About this house rental

Wonderful ski access and beautiful views of the slopes make this multi-level town home a great place to gather with friends and family for your Beaver Creek ski vacation. The bedrooms are on the lower levels so that guests can take full advantage of the views of Beaver Creek from the spacious great room, with vaulted ceilings and a large stone fireplace. Up half a flight of stairs is the warm, beautifully renovated kitchen and open dining room. Two bedrooms are down one level from the great room, each with a queen bed and updated adjoining bathrooms. Down another set of stairs to the entry level is the master suite, with king-sized bed, and lovely, renovated en suite bathroom. The lowest level of the home has an additional bedroom with two queen beds and en suite bath. This room is perfect for children and teenagers! All bedrooms, living room and den have TV's.
A den acts as a second living room or additional sleeping space, outfitted with a TV, game tables, queen sleeper-sofa and two twin mattresses on a loft. Outside the front door is a shared hot tub.
Ski access is a very short walk past the hot tub and along the tennis courts to the Highlands base area. You can also ski right back to the front of the home. Meadows Townhome guests enjoy year-round access to the outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Highlands Lodge
There is a free shuttle bus that will pick you up at the door and take you anywhere in the Beaver Creek area.

Nea’s place is conveniently located to the slopes (just a 3 min walk around a tennis court) and well kept. The place was clean and spacious. We were very happy with our stay.

Great location. Rooms are nicely spread out for privacy but the living and dining spaces were large enough for our group of 11. We had a wonderful trip - thank you!

We had a fabulous time staying here - would recommend for a big group of friends or family! The property team was amazing. The coffee maker was broken and they brought us a brand new one within 10 minutes! We will definitely stay here again.

Nea was very communicative as a property manager. The checkin process was a little bit confusing because we were told to go to the Kiva instead of Highland Lodge to pick up the keys, however other than that our stay was great! The place is spacious and well-kept.

This is a perfect condo for a large group of adults or 2-3 families with children. (Lots of steps, so for elderly adults or very young children it might not be ideal.) Nea was very responsive to all emailed questions and the on-site management company responded immediately when we had a toilet issue. The condo is well-designed and outfitted, and very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an /wonderful stay in Unit L4 at the Meadows Townhomes. It is a large unit, very comfortable for two families (we were 9 in total). Ease of access to the mountain (true ski on ski off with VERY short walks) was the primary reason we chose this unit and would stay in it again if we returned to Beaver Creek. Do not hesitate to stay here.

My party and I enjoyed our stay in Beaver creek at Meadows L4. Location is perfect for mountain (5 minutes walk out/ ski right to door) and village access (<10 minute walk or call free shuttle). Condo has all needed amenities, very clean and plenty of rooms/ beds as well as common areas to hang out. Management company responsive and easy to reach for questions. Would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed staying in this townhouse, overlooking one of the slopes. The house is big, good for a large family. The view from the living room is impressive, overlooks one of the slopes going to beaver creek. The rooms are comfortable.
