Air conditioning isn’t really air conditioning they have a few wall units that aren’t pictured. It was 81.5 degrees most of the time in the house. They also have excessive bugs (we have stayed in Tahoe for decades and not normal, literally ants inside the coffee pots and spiders on pillows etc), in general the outside is unusable between bugs and dirty plastic and moldy chairs, the garage door didn’t work and you can’t fit two cars in there. Basically and respectfully this wasn't a house we would recommend that anyone stays at in the future until they put some time into these issues and advertise accurately. There’s also limited hot water and no ac wall unit at all downstairs.

We had a wonderful time at Heavenly. The place was very clean & well stocked. Plenty of room for a family of 8. The staff was also responsive to our questions and concerns. It is located in a quiet street but it’s close to a lot of restaurants. Only thing was the wifi was weak and kept disconnecting every few minutes. Otherwise great place!

Roomy, comfortable and relaxing. Updated kitchen is completely equipped for meal making. Four BRs and bathrooms supply for all needs. Large screen TV viewing room and a closet full of games makes for fun entertainment. Very close to Heavenly restaurants, shopping and the lake. Would certainly consider renting this home again!

This place was great, fully stocked, clean, perfect for a family. The major problem was the neighbors large dog barking from 8pm-3am every night on the hour every hour. These are permanent neighbors not renters. The upstairs rooms you hear him the downstairs room you don’t hear the dog due to the furnace. Didn’t get much sleep. I wish this place was somewhere else or better yet the dog wasn’t there.

The house was perfect for our group. One family with 2 children (9 and 18mths) and one family of 6. Perfect set up for our group. Gave us plenty of room to spread out and also get together as a group to eat and play board games. Kitchen was adequately stocked and the hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Location was close to everything. Responses were immediate! Definitely recommend!

A wonderful, spacious and well-appointed 4 bedroom home just off of Pioneer Trail. Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We also had our daughter’s golden retriever with us and he did very well in this pet friendly home with a good-sized, fenced backyard area. This neighborhood offers a lot of open space and walking/hiking options, which we happily took advantage of. And the location was very quiet, yet a short drive away from the commercial areas of South Lake Tahoe and the Casinos. We would happily stay in this home again in the future!

This tri-level home was perfect for us and the adult grandkids we invited to come with us! The location is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. The inside of the house is just beautiful and we loved the layout. The parking is on the main floor where the kitchen is so offloading the cars was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some! There was plenty of seating in the dining area and livingroom. We loved the fact that this house has AC too as many in the Tahoe area do not, and it can get hot during the summer! We normally would take the master bedroom (which is upstairs), but because we brought our dog, we decided to take the downstairs king room. It should be noted that dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms in addition to not being allowed on the furniture. From there we could let the dog out to the backyard without having to go down several fights of stairs and the hot tub, which we all used, was right outside of our door! The theater room, which the kids loved, is on the same bottom floor, but the kids kept the noise down so we had no problems with sound. The kids stayed in the bedrooms on the upper floor so it was very nice to have that separation. We made use of every amenity in the house, including the propane BBQ which was right on the deck outside of the kitchen! We made s’mores of course! The house was centrally located for all of the activities we did! From Kiva Beach to Zephyr Cove where we took the dog to the beaches, to Pope Beach where the kids went swimming, to the Casinos where we went gambling, to mini-golf and bowling where we all went to play, it was perfect!We even tried several of the recommended casual dining places to eat in the house binder and they were all very good! And kudos to RnR for providing Kleenex boxes in every bathroom! This is the third time we have rented from them and we really like their vacation homes! We had everything we needed for a memorable vacation! Needless to say, we will be back again in the

This was a great cabin with lots of amenities! Kitchen is modern and updated and the downstairs entertainment area was great for both play time and separate enough for kids to sleep upstairs and adults to still make noise. The nearby hiking was a plus and even saw some bears in the neighborhood. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only 10 minutes to all the great activities and restaurants in South Lake Tahoe.I would recommend bringing own bath soap/shampoo and dish soap as the quality of the supplied items is pretty low.Also if you have an active dog who likes to sleep on beds or furniture, this may not be the best place as there are signs and restrictions on all rooms to not allow dogs on furniture or in the bedrooms themselves.

I would highly recommend this home for a stay in S. Tahoe. Check-in was a breeze, and pre-trip communication on the process and expectations was great.
The house was ready for us to arrive. Everything was clean, organized, and all the rooms were ready with clean sheets, towels, etc. We really appreciated the use of the garage door opener to bring luggage in and out, and the hot tub is a fantastic amenity after long days of show shoeing.
The location is excellent. Grocery stores, shops, and most of the major southern trails are within a short drive.
Highly recommend this rental as well as any others operated by RnR if this is the level of quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

We LOVED staying at People's Choice home! The space is perfect for multiple families since there are so many little nooks to sit and talk, the foosball table was a huge hit and we loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day on the mountain! There were so many small touches that were very appreciated! Body soap, shampoo and conditioner for every bathroom, plenty of Kleenex, toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable! Our dogs loved playing in the backyard and the dog welcome kit with poo bags, lint roller, dog bowls and towels was so thoughtful! We can't wait to stay here again!

The home was the perfect space for our family of 6. The kitchen was nicely equipped for lots of family meals. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. The three (3) things we were disappointed in was (1) the filthy garage. My husband had to sweep 2 inches of dirt off of the garage floor! (2) A designated ski equipment area in the garage would have been helpful as well instead of using the small area by the front door. (3) The brown loveseat in the game room had a cover over it which kept coming off. I would highly suggest purchasing a new loveseat being that the original loveseat was pretty worn and gross looking.

After spending 2 weeks on the road, this house was exactly what we needed! We use vacation rentals often and this house exceeded our expectations. Not only was everything extremely clean, but it was also very well stocked with kitchen supplies! If you are traveling by plane, RnR made it easy to have whatever you need. We loved the house. While not right down in the center of the South Lake Tahoe activities (which we knew in advance), the house was perfect for our family getaway. Everything was a short distance away. The house was a perfect fit for our family. The management company checked with us to see that we had everything without us even reaching out to them. The kitchen and kitchen supplies were perfect for cooking meals. I would strongly recommend this home.
