Guests loved the house, kitchen, backyard, and basement space for kids. The home had everything they needed and was clean and comfortable. Great location and communication with the host. Highly recommended!

We loved the house including the basement. Only drawback not enough hot water for party of 8, only 2 could shower then had to wait for water to heat up or skip shower and take in evening before bed. Loved the kitchen and backyard too. Would possibly think about staying for our next trip week of thanksgiving.

This property was clean, comfortable and well stocked to meet our needs. The separate downstairs was great for the grandchildren. Centrally located to all we did in the Boise area.
We would stay again.

The house was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. The basement apt with a living room and 2 twin beds was a hit with the kids.

Great location and lovely home. My family was very comfortable and the home had everything we needed for our stay. Host communication was outstanding. Would definitely stay again

Very clean and great atmosphere. Landscaping was natural and relaxed. For an older home it has been very well maintained and updated while keeping that older charm. It had a great cozy vibe and was perfect for Mother’s Day weekend with my adult kids. Basement space was nice and private for my son that had to do several online meetings. Highly recommend. I didn’t want to leave.

We thought property was very cute, in a decent neighborhood and very close to downtown Boise! Overall our stay was good and we would most likely stay again. A few things that did not like about our stay, but would be an easy fix:
1. Being able to adjust temperature in the house. The heat was on and it got up to over 80degrees outside which made the inside of the house very uncomfortable. We tried to adjust the temp and turn heat off but was unable to do so due to the passcode on the thermostat. We had to go in the basement to be comfortable. Would have been nice to control the temp in the house since we are paying to stay there and it was very warm.
2. The TVs were pretty old and was unable to turn it on and off like a regular tv, remotes didn’t work.
3. There was no lights in the back patio which made it hard to see

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the separate area in the basement for our boys. It was nice they had an area to play video games. They suggested updating TV In basement? We found the one upstairs perfect for our needs! Loved the kitchen space and appreciated that coffee filters were furnished. I thought the home was charming and comfortable. Loved the book selection! I would definitely choose this house again !

This property was located in a quiet neighborhood. This older home has ben tastefully upgraded. The kitchen was a dream, with amply cooking and serving supplies, a huge refrigerator and freezer space. Two comfortable bedrooms upstairs and a third bedroom with twin beds in the basement. Adequate laundry facilities were conveniently located. A very pleasant week over the holidays.

Our party of 8 had two parents and two kids and the basement was a perfect 'separate' area for them while the rest of us were comfortable upstairs. Nice fireplace when it was below freezing outside. Kitchen was pretty easy to work in, though built in freezers and dishwasher took some hunting around to find. All in all a good space for family.

This home and the location were absolutely perfect for the event I came into town to attend. The house had everything I needed, was clean, well stocked and cozy. Plus, I could walk to the event so I save $$ by not having to rent a car. Thanks so much for a great rental!

BSU Move In/Vacay
We stayed at this property because we were moving our daughter into BSU. It was a convenient location to get easily to and from the school. The house was lovely and had everything we needed and then some! Some of our favorite features were the kitchen, all of the built in cabinetry and decor, and the finished basement! Plenty of space! We will be back I’m sure!

Lovely neighborhood and great kitchen.
We enjoyed out stay. Great space to spread out with family. Excellently stocked kitchen. Everything you need. Easy access to greenbelt by bike (about 5 min away). At least one hill to get back. Stored bikes in garage. Close to family so perfect for an evening ride.

Laurel house, Boise, Idaho
It was advertised as a turn of the century house. Well, it was built in 1951 as far as I know. But nonetheless, it is an older home and has wonderful craftsmanship and pride of ownership.

We needed to travel to Boise to bring our daughter to Boise State University. Due to Covid-19, we wanted a house with a kitchen and since we had 2 carloads of gear, off road parking. Laurel House is barely a 10 minute drive from BSU, easy access to grocery and take out. The contract from Frost Management is a bit off-putting and unwelcoming and made it sound like there wouldn’t be much in amenities. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was well stocked with just about everything you could need. It looks like a little house but it seems spacious inside. The downstairs is like a whole separate apartment with a small extra kitchen, bathroom, wraparound couch and large tv. We didn’t even use that space. The controls for them tv upstairs was a bit confusing to figure out - make sure to put it on the correct setting to use. The kitchen is great, the beds comfortable, road and plane noise if you open the window but super quiet with the windows shut. Nice quiet backyard with a grill and table. Unfortunately the wildfire smoke kept us inside a lot of the time. Laurel house is comfortable and charming. It’ll remain on our list for future visits to the Boise area.

Great location in Boise w/ cozy touches
Visited Boise for two weeks with my partner and kids. Loved having separate space downstairs for kids to unwind, and enjoyed cooking in well appointed kitchen and using the grill almost nightly, outdoor space also very relaxing, enjoyed soaking up the morning sun and doing some yoga. Definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving stay
Clean, quiet, all the basics were available. Gas fireplace hidden switch was finally found. Gas fireplace fan is loud....maybe needs some fine tuning. Beautiful back yard. We appreciate how you have recycling bins.

Great home in a nice neighborhood.
The property was very clean and fully stocked with every dish or pan you could possibly need! The yard is really beautiful front and back. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book this place again. This house provides books maps, magazines, toys for kids etc. etc. If I had to give any suggestions it would be to keep some coffee filters and foil around.
Thank you so much for providing an adorable cottage that we truly enjoyed.

Great place to stay
This is an older home that has been beautifully redone. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances, ample cookware, cooking utensils, plates, and silverware. We appreciated the condiments that were available since you generally need very little but don’t want to pack it for a trip. Generally you don’t need a washer and dryer for a two night stay, but we were very glad a set was available when the need arose. This home is a great, affordable alternative to hotel rooms. The property managers were responsive to questions and in delivering information before, during, and after our stay. I was very pleased with this accommodation and would highly recommend it.

Boise Trip
Rented this home while visiting family in Boise this week. House was well equipped and roomy, don't let the first floor mislead you on size until you walk downstairs! The only complaint I have is when we first walked into the home it had a slight sewage smell, not overwhelming but present and faded once windows were opened. I called the management company and they seemed aware of this problem but only offered minimal advise on how to remedy the problem. The sewage smell continued the entire stay and seemed to cycle several times during the day but each evening while we were in the basement it became over powering to the extent I had to close both doors to the laundry room. This is my only negative experience otherwise the home is a perfect alternative to any hotel in Boise. I just wish the management company would of offered compensation for the problem. Would I stay there again?? Yes, if this problem is addressed and fixed otherwise I would avoid this home next time.

House not so clean
The house was very nice and comfortable, but the house keeper does not seem to be cleaning the house very well. Under cusions was filthy, we had to wash the dishes, they were all dirty, under beds was filthy, mold around bathtub, all the throw rugs were dirty. We put some of them by the washer. The house had ample room, if it were cleaned better, we may rent it again. Vicki kendrick

Fantastic home
Perfect home and gracious hosts. After I botched my travel dates they worked with me to stay in the home on the dates that worked for my family. The house was great. Our children that live in Boise visited and loved the kitchen as did we. The pictures are just what you will get.
