This house suited our extended family perfectly. We were in town for our father/grandfather's burial. It was a somber occasion, but the ability to all be together was a blessing to us. The adult grandkids all enjoyed the hot tub and had a great time talking through things together there. Best stocked kitchen we have ever seen. Every detail was perfect. Thank you for making this tough weekend so much better for our family. We would stay here again without question. The best!

This was a great house for a “friends reunion”. There were lots of rooms and bed options. Great common living room for visiting and wonderful game room for kids. I would stay again and recommend to others. However, the game room is a converted garage and can get warm in the summer. Also, the house could use new towels. Overall, this was a great house.

We LOVED this house!!! Super cute and very cozy!! Love how many beds are in the house! Especially loved the master suite! Plenty of towels! Any time we had an issue they responded to our texts immediately! Will stay again!!

This is by far the best vacation rental I have ever had. They go above and beyond with fire wood starter pack and s’mores! My customers all had their own room. The bedding and pillows are WOW , so comfy! I hope we get this house next year for our Sandhill crane hunt! Thank you, Scarlet House!

Not sure how one could sleep 20 here, but we did sleep 6 very comfortably. The kitchen is small, but a good excuse not to spend time in the kitchen and in the backyard instead. The privacy in the backyard was nice. The grill worked great.

What an amazing experience! Great hosts, great location - so many amenities- we felt right at home. Patio was perfect for coffee visits while watching the squirrels run and play around the trees. Backyard was well shaded - quiet neighborhood- just cannot brag loudly enough about this property. Perfect place to have family come and celebrate my youngest daughter’s marriage. Thank you so much for going so far out of your way to make sure we were comfortable and safe. Need more than five star ratings!! Infinity stars!

We loved this house and had a great stay here! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Texas Tech, so we had several family members with us. We had plenty of room. The game room/bedroom and hot tub were an added bonus. The location is great and easily accessible. The house was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend!!!

So very clean, roomy and the perfect amenities. We felt so comfortable and loved the decor -- winter and busy schedule so bummed we did not have time to use the patio. Plus very close to anything we need and places in Lubbock. Centrally located and also near our family in LBK. We will definitely use this place again!

We traveled from arkansas, Tennessee, and Arizona to meet for Christmas . Location was very convenient and safe neighborhood. House was fully stocked with supplies and had plenary of sleeping space for all 15 of us and our 3 dogs. The hot tub was clean and great working order, had horse shoes, and corn hole to play in back yard. We enjoyed the fire pit lit back and had s’mores. We needed an extra air mattress and they had it delivered in less than 30 minutes for us. Only problem we had is back bedroom stayed a little cold but they had plenty of extra blankets!

Our family was looking for a large enough space to accommodate 13 of us. We found this location and had more than enough room! The house is very spacious, well stocked and very clean. We were able to make homemade meals during our stay and enjoyed a nice dip in the hot tub during our stay. Great host and house!
