About this house rental

We have been renting our home since 2013 with overwhelmingly 5-star reviews. The reviews have frequently commented on the cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort of the beds and furniture. The 3-story layout allows for private sleeping or hanging out areas, but also a large great room for all to gather together. Our renters especially comment on our covered deck as their favorite hangout.

We have a covered dock to keep your boat protected from rain and sun, which is just a few easy steps from the house. Many houses on the lake have a very steep and or long walk to the lake. Our house is about 50 steps from the lake with a very easy grade.

Another nice feature of our house is the cove that we sit in. It is wide and deep enough for comfortable floating and swimming but does not get fast boat traffic and waves like other homes on the bigger parts of the lake.
We also have 4 kayaks available for our renters to use.

We spend a lot of time and effort to keep our house maintained, clean and updated. If you choose, we think you will be extremely happy with your stay.

The pictures of this property are good, but in-person…it’s amazing. We were so comfortable and felt welcomed. The location is quiet and so close to the water (which was clean too)! We loved the outdoor spaces and the beds were comfortable. The check-out “directions” were unexpected. Most rentals ask you to practically clean the house, causing you to wonder why you’re paying a cleaning fee at all. This property owner really wanted you to remember the reason you came in the first place….we were only asked to do the minimum. That was a sweet surprise! We will definitely be visiting this property again!

This home is about as close to the water as you can get! Made it very easy for hauling of all the kids water toys, coolers, etc… Calm cove that is great for kayaking and paddle boarding. We lived out on the back deck. Kitchen is well appointed with everything that you need. Great stay!

Our family stayed here for a short while and enjoyed the house, kayaks, firepit, and surrounding area. Lots of great places to hike nearby. House fit our family of 6 just perfectly. Hosts were easy to communicate with and replied quickly to any questions. Hoping to come back another time.

Our family of 8 had a perfect getaway at this lakeside cabin retreat on Lake Keowee. It was located in a quiet cove with a dock for our pontoon boat. The house was fully stocked ( esp the kitchen ) for anything we may have needed …. There was ample space on three levels for sleeping arrangements There is not a large gathering area indoors for a large group but lovely outdoor decks and a fire pit to spread out after a day on the lake Would definitely stay again. Beautiful - comfortable - quiet and relaxing.

Love the covered porch, very nice porch chairs and couch, two large fans. We practically lived on the porch. We rented a boat and kept at the dock. Grand daughter 13 learned to water ski. The lake is very clean an clear and not crowded.

The house was perfect. We were lucky in that when we stayed no immediate neighbors were there. The houses are close so it could have been a different experience had the cove been full. Wonderful porch for my family of 7 to gather. The kitchen was exceptional well appointed. The lake was one of the nicest I've been to. Kayaks were available with plenty of life jackets. We all look forward to returning

We only got to stay for a couple of days as we took our two oldest kids to visit Clemson U. This property is a great getaway. Roughly 30 minutes to Clemson and 15 minutes to other restaurants/stores. Very private, clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here

We enjoyed the layout and warmth of this lakehouse so much. Three small families, each having its own space with full baths. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of dining space. The kids loved playing in the loft. The outdoor porch was a much used space. We all had so much fun swimming, floating, kayaking and boarding in the quiet cove. We rented a pontoon boat two days and spent other days exploring the waterfalls and parks. Thanks so much for sharing your special place. Also, David and Judy next door were very nice and helpful.
