I didn’t realize when I booked this condo that it was inside the Fountain blue resort. You have all the luxury of this outstanding resort with the private residence feel with this beautiful and extremely clean ( I appreciate that) condo. This owner in particular is probably the best I’ve ever dealt with here on VRBO. I mentioned to them that the tv and lights weren’t working in the bedroom (probably just a fuse) and we went to lunch and by the time we got back it was fixed. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had owners or rental agencies dismiss my small problems. Not this one. They were very responsive to my questions and immediately fixed it. The beach at this place is phenomenal. I think it’s important to note to make people aware there is valet parking at 68 a day and 200 per day security charge to your card. the security is refunded when they confirm there is no damage. The bed is also super comfortable. Room Key is needed when using the elevator and when entering the pool areas from the beach or hotels. This is for security purposes which made me feel that much better. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Just go you will love it!

Beautiful property and location. The host however is very passive with communication. Televisions should stream (according to the remote) but the televisions do not work properly. They were never fixed and the host just ignored my further communication regarding the televisions after only one response. I called the front desk twice and no one ever came to correct the issue. If her communication or attention to her guests were better, I’d give 5 stars. Service is what makes or breaks a deal for me. No matter the price, I pay for great service. This was not great service. But the room and view were beautiful!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property for his 40th birthday. It is in a great location and the resort as a whole is very nice. We definitely enjoyed OK the spa and the beach. Also, everything is right there and if you don’t want to stay at the resort you can walk to a few restaurants, stores etc or take an Uber or Lyft down to South Beach or to downtown Miami. We will be back.

Nice apt, communication with the hotel and housekeeping wasn’t the greatest and the hall wasn’t cleaned often. The elevator situation was a nightmare at times which led us to taking the stairs a couple of times from 12th floor

Three of us ladies enjoyed a fabulous time celebrating our 50th birthday in Miami. This place was exactly as advertised and the views from both balconies are amazing. Two of us comfortably share the king bed, and our third friend slept on the pull out couch, which was comfortable as well. Having two full bathrooms was amazing and made it easy To all get ready at the same time. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and playing cards out there at night. There was more than enough space for us to hang out in the unit. The service at the resort was great and it was incredible to have access to everything included with our room. I would highly recommend!

We have stayed at the Fontainebleau 4 times and this condo was our favorite. The view is amazing and there's a really nice sized corner balcony! One and only concern was the kitchen had minimal cooking and serving supplies, but the owner was quick to respond and asked the hotel to restock the kitchen. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The room was awesome! The view from the balcony was great to just sit for breakfast or late night. Double bathrooms was pretty nice when trying to get ready. Room very clean. Would love to rent this room again for future visits!

The housekeeping must be paid separately paying $75 USD daily, it is expensive, but that is not a problem. The real trouble is the bad cleaning done everyday, some days we have claimed the no cleaning done at 17,00h and the unpolite behaviour of the persons who do the cleaning. Many days the aisle of the floor was like a garbage aisle. Are there supervisor in the fontaineblesu???

I loved my stay here. It was spacious and immaculate, with gorgeous views of the ocean and the rest of the Fontainebleau. The staff was fantastic and I had no difficulties with my stay. The only small glitch was that the room wasn't ready on time, but it was fine and not a big issue. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to!

Amenities were excellent - a bit crowded but it's to be expected on a holiday weekend - apartment had the most beautiful views! Balcony was incredible and so convenient to have a full kitchen. Very happy with the apartment! There was an issue that were only 2 working elevators out of 4 but this couldn't be helped by property manager.

I would highly recommend this property, it was perfect for my daughter and I! Love the resort, have stayed there many times, but love staying in the Tresor Towers verses the main hotel. Such a great location, we would take long walks on the boardwalk and great restaurants around for dining. We had a fantastic stay and would go back in a heartbeat. xoxo

The room was excellent, with beautiful views of both the Beach and the waterway. The kitchen was well-sized for an apartment but was very poorly outfitted with minimal equipment in the way of pots pans and utensils for cooking, will bring my own things next time. Unfortunately, Fontainebleau has become the place to stay for the Marijuana-smoking crowd and there is no control of it in public or private and the stench lingers in the hallways and elevators and wafts into the rooms from next door. If you are OK with this, then I recommend the Tresor 1203 highly, but with kids in tow, you may want to reconsider any plans to stay anywhere in the Fontainebleu Hotel.
