on the 4th! We hope to be back again next year!

We can’t begin to tell you how wonderful our stay was. The place was spacious and even worked out great due to one guest having a wheelchair.( we didn’t have the wheelchair chair when making reservations). The pool and the hot tub were really great and accessible for us. The host has thought of everything you might need or forgot. It’s set up to accommodate. Thank you for the great vacation. We would highly recommend this location and beach access and view was wonderful. Loved it here.

My husband and I had an extended stay here last Summer & just loved it. We even weathered Tropical Storm Fred and before we left, another Storm system, but we didn’t care! This condo has a panoramic view of the beach & ocean! We were able to watch the hoards of surfers 🏄‍♂️ who took to the waves!! Besides that, you walk right out the door and there’s a beautiful BIG pool area with a hot tub where you have, yes!, still an incredible view of the Gulf! It’s a perfect place. Then, of course, if you want to BEACH IT, just walk across to the white sandy beach 🏖️ and enjoy your day! The condo itself is exactly as described and is as comfy as it is luxurious and has every little thing you could possibly need! The kitchen is very well equipped. Aaaah. It’s just heavenly, trust me. I came back this year and brought my lifelong girlfriend who was down from Minnesota “thawing out!” She was impressed & loved it. April is an awesome & gracious owner & hostess. She is always at the ready to answer any question or need you may have, no matter how small. We will be back, April! Thank you for having us!

We had a few free days and planned a last minute trip to Mexico Beach. We had previously stayed in Best Days and loved it. I contacted April who was readily available and made accommodations for us to come that day (and it was a Sunday!). I love that it is so easy to plan a spontaneous trip. As always, place was clean, equipped and comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

We just spent a very relaxing 5 days at Paradise Shores Luxury! It is beautifully decorated, equipped with everything imaginable, comfortable bedding and plenty of room to spread out within the condo. And a huge tv in the living area where we watched March Madness!!!! And there are TVs in all bedrooms. It is right across the hall from the pool so you go out your door and there it is. The ocean is right across the highway and the public access is immediately across the street as well. There is a sidewalk in front of the condo and you can walk or bike for several miles. We highly recommend this fun condo and We plan on booking it again! Thank you April Salter!!!

Wow! I've been traveling to Florida all my life, and this was my first trip to Mexico Beach, and absolutely the most beautiful condo I've ever stayed in! So big and roomy, and well equipped with anything you may need for your vacation. You all thought of everything. And great access to the beautiful beach just across the road. I will definitely be back next trip! And I love seeing how Mexico Beach is so resilient in building back even better than before. Strong people there!

We stayed a week in the condo right across the street from the beach. We had 5 adults and a 4 month old. The condo was perfect. So spacious and the three bedrooms worked great. We walked back and forth to the beach multiple times each day. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub right out the front door. The kitchen was big and we enjoyed cooking our meals. The ability to wash our clothes was nice especially with the baby. This was a really fun place to be. We asked a few questions to April and had answers immediately. Thank you!

Very nice condo in a great location. Owner was easily accessible by text (although we didn’t really need anything). There were a few chairs and beach toys - enough for our family of 4, so it was nice not to have to rent, buy, or pack ours up from home. We loved the pool and hot tub for when we got tired of jumping in the waves late in the day and just wanted to relax. Super nice to walk out the condo door straight to the pool deck, too!
